Twin Cities’ Restaurant and Bar Closures to Know, December 2025 | Eater Twin Cities

"It’s last call on Sunday, December 21, after owners Previn Solberg and Troy Wolter sold the building earlier this year and determined relocating was no longer feasible due to the costs of real estate, ingredients, and supplies. Open since 2018, the brewery offered a wide selection of brews ranging from Hazy IPAs to sours and ciders." - Jeffy Mai

Invictus Brewing is a decent little brewery. They are paired with Tipsy Steer restaurant so you have plenty of food options. They have a big open space with plenty of seating and a patio for those looking for vitamin D. The service was friendly and had lots of TVs with sports. For beer they had: a blonde ale, salted blonde ale, a peach wheat, maple brown ale, red ale, pale ale, IPA, NEIPA, hazy IPA, citra IPA, Russian imperial stout, fruited sour, 2 apple ciders, and some seltzers and lemonade. I enjoyed my stop, the beer was good, and the service and patrons were friendly. I would stop here again.

The Food was delicious. The portion were perfect. I ordered the sunnie & chips. Not greasy at all which I was worried about or batter being too thick. The fish was fried lightly in batter. My son had the Philly Steak and daughter the pickle pizza. They loved it. My husband and I got our beers pretty fast. Service was very good. My husband and son shared the cookies n cream milkshake. It’s pretty big. Very family friendly brewery. It wasn’t loud. We were able to hear our friends on our table. It wasn’t super packed for a Saturday and I really enjoyed that. The bathrooms were very clean.

Google
We are so sad to see Invictus go! My husband and I love our weekly date night seeing the best bartenders who’ve become our friends. The family atmosphere that we’ve enjoyed for the last 10 years will be lost and no big stores or chains can replace our fav local spot. These guys know your name when you walk in and we will miss them so much! Thank you for the amazing service, great drinks and wonderful memories!

Google
The atmosphere was nice, just the right amount of people and not over crowded or too noisy. It’s great to just order drinks and food from your table, with there being plenty of food options. They seem to have a great happy hour as well, I’ll be back!

Google
Great atmosphere, nice employees, the drinks I had were great, so much ao I went and bought a few of the bourbon barrel stoudts they had to being home to MD to share with my friends. I had the Nashville Hot chicken from the attacehd restaurant, whoch was also awesome. But what really made this a great expirence was I accidentally forgot to take or get my credit card back and the bartender tried reached out to me after I had left to return it. He went above and beyond what I would normally expect. I let him know it was taken care of and it was no worries. It great to see an honest employee or person in the world we live in, you are lucky to have a great employee like this. Cheers and I will plan to come back again if hockey ever brings us back to the area.

Google
Very good food, beer was ok. The beers I tried were decent but nothing blew me away. They were out of a lot due to covid supply issues. Had the bacon pop/skewer things which had a great sauce but the bacon was squishy for me, I prefer crispy. The milkshake is like the most decadent dessert thing ever so beware. The pizza was good and came out fast and the outdoor seating had a nice setup. I also didn't enjoy the ordering with the QR code thing, order online, then someone brings your beer. Kinda weird. August 2024: still a great place to come if you are here for soccer. The beer is better and the atmosphere is fun for soccer families. We got the Tipsy Steer pretzel appetizer and I would say avoid it. Greasy and needs mustard as an option, not just cheese dip.

Google
I will definitely go back to this place! The food options at the Tipsy Steer was incredible! Scratch made food and locally sourced food. My friends and I ordered the pickle pizza which was topped with crispy pork belly bites. The armadillo eggs, which was hamburger wrapped in bacon and stuffed with goat cheese and topped with raspberry jam…so good. We also ordered the Bavarian pretzels that came with the delicious cheese sauce. The beer options were also fantastic, something for everyone….even the NA drinkers! Definitely get a beer flight to try multiple beers! Cheers

