I was concerned to come in due to the reviews, but I had a great experience! The bartender was very friendly and attentive. Good beer choices and the food was really good and good portion size.

Bad customer service. My father ordered a sandwich and it was wrong 3 times. Mine was also missing an ingredient. The waiter took forever to bring me the water and never came by to ask if things were ok. At the end, he threw our bill and credit card on the table. We got no discount and he never came back to correct my order. They can definitely improve on their customer service.

Just a quick stop place nothing special, pulled pork flatbread was excellent though. Would eat here again…

On our way to Vegas, we decided to stop & grab a beer and a drink at the bar. I grabbed hazy little thing IPA and my lady wanted to grab a cocktail drink, service lady behind the counter was complaining that there is so many people that came to bar at once. Not sure why, so I grabbed my IPA, my lady asked her if she can make a drink for her, she said no. What ever in the menu she can make. So my lady told her I want this one from the menu she said no, than she said what would you like vodka and what cranberry, I personally don’t get it. Why have a bartender if they can’t make what’s in the menu or, what’s in the menu can’t be made. Blows my mind.

This is their pretzel bites. I don't think I need to say more. They even microwaved the plastic container containing the cheese sauce.

I placed an order for a Pulled Pork Sandwich at 3:45pm. 45 mins later, I still waiting for the sandwich! When I followed up, the girl said that they are still making it. After another 10 mins, i saw the waitress that took my order and asked where my sandwich is, and she gave me a puzzled look. I just cancelled the order and guess what, i still have to wait dor another 15 mins or so just for the manager to void it. Great service!

Sat down last night around 9 pm to grab a drink with my mom before our flight. The bartender refused to serve me , told me he reads people well and the airlines wouldn't let me on the plane because of how I was acting and being disshoveled. I had one glass of wine two hours prior to arriving at the airport. I was not acting strangely and I wasn't disshoveled . I was beyond confused as to why he was refusing service, judging me and telling me I was disshoveled. I don't know if this man was racist or sexist or having a bad day or what but he left left feeling like awful like something was wrong with me, I even asked a patron of the bar if I looked or was behaving disshoveled or drunk and he confirmed I wasn't delusional he said I looked and acted totally normal. Go to Gordon biersch instead. Don't even bother with this crappy place.

They were not busy and walked by me sitting at the bar for almost 10 minutes before helping me. When I ordered, the menu had the item at 11.49 and they charged me 17.75 (both before tax). Didn't apologize, or explain, just gave a refund.
