Okay, this one is a little tough one.
The food here is great, it's one of those experiences that is like a little "toxic" relationship.
You never know what you're going to get as far as employee and customer experience,
There's been times you walk in and you can wait forever without anyone acknowledging you or hosting you to take a seat or take your order or guide you or welcome you, actually there isn't a host, I think that's where it gets confusing because the place is big enough and is operated as a restaurant. Even when you walk to the counter where usually you see the staff, they all seem to just be in a world of their own and they can see you're there but it's more of a "you approach us situation".
I can deal with that yet for other people it could be a little interesting, I think this place has so much potential if they had somebody running this place that could guide other waiters and employees. There isn't a warm feeling. Now the food on the other hand, it's one of my favorites.
I love tallarines verdes (which is like a fettuccine with green sauce) with carne.
Plates are huge and so are servings.
You will definitely have a hard time finishing your plate.
Prices are considerate and they run more on the almost border of a pricier side.
Bathroom is okay, big enough.
Place is pretty big.
Desserts are great.
And the house gives you some sort of peanuts and a side of a some sort of home made sauce that has a little spicy kick to it.
I wish they had some other type of welcoming appetizer that's on the house but I understand it might be what is something coming from the Peruvian culture, which I'm learning more about !
Thank you and I hope this helps improve and keep certain things!