Google
Was quite excited to finally get a chance to visit here. Quite popular and a great partnership with Tipsy Steer for food. Really enjoyed th Hanley's Cold Pressed Coffee Porter. Robust coffee flavor and full body without being overly heavy and filling. Blueberry Lemonade Seltzer was very full of flavor! Excellent ice cold on the patio! Salted Nut Roll brew was also an excellent taste. Really picked up on peanut/caramel taste and the slight saltiness. Just HAD to take both home for further tasting m! Really enjoyed our dinner too! Lots of different brews to choose from and match with your food. Great sense of humor in the brew names too. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I went here with my colleagues for our manager's farewell party. We were unable to RSVP a room a week earlier, but we were able to obtain 3 tables. It was packed on a Friday evening. It was seated yourself. Invictus shares the space with Tipsy Steer, which I'm familiar with their menu from the Roseville location - the same menu. The atmosphere is casual and loud (as mentioned, it was fully packed). Their parking lot was full too, but lots of space was available after 8 pm. Good place to hang out. I would give this place another chance to check it out with my husband and our small group of friends and not a party of 20 people!!! 4 out of 5 stars due to how crowded it was. Some of my co-workers were standing between the 3 tables due to seating availability since it was packed and we had almost 20 people in our group all at once.

Yelp
Loved the outdoor bar at sunset on a perfect Fall Night. Hockey parent happy hour before a game at the Super Rink. Highly recommend the make your own flight of beers on tap. Generous pours for a fabulous price.
google avatar

Jake S.

Yelp
Order food and beers from your table on the app. Much easier and fun for a group to just add to their tab from the table and a couple of minutes later... bam. Excellent service and loved the beer. Got beer flights for the group to try beers out and then everyone got what they wanted. Highly recommend!

Yelp
I've gone to Invictus multiple times and this will be my second review because it is so good! It's seat yourself and every time I've gone I've been able to find a spot right away. This time, I tried the pickle pizza and birthday cake malt and they were absolute delicious! The service was also great. We got our drinks right away and our food was very quick to come out. 10/10 would recommend! I've never had a bad experience.

Yelp
I am a huge beer fan, and this place doesn't do it for me. In today's age of exciting craft beers, the beer here is pretty bland and generic. The bar is spacious and the bartender was very friendly, however. The only saving grace is the Tipsy Steer that also resides here. I'm guessing that these are two separate companies that work together at this brewery. The service was pretty poor, thomost of the servers act like they don't want to be here. Our food was just plopped on the table with no comment, no smiles, no nothing. There is no "Minnesota Nice" here.
google avatar

Yelp
I am updating my previous review of Invictus. I've been going here off and on since they opened several years ago since they are my neighborhood brewery. I will now say they do not ever go out of the box to create new beers and many times their flagships are not good. The best brewery we have ever had in Blaine has sadly left the area. Which was Hammerheart. They constantly pushed the envelope as far as being unique. Invictus caters to the sports crowd that really don't know quality brews. So.. if that works for Invictus I get it.. they want to stay safe. I love craft beer and especially brewers that love their craft. Invictus is in it for the money.

Yelp
A great first time visit - 4 stars! I arrived to try food at The Tipsy Steer and I was surprised to see they share the same giant building with Invictus. Great, a two-for-one! Invictus is a huge facility with tons of interesting beer varieties. I asked the bartender to pick 4 completely different beers for my flight - bartender's choice. All 4 were completely different, as promised. She even lined them up from light to dark. All 4 were great, not a single clunker in the bunch. These folks also have a cooler with beer-to-go and a small area with Invictus merchandise. By far the coolest thing is the fact that they share a space with The Tipsy Steer. They offer excellent food to enjoy along with your beer. They're definitely a step up from the usual food scene. (I'll address the details in a separate review. Thumbs up! -Maxx

Yelp
We came here with younger family members who really enjoy breweries. You can order with a QR code from your table or at the bar. They will bring it to your table. We ordered several flights and a single beer. Favorites this time were hard apple cider and hard root beer. We got a can of each of these to go. The seating area is open with picnic tables. You can order food from a restaurant at the same location.

