Intercontinental Hangzhou Liangzhu, an IHG Hotel

This is a good stay in this hotel and I am impressed by the room view and its service. The staff and room clean service are doing well and ensured a clean room everytime when I was back. Because of the business travel, I didn't have much time walking around it and enjoy others services like lounge, looking forward to the next stay here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the service to be excellent, with very helpful staff. However, I would not recommend it for family travel with kids. The room was smaller than advertised on the website, and the location is not convenient for traveling to Westlake. On the positive side, there is a large shopping mall right across the street, which is very convenient. The lounge food quality is good, with delicious Chinese dishes.

Newly decorated hotel with nice rooms and good service. Recommended for both business and leisure trips. I like the bed of this hotel a lot.

Very pleasant. Was blown away from the moment I entered the hotel lobby, so beautiful chandeliers. The front desk service was very attentive and enthusiastic to help me check in, and the service boy was also very proactive in taking care of my luggage. In fact, my room was not ready at that time, so I enjoyed the afternoon tea in the executive lounge while waiting for my room. The afternoon tea was buffet style, and the desserts were all delicious, nothing particularly snoozy. The two ladies in the executive lounge also served me with a smile, and after waiting for some time, they offered me to change my room because the smoke odor left by the previous guest had not dissipated. I gladly accepted. The room is very spacious and bright, full of sense of technology, a door curtains will automatically open, the window of Liangzhu New City and the Ferris wheel complement each other. The smart toilet is also the best I have ever used. Or delivery little robot, very cute. In the evening, we had a happy hour dinner in the lounge, the dishes were not very varied but they were all exquisite and delicious. Then also went to the lobby lounge for a drink while enjoying a Ukrainian duo singing, a very pleasant experience. Breakfast the next day was very good with a wide variety of items. All in all the whole experience was very good, every staff member took us very seriously and was just right, not over serving. Would recommend all my friends to stay here when they get a chance.

Booked this hotel last minute and with 2 kids, tired, it was a pleasant service provided by Leny at the reception counter.Will definitely come to this hotel again

I booked two nights in this hotel during weekend. The hotel manager, Ms. Ke and Miya are very friendly. They told me where to play during the weekend and arrange dinners for me. The hotel is very good! In the evening, there was a live show. I will book this hotel again in the future.

Excellent stay at this hotel, English speaking staff, outstanding International buffet and breakfast. Free upgraded room, early check-in and late check-out was not a problem. The indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (not working but still a pleasant warm change to the slightly chilly pool). Sauna in the men’s changing room, steam in the ladies. Our children enjoyed the May holiday activities on offer too. We’ll be back.

This is by far one of the best IC hotels I've stayed in. There's an Aeon Mall across the hotel.
