Intrepid Bermuda

Absolute true luxury and class. We traveled in April / May 2025, this was our first trip to the island in 3 years. We were happy to be welcomed back with absolute impeccable service. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our stay immensely. We absolutely loved the steak flight, which is 3 phenomenal cuts of steak, served with different sauces to try. Every one of them was the best steak I have ever had. Special shout out to the manager Lloyd at Intrepid who was awesome, and our waiter Oliver who was also wonderful. I wish we lived closer because we would be there all the time. Can't wait to go back - this is the reason I am saving to travel again!

I would give it ten stars ⭐️ if I could! The most perfectly prepared ribeye I’ve ever eating. The outdoor patio has stunning marina views. O’Brien suggested the pink phone booth cocktail and it was refreshing and paired well with the crab cake. Best I ever had, no filler, all fresh crab meat. The service was excellent and our server was attentive. I will be back again on my next visit to Bermuda 🇧🇲.

Intrepid 6/13 dinner: 25/5 stars. My sister & sister dinner @ Intrepid was so much more than we expected that 25 stars out of 5 can’t explain how wonderful our dinner was. Our server Ioana & her team made my birthday so special that I’ll return next year to celebrate my 67th birthday again.

We celebrated my wife’s 60th birthday there. I found the overall experience to be exceptional. If you watched the Bear series with what goes into a fine dining pace, you will appreciate the attention to detail. The service and food was exceptional. The attention to my wife from at least 5 servers was incredible. The Matre-D was so engaged and orchestrated this experience. The staff served all courses like a well oiled machine - each with their own attention and personalized service. I noticed the ratings on Google, 100% deserved. If we return to Bermuda, we will be back. Well done!

Let's start with the first problem: the menu. There are so many amazing sounding dishes on it, and we were only in Bermuda for a few nights! On top of that, our server Jessa gave us a wonderful description of some of the top dishes, which only made our decision about what to eat more difficult. Having arrived at a decision - Surf N Turf Wagyu roll, torch finished at the table; ribeye steak with asparagus and Mac n cheese; 007 layer chocolate cake - the food was fantastic. And the service from Jessa, and later Annaliza, made it a wonderful evening. It's definitely worth visiting - but it does get booked up as the restaurant is highly regarded throughout the island. So if you're staying in Bermuda for a few nights I would recommend calling ahead before you set off and booking a table, even if you're staying at the Hamilton Princess where the restaurant is based, or you might be disappointed.

The restaurant is beautiful with a nice ambience and service is very well informed and attentive - Rafael was an excellent server with a positive attitude and good history about the restaurant! The food was excellent. Highly recommend the gnocchi and sirloin, which was perfectly cooked for medium rare. Management is also very gracious, Phillip took care of us and made sure we had a wonderful night. Would definitely return and recommend to all visiting the island!

I wish I could say better about this place.. The bartenders are awesome, I tipped them better than the waiter. The waiter deceived us multiple times but offered a big shiny box to pick a knife from. Unfortunately they don't devein their shrimp and they don't include in the menu that their $148 steak includes a rather large bone and lots of fat (ie last two pieces on the right) quite a sad experience to spend $384 and then the next day get a text saying they didn't charge me accordingly and then accidentally charging my card and well now we're here. I was fine with the experience until they messaged me from the bar page and told me they charged me incorrectly. As a tourist I feel taken advantage of. A beautiful scenery, beautiful art and beautiful barkeep. But the managers here are repulsive. For $52 shrimp I damn well expect it to not include poop especially as a cocktail For $12 for bread - you should mention you have a charge For $148 for steak and mentioning ribeye you should mention it has a large bone & call it a bone-in steak Turns out I was the wrong customer to be overcharged. Bravo bravo bravo 👏 To make matters even funnier I rescinded this review last month after Howard the manager contacted me, apologized and offered to comp the meal. (I never asked for this) his team has sent over a payment authorization form for me to complete to achieve this. Again totally backwards. Jennifer Stovell has no decency and I don’t care about the money so I’m just here to inform everyone of the total lack of professionalism and total tourist trap that this place strives to be. Good riddance

Went on a lovely date here during the week. The staff are fantastic at their jobs, very friendly and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed oysters, ceviche, and a flight of steak. Lots of great cocktails and an extensive wine list make the experience even nicer. I would recommend to anyone wanting an upscale dining experience.
