"With its mostly black decor, Interstellar near Third Street Promenade looks more like a moody wine bar than a cafe. Out front there’s a patio where you can catch a sliver of the ocean while sipping a very nice matcha latte that’s vibrant green and clearly hand-whisked (you’ll see tiny frothy little bubbles at the top).
