I just moved into Intown Lofts, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience especially under the new management. From the moment I inquired to the day I got my keys, everything was seamless, professional, and welcoming. A HUGE shoutout to Asia "like the continent" as she say haha, who made my move-in process unbelievably smooth. She was attentive, patient, and on top of every detail. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made what’s usually a stressful process feel completely stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes pride in helping residents feel right at home. The property itself is beautiful with spacious loft layouts, unique character, and now with the new management everything feels more organized, refreshed, and cared for. Maintenance is responsive, the building is cleaner, and the vibe is just better all around. If you’re considering making this your new home, don’t hesitate. And if you get to work with Asia, know you’ll be in excellent hands!

Where do I start??? Well they don’t maintain every unit like they should, you’re rushed before you can even finish the apartment checklist and then left with a multitude of maintenance requests to make, and god knows if they will even get to them. Maintenance is just an incompetent and lazy as the leasing management. I urge everyone to take their hard earned money elsewhere. You won’t be able to sleep as the noise from doors slamming and tenants yelling at all hours of the night will keep you up. Let me not forget the smell from all the trash and broken glass inside and out of the building. There are NO amenities, do not let them fool you, there is no pool, just an empty hole, the gym is extremely subpar, and security may as well. The photos below aren’t even the half of what you’ll see when you come here, it’s worse. They allow smoking in the elevator and heavy drug use. Please INTOWN LOFTS!

Intown Lofts is Better Than Ever Thanks to New Management & the Dream Team, Lala & Asia! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living at Intown Lofts for a while, and I can confidently say the property is the best it’s ever been under the new management. They also are renovating the hallways and I will say, Absolutely stunning its like this fresh coat of ocean blue and white (beyond beautiful). The improvements are noticeable the moment you walk in from the cleanliness and maintenance of the building to the overall energy and professionalism. It finally feels like a community that’s being managed with care and purpose. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The biggest difference? Asia and Lala, the new leasing team. These two are absolutely incredible. They’re professional, responsive, and truly go out of their way to make every resident feel heard and taken care of. Whether you’re touring, moving in, or have been here for a while, they treat everyone with kindness and attention to detail. They bring a refreshing level of energy and commitment that this community really needed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The move-in process, for new residents, is smooth and organized. I referred a couple of my co workers & family members so that’s straight from the source 😆. Also you can tell Asia and Lala genuinely want you to love where you live. They’ve created a welcoming, warm environment that sets the tone for the entire property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you haven’t checked out Intown Lofts recently, now is the time. Under this new leadership, it finally feels like home. Sincerely- A Proud and Thankful Resident 😊

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a minute to share how happy I am with my new apartment! From the start, the experience has been smooth and professional. The new management team is clearly making positive changes, and it shows especially with their communication. The location is super convenient, close to everything I need. Pricing is fair, especially considering how dope the unit and views are. I’m genuinely glad I gave this community a shot. With the new management in place, it’s clear things are only going to keep getting better!

I recently moved into InTown Lofts, and I’m so glad I gave this community a shot! From the beginning, the leasing process was smooth and professional. New management has been incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made all the difference. The location is perfect, super convenient to everything I need, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and major highways. I also feel like I’m getting great value for the price, especially compared to similar properties in the area. But the best part? I love my unit. It’s spacious, modern, and full of natural light. You can tell thought was put into the layout and finishes. It truly feels like home. If you’re considering InTown Lofts, don’t hesitate. The new management is doing a great job, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move in.

Google
Urging everyone to be thorough before deciding to move here. On top of annoying and unprofessional management, the units are dirty EVEN after renovating. Several cars are broken into on a weekly basis, as recent as last week, the elevators do not work most of the time, so you are forced to take several flights of stairs down if you want to leave the building. The pool that is advertised on the website hasn’t been operational in years. It’s actually a filthy uncovered hole at this point harboring insects and bacteria. Tenants are loud and aggressive, and Goodluck getting anything fixed if you have a maintenance request. Find a better use for your money and don’t walk, RUN from the lofts at Intown. Every other tenant I’ve spoken to is very unhappy here but trapped in a lease

What really caught my eye when I first saw Intown lofts was its location, unit pricing, and how attentive the office staff were to my concerns during my move-in. The unit is perfect for me, and since being introduced to the new management team, my maintenance requests, overall building cleanliness and security have all improved.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the new management team has been! When my car was broken into and both windows were busted, they didn’t just say “sorry” and move on. They actually compensated me fully by crediting my account after I turned in my receipts. That kind of response showed me they truly care about residents and are committed to making things right. Since Eboni stepped in, the energy here has completely changed. She is down-to-earth, transparent, and goes above and beyond to communicate and make residents feel valued. She has honestly made me fall in love with living here again. What was once a place I thought I’d leave has now become a place I’m excited to stay. As I’m writing this, they’re downstairs fixing the gate—something long overdue—and it just proves they’re following through on their promises. On top of that, renovations are happening, the community feels more positive, and residents’ voices are actually being heard. I also want to shout out Aja, who has been just as wonderful—always friendly, approachable, and supportive. Together, Eboni and Aja have truly turned this community around. Because of them, I’m not only staying, but I’m genuinely excited about moving into a new loft and continuing to enjoy downtown living. This team has brought fresh energy, real solutions, and a level of care that makes me proud to call this place home.

