I was very happy with my purchase of a GE Washer and dryer from Interstate Kitchen Supply / Appliance. Fair prices, friendly people, excellent delivery and installation. Also owning a small local business myself, I always prefer buying from a locally owned business rather than a big box store whenever possible. Why not keep our money in Cleveland?

Highly recommend Interstate for any appliances. We've used them for two different projects and they have been great. They are usually cheaper than the box stores, they're accommodating, and very helpful. Our wall oven was delivered with a broken internal piece, they worked with us to get it taken care of quickly.

John and his team are amazing. So helpful in asking questions about our needs and then giving us choices. We are thrilled with our appliances...fridge, stove, microwave, beverage cooler, dishwasher and hood vent. They can do it all!!!

I purchased 2 appliances dealing with John F. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, communicative and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly from beginning to end. The culture we currently live in....that is extremely rare. It's obvious he genuinely cares about his customers and takes his service to the next level. I would highly recommend this business for any appliance you may need.

I bought a suite of appliances (dishwasher, electric stove, and refrigerator) for an investment property and struggled to find one store that helped me identify good options since the kitchen dimensions were on the smaller side, I went with GE appliances. Working with JW reminded me of days gone by with a store like B&B appliances, solely specialized in appliances. The store staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and their delivery crew are also employees, unlike other box stores. The guys were great and used straps to move appliances in/out which decreases issues with flooring, etc. My only reason for deducting one star is that I noticed a large scratch on the fridge door later in the delivery day. Interstate immediately ordered a replacement door and for a technician to replace it. Sadly I've had continued issues with the fridge and have been battling GE directly. I'd work with Interstate again in a heartbeat for future needs.

Nothing but good things to say about Interstate Kitchen. Over the past 7 years, I've purchased 5 different appliances (range, dishwasher, kitchen fridge, and upright fridge and freezer) from here as things have needed replacing in our old but new to us house. They have a good selection, knowledgeable sales associates, and good relationships with their installers. I appreciate that I can go and shop comparatively without feeling pressure from the sales staff. Highly recommend!

Almost 20 years ago we purchased a full kitchen of Kitchenaid appliances from Interstate. The first appliance failed last year. We went to one of the big-box stores for a bargain and got a damaged appliance that did not meet our satisfaction. So we went back to Interstate Appliance to replace it. The price was better than the big-box store. The sales and delivery professionals were exceptional. Next time, we’re going directly to Interstate. We’ve always been satisfied.

I was jerked around for over a month. I was promised delivery of 3 out of 4 appliances the first week in March and for the last three weeks they still haven't delivered. Every week I followed up and was assured oh ya we got it I promise it will be there next week and every time nothing. I called and said I want to switch to 20% down because you took 100% and promised delivery within a couple weeks. They told me they don't do that so I said I would like to cancel which he started to do and said oh wait I guess I can do 20% down. I was fed up at this point so I said no lets just go ahead and cancel than all of the sudden my range magically appeared and said because it was now in stock I couldn't cancel! This place is like dealing with the sterotypical salesman that makes people terrified to buy big ticket items. Is honesty too much to ask out of a salesmen?

Bought A Maytag washer and dryer. Delivered on time and the guys were ok except they never leveled the units. Not sure if this is part of the service as they didn't even have a level. A few scratches on the washer and dryer, not that big a deal. One is long but at the bottom of the dryer and not really noticeable. I'll consider them next time but probably look elsewhere. Mark

Terrible customer service. Completely unsatisfied with this vendor. Any communication you have with them is poor and they act like you are bothering them. I would never work with these people again.

John helped me find what I thought was impossible - a counter depth refrigerator (the only kind that would fit in my new house) that wasn't so expensive I would have to sell an internal organ to pay for it. When I had a medical emergency and couldn't take delivery as originally planned, they were very understanding and didn't hesitate to hold my fridge until I was able to (finally!) have it delivered. I will definitely be returning to purchase any appliances I need in the future!
