Surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of Qiandao Lake, it offers a serene and peaceful environment that is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The views from my room were absolutely spectacular, allowing me to wake up to the sight of the shimmering lake and lush mountains every morning. The dining options at the resort are diverse and delicious. Whether it's a sumptuous breakfast buffet, a romantic dinner by the lake, or a casual snack at the poolside bar, the food quality and presentation are outstanding. The chefs here truly know how to create culinary masterpieces that cater to a wide range of tastes. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk personnel to the housekeeping team, was friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. But I must give a special shout-out to Jennie (夏欣蕾), the bartender at the hotel lounge. Jennie's service was nothing short of amazing. She greeted me with a warm smile every time I visited the lounge and made me feel right at home. Her knowledge of cocktails and mixology was impressive, and she was always able to recommend the perfect drink based on my preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a classic cocktail or something more adventurous, Jennie never failed to deliver. She not only prepared the drinks with precision and care but also took the time to engage in friendly conversations, sharing interesting stories and local insights. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my satisfaction truly made a difference. In addition to her excellent bartending skills, Jennie's kindness and approachability were truly remarkable. She made me feel like a valued guest, and I always looked forward to seeing her at the lounge. Her positive attitude and dedication to her work are a true reflection of the high standards of service at the InterContinental Qiandao Lake Resort. The hotel's unique location, far from the hustle and bustle, offers a serene escape with a breathtaking view of the lake. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was immaculate and very comfortable, featuring excellent amenities. The private balcony with a panoramic view of the lake was the highlight, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The resort offers several additional services that enhance the stay. I particularly enjoyed the short hiking tour and the guided trip to the best spot to watch the sunset over the lake—an unforgettable experience! While the remote location adds to the charm and tranquility, it’s worth noting that the hotel is a 40-minute drive from the nearest town. I recommend driving or stocking up on essentials beforehand. Overall, the value for money is incredible, especially for the stunning views and peaceful ambiance. I highly recommend this resort to travelers seeking a quiet and rejuvenating getaway.

The best luxury hotel in Qiandaohu lake , the staff are very kind and helpful, the room and whole hotel is very clean and the playground for children is very suitably . 100% recommend 🌹🌹

Great stay! There are plenty of activities for kids and walking trails around the hotel. I will definitely be back. I dont speak Chinese but was able to get around fine.

From the moment I stepped into the InterContinental Thousand Islands Lake Resort, I was captivated by the serene beauty and exceptional service. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and boasted a balcony with a stunning view of the lake. The bed was incredibly comfortable.The staff at the InterContinental went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Before my arrival,I already received call from Ivy who is the hotel stuff taking notes and making arrangements for my coming trip.Their warm smiles and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest. One of the standout services offered by the resort was their in-house photography service. Knowing the area's natural beauty, I decided to book a session to capture memories of my stay. The photographer was incredibly talented and patient.The result was a collection of stunning photos that perfectly encapsulated the essence of my visit to the Thousand Islands.

A terrific location with amazing hikes and amenities within the resort. Front of house staff are welcoming and eager to assist. The Japanese restaurant is excellent. Servers Grace and Echo are extremely polite and lovely. Avoid the Chinese restaurant on the ground floor as the service and food quality are below standard.

Have been a regular guests to this amazing hotels over the years. The hotel has a beautifully designed landscape, stretching out from the hotel all the way along the Wan Xiang Road. The location is also fantastic, with one of the best views at the One Thousand Island Lakes area. The astonishing view from the entrance are perfectly chosen and designed. The room has been well maintained. The lake view from the room was one of the best I have seen. The service were threat throughout the stay. The check in and check out process was carried out efficiently and accurately at the Ambassador area, thanks to the Ambassador program. Also, since I have been coming back here during the COVID-19 times, I truly appreciate the effort by the hotel management to keep the Club Lounge open throughout the COVID-19 period. I know it’s been so hard for the hospitality industry over the past three years and many hotels are struggling with balance their bottom lines, operation, and service quality. So it makes it very special that this InterContinental Hotel at the One Thousand Island Lakes has been able to manage to keep the Club Lounge open. It’s just a great hotel, a wonderful property, and a professional and caring team. I look forward to coming back again.