Yelp
This is the most unprofessional residency in Atlanta. I will tell you why 1) the garage door in the 2nd parking lot is ALWAYS broken. Leaving anyone to waltz right in and do whatever they want. 2) Online it says they are open until 5 Monday - Saturday BUT they ARE NEVER there! 3) For "emergencies" they only have 1 Maintenance guy on call which could take hours to be attended too. 4) The security cameras, HALF OF THEM dont work. 5) The elevator hasnt been inspected since last year and it has constant problems all the time. 6) IVE BEEN HARASSED INFRONT OF ONE OF THESE BROKEN CAMERAS AND MANAGEMENT STILL HAS BOT RETURNED MY PHONE CALL TO EVEN ADDRESS THE ISSUE. 7) There is no way for Mail carriers to get in the building after hours leaving unnessasary inconvenience for whoever is expecting something in the mail. There is so much more but honestly I'm hoping that the owners see this review and actually put people in management positions who care about the tenants. Why take the job if you arent going to do it.

Yelp
I would never recommend this place to anyone interested in moving here. If you are seeking car break ins, maintenance request that goes unanswered, broken old none safe gym equipment, and rude disrespectful property managers like Ms. Charnette then this would be the place for you. This apartment has been nothing but an expense since moving here. I had to pay $150 to get my car repaired for break-in that leasing made no efforts to help cover. Their response to break ins is that crime happens everywhere but I think as a human being you would like to feel safe coming in and out of your home regardless of what time of the day it is. Not only that but it is just not safe and extremely dangerous to come home in the middle of the night and encounter a robber or theft who is armed with a weapon and catches you off guard. This place is extremely unsafe and dangerous and if you are a parent looking to move your child here for college I would avoid this place at all cost. Recently since I have escalated my concerns to upper management I have been getting retaliated against by Ms. Charnette who purposely called a booting company to have my car booted. Its weird because when my car was broken into and damaged someone from the office not only called me but was also at my door so it is a bit strange to me herself nor her staff came knocking this time around. Also randomly on the morning of 10/03/2017 my hot water was off and my bill was current. Due to the lack of response from maintenance my water heater broke after I put several request to get fixed and when I contacted Ms. Charnette she had a bad attitude about it and would not take or receive my calls. It was a extremely delayed process to just get hot water. So if you want to deal with these issues and poor management then this is the place for you.

Yelp
I would never recommend this place to anyone. The leasing staff is one of the worst I have have ever worked with. They are extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and unreliable. Promises will be made to get you to move in and they will not be followed through with once you get into your unit. The amenities that you will be paying for will never be to the standard they should be: Pool - opened many weeks late, Gym - machines constantly broken, Garage - the automatic door is broken on a regular basis (meaning your car/valuables will be exposed), Exterior doors - as well as the garage, these are not working constantly, meaning anyone will have access to the building. Not to mention that they offer units that are not "move-in ready" and will expect you pay while you are not receiving what you should. I lived in my unit for 52 days, in the summer, without functioning air-conditioning and this was a unit that was "move-in ready." The air-conditioning did not work the day I moved in. The price you will be paying will not amount to the service/amenities/space you receive.

Yelp
I have been living here at Intown Loft for 2 years now. Management doesn't seem to care when you have an issue, and they sure do take their time addressing basic things like maintenance needs. They seem to have no structure. The fallen ventilation system in the garage is a safety hazard and has not been dealt with for over 6 months now, like come on! The rooftop terrace that was supposed to be opening a few months after I moved in 2 years ago and have yet to see it open. The pool area is a joke, kiddy pool four feet deep maybe 15' by 15' in size. Vents fell down in garage and were not fixed for months, just laid in parking spaces. The vents were taking away many spaces for parking. The garage door always breaks, causing non-tenants to park inside and people to come in a brake into cars as well. I just had my car broken into two weekends ago. I came home to a car in the garage with broken windows costing 200+ to repair with unhelpful people in the Front office stating they are not responsible at the "gate" is a courtesy they provide and not their responsibility. My roommate's car and 8 others cars have also been broken into like a few months ago prier to mines being broken into with no action from the complex. Front desk is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful with solving any issues Tennant's bring to them. Tenants are never updated on the status of repairs, etc. Rent is more expensive than the apartment it's worth (considering people have been shot and killed in the area, and a car was stolen and rammed into a light pole.) They just spent a lot of money to repaint this building but can pay to fix the gate or keep its residents safe.