Yelp
Local brewery. Amazing location, good people, great beer with awesome sunsets over the "hills of Blaine" (ask proprietor, Previn, to tell you the story behind this inside joke). Went to their soft opening last night. Beer, food samples, and a band that played all sorts of songs ending with crown favorite Sweet Carolina. We sampled two of their three beers that they launched with and some pizzas with co-located Tipsy Steers. The beers were pretty good, inside ambiance looks amazing. Tall soaring ceilings makes the space look large up-cycled barn wood decor + steel makes it feel warm yet chic. I predict this to be a place for the Blaine community that is fast growing as well as people from all over the state and world that come to National Sports Center. This review was in my drafts for 3+ years. Better late than never! The place continues to be local favorite, Tipsy Steer (sister restaurant in the brewery) has good food. They both survived the pandemic...yea! Their beers have evolved even further and have made me personally like beer and diversify beyond wine and cocktails.

Yelp
Nestled in Blaine, MN is a large taproom containing Invictus and Tipsy Steer. The name comes from its Latin translation for "unconquerable" and is a poem written in 1875 by William Ernest Henley. Beyond being a powerful poem, it is fitting for the delays and challenges the brewery faced, and were able to overcome. Come enjoy the food, the space, and the beer! Gimme That Razz: A Raspberry Sour that tastes like fresh raspberries. It is a glowing red color that shines in the light with refreshing sweetness and tartness. Horror of the Shade 2021: A big and bold Russian Imperial Stout. Huge notes of dark roasted malts with minor players of chocolate and coffee. No astringency from the roasted character, and is very smooth. Hop Throttle: An Imperial IPA brewed with Granite City Brewing and hopped with Sultana / Vic Secret. I've been seeing Sultana used more recently and really enjoying its flavor profile. This IPA expresses sweet pineapple and citrus with enough malt to remind you it's an Imperial IPA. Apple Shine - Guava: This Apple Ale with Guava was freshly tapped the day I visited. It was made with McIntosh apples from Michigan and all the ingredients are gluten free. The guava lends a hint of sweetness providing balance to the acidity and tartness of the base apple ale.

Yelp
I stop in on Friday's @ 11a open, before the rush! The beer is always delicious, staff are friendly and ambiance comfortable! I always have the same beertender, Ally, and she is just lovely!! I've been in once on a Sunday morning: the place quickly FILLED up!! As I visually inventoried, I was one of only about three tables that didn't have food, just beer!! Beware: apparently this is where Blaine brunches!! The tap room is plenty spread out. There is a patio ...I will drink on this summer. If you're unsure which beer to try; I appreciate that the tap list is broke down by style and the beertenders have always been helpful when I ask about a beer. Thanks Invictus for consistently stellar service of delicious beer, poured by friendly and knowledgeable staff in a comfortable and inviting tap room. Cheers

Yelp
Invictus is in the same building as tipsy steer. Perfect pairing if you ask me! I was a bit confused on the ordering process at invictus. I went through the motions to order via phone, order did not come. Went up to the bar and if appears I missed the final step for completing the order, which was told to me that it happens a lot. Never the less the atmosphere was perfect and the service was great!

Yelp
It's so awesome having a big brewery like Invictus Brewing up north in Blaine, MN! They have their own parking lot and have so much indoor seating. Probably the most I have seen from a brewery! I also love their outdoor patio in the summer time. They have tons of beer to choose from and some really good seasonal beer. My favorite are the sour options in the summer time! They have Tipsy Steer restaurant inside and I am a huge fan! Elevated brewery food and something for everyone. My kids favorite is the seasonal shakes they have that are huge and have a slice of cake or brownie on top! This is a really family based brewery with lots of kids as it is so close to the huge soccer fields so in the summer you will see lots of kids in between games. Just a super good chill vibe all around with a good selection of beer!
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
Good place and lovely sports. If you like the tipsy steer restaurant as well you can grab a bite well getting some hand crafted brew. Service is great, friendly and prompt in a rustic environment.
google avatar

Jessica S.

Yelp
I am not a beer drinker and there is a good variety of options for me to drink. They are a nice patio and outdoor bar that opens up to inside, unfortunately they had the doors/windows closed on the day of my visit. You cdd as n order at the bar or from an app at the table and they will deliver to you. If you're hungry you can order food from tipsy steer which share the same building. There are a selection of electric car chargers too! Parking lot fills up quickly and is not that big.

Dan D.

