The Football Fans' Food Guide to Jacksonville, Florida

"If you’re in town without tickets, this family-friendly brewpub a few blocks from the stadium is a go-to: they have 21 taps pouring local beer and a game-day menu of burgers, cheese curds, pulled pork sandwiches, and McLaren’s favorite—the King Street Brat, a pork bratwurst cooked in King Street Stout topped with slow caramelized onions and Jon Boat Ale mustard—and there are plenty of TVs plus a rooftop bar with great stadium and jumbotron views." - Carrie Honaker

The Best Breweries in Jacksonville, Florida | Eater Miami

"Near TIAA Bank Field, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars, is longstanding brewery Ale Works. It offers more than a dozen different beers at a time in its taproom from amber ales and sours to IPAs and stouts, but its real stars are its seasonal IPAs and sours. One sour that’s not to be missed is the cherry-lime sour, which takes most people back to their childhood drinking cherry limeade."

I tried the Der Kaiser and the Enterprise ESB. Both were excellent. I also had a great burger with fries. My daughter had a hot dog which she said was good. They have a bar area with a rooftop which was really nice. They also have beer hall

Beer here is on point for sure. Bartender knew his stuff and made great recommendations. Even went out of his way to let us try stuff not on the menu. Cool place and great beer!

We attended a concert in Bier Hall and it was very stark without any amenities. If you wanted something to eat, you had to buy food in the brewery, then walk outside and go around the block and then come back into the building to enter the venue. People were very confused and finding an employee was very difficult. It just seemed like a lot of unnecessary confusion was created by the way things are set up. The beer was good!

I love Ben’s Butt! No really he’s a pulled pork sandwich. Lol. The drafts are fantastic. Try the piano 🎹 tie draft. The party wave. And all the IPAs are very full of flavor and rich smooth finishes. The burger is amazing. And the staff are very kind and helpful. Don’t forget to take in the view from upstairs on the roof top. Don’t worry they have an elevator too. Enjoy 😉

Great place to enjoy a cold one. They have a wonderful selection of craft beer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They also operate as a venue for all your business and social needs. The attached pictures are from such an event. The lighting and the florals were provided and designed by Gardners Florist, in Ortega.

I've never been a brewery on a Saturday around 1pm when there were more 5 yr old children than adults

One of my favorite breweries in jax. Can't wait till they move downtown. Every Wednesday they have a one off but the regular line up is very good on its own. Some Fridays Community Loaves sells pretzels in the taproom. Update. They finally made it downtown, and the new facility is great. Slowly opening everything up, but this place is gonna be awesome.