Yelp
Nice place to stop for a beer in the Blaine area. Pretty chill with friendly staff. Tried several beers. Nothing was out of this world, but they were all drinkable.
google avatar

Hank R.

Yelp
Typical Brewing. Bitter/Grapefruit finish/ overpriced! Biggest difference is here they have the stupid order on line shit would be nice to have a server. Won't be back!

Scot H.

Yelp
Patrick the bartender is always going the extra mile to make me feel welcome and satisfied with my orders. He works with all of his other customers in this way, as well. He makes great suggestions and helps us understand the flavors in the beers and how they might be best appreciated. He knows and understands the beers and processes for making them. He's helped me expand my tastes and now I like more of the beers than I did before. Overall, the staff here is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My friends and I really enjoy this place. I've become a regular visitor. There's also great food available in the bar through the Tipsy Steer.
google avatar

James S.

Yelp
If you are ever in Blaine Minnesota. Possible at the sports complex with your kids? Then this is well worth your consideration. The atmosphere was very cool and comfortable. They had a good selection of beers and a dynamic food menu. The onions rings were our favorite. Plenty of merchandise and glassware for purchase. It was clean and the staff were friendly. Also the prices were reasonable!
google avatar

Jerry V.

Yelp
Super find. Fun. Great beet. Suite sunnies and Chios at the Tipsy Steer in-house we are going back with a group. Friendly staff. Outdoor patio. Busy.

Kari R.

Yelp
We had a blast! The food is excellent and we enjoyed a couple flights of beer. Patio is pet friendly!
google avatar

Lindsay S.

Yelp
This place was a pretty big open garage. It was perfect for a brewery. They have a food stand inside, so you don't have to worry if a food truck will be there or not. The beers was pretty mellow for me. I was hoping for a little oomf. Nada. This place is perfect for anyone that likes easy drinking brews that are not overly hoppy or flavorful. Positive, there were no harsh aftertastes on any we tried. The food at Tipsy Steer was pretty nice. We tried the chicken pesto pizza and the raspberry Brie chicken melt with fries. The pizza was our fav... Very flavorful. We fought over who took the leftovers home. The melt wasn't so melty... the chicken in it was nice thick pieces, but would have been better a little crispy. The fries were perfect!

Yelp
Rode our bikes to @invictusbrewingco and got another stamp from our @pubpassmsp @pubpass great beer, great outdoor atmosphere and friendly bar tenders! Next time I'll get a slushy that I saw! Yum!

Yelp
My family of 8 (including two kids under 3) were looking for a place to hang out for a few hours and a brewery seemed like the perfect place to distract ourselves. We found seating immediately at a large picnic table and pulled up a few extra chairs. We were there pretty early, and that worked out for us because the longer we sat, the more people came in until the place was packed! They had some happy hour menu deals, so I got the margherita pizza which was only $8. It was ok, but the crust was a little thicker and undercooked than I like. I finished my meal off with a sweet and salty milkshake, which was absolutely divine! The shakes are also very large, so split one with someone if you can! My dad and brother really liked the beer, but I didn't get any. I was a little bummed they didn't have a cider or sour option, but such is life. There were several board games available to play, which helped us entertain the kiddos as well! We saw several other small children there, so it's safe to say this place is family friendly. Overall, Invictus was good! I would come back for the milkshakes and ambiance, but if I wanted a drink I would maybe pick a brewery with more beer variety.
google avatar

William B.

Yelp
Extremely over priced for the portions and quality. Meals did not arrive "hot" but warm. Bacon appetizer was not fully cooked and arrived appearing more like a greasy tongue. Milkshakes has great flavor and presentation, well worth $7 and post consumption coma. Overall was not impressed and left without getting a drink due to the high cost for seemingly low quality food.
google avatar

Yoko C.

Yelp
Awesome place! Very friendly service and amazing food. I'm in the area for work and love discovering good places to eat.
google avatar

Shelby M.

Yelp
If your looking for a place to charge your electric vehicle, have a beer and good food well this is the place. They have a few charging stations (maybe four) I charged my Mustang Mach E while inside, there was one other Tesla charging when I pulled up. We enjoyed the raspberry beer and some delicious bang bang shrimp. They are following Covid-19 guidelines with social distanced tables, app ordering is a option or you can stand in line to order.
google avatar

Ashley Y.

Yelp
Overall the ambiance was nice, warm, and cozy. The hostess was very welcoming but that was about it. We came for a few drinks and dinner to celebrate a birthday. The drinks were reasonably priced but the flavors lacked a bit in the beer flavor, even with their strongest beer. The food was a mix of hit or miss. The chicken and waffle was a miss, the breading is dry and had no flavor. The cherry honey flatbread was flavorful. The bang bang shrimp was alright. Bacon lollipop was a hit. I'm not sure if I would return by choice. Nothing too exciting or worth going back for but it also wasn't all bad either.
google avatar

Wendy M.

Yelp
Great food Great service Great Beer Went during soccer tournaments and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to go back!!
google avatar

Clayton L.

Yelp
Amazing beer and equally amazing food. Order right from your phone and they bring you your drinks.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
I've been here a few times but yesterday was the first time I ordered food from Tipsy Steer (inside Invictus). The food came out fast and was really good, flavorful. We got the smoked pizza that had brisket on it and the bang bang shrimp tacos. My daughter had chicken tenders and fries. Service is always good there. The beer is always good too.
google avatar

Molly M.

Yelp
Not the worst brewery that we've been to, but it is within bicycling distance of home. The Red was good ($7) but the place is just so noisy. Today we enjoyed their patio, which was awesomely quiet compared to the inside. Not the best bar service, but they were busy on this visit.
google avatar

Cody B.

Yelp
This is a great local brewery! I've been here many times and never been disappointed in anything that I've ordered, although my favorite item by far is the Aged Cheddar Bacon Burger. There is a great selection of brews that are frequently changing. The outdoor patio is awesome as long as the weather cooperates, and would be preferable when possible - it can sometimes get a bit noisy inside with the metal roof. As an added bonus there is free EV charging including 4 Tesla chargers and 2 J-1772 plugs as well. Might as well stop in and get some free charging for your vehicle and enjoy a Burger and beer :)
google avatar

Gary K.

Yelp
The beer here is amazing along with the food and atmosphere. The service is outstanding from the people behind the bar. I really like coming here when I am in the very north metro.
google avatar

Mike W.

Yelp
On a recent trip though the Blaine area, I decided to check out the local beer scene. I didn't have any specific expectations before coming here, but upon arriving, realized that this place is massive. Parking was a little bit of a challenge in the early evening as the after work crowd was still there, but I did manage to grab a parking spot after a few minutes. Walking in the front door, the place looks huge. Lots of long tables, a massive bar, and a nice outside area (though it was a little cold while I was there to sit outside. If I were only rating the beer, I'd probably have gone with 3 stars as the IPA didn't really do it for me, but what balances it out was the food from the adjoining restaurant. Literally everyone at the bar was munching on a pizza, and you kind of felt left out if you didn't have one!
google avatar

Sunil A.

Yelp
"Beer for the unconquerable soul" is etched into the tall pour glasses and is such a great motto for this brewery. Since being out here, I've spent the vast majority of my time exploring the cities, even though I'm a suburban baby. This was the first time I got a chance to check out a brewery near me and it was wonderful. The place is huge and and filled with communal seating. While I'm not always a fan of such things, I was lucky enough to grab a seat at the bar. They have a solid selection of pretty easy drinking beers. The Avenger is their flagship, at least as it appeared to me, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. The standards were there... IPAs, Stouts, lagers, etc. You can tell these guys aren't up to nonsense because there wasn't any kind of coconut-mango-kittens paw flavored concoction of any kind. They outsource the food to Tipsy Steer, which I'm assuming is a local restaurant with an outpost inside here. Excellent choices of comforting bar food. I ordered the small Invictus salad & the bang bang shrimp tacos. The salad was surprisingly good. In my yearly quest to eat better, I thought it would be a good idea to at least try. While I'm not normally a fan of nuts, the roasted pine nuts definitely added flavor and texture to the salad. Now on to the real surprise, the delicious bang bang shrimp tacos. Just fantastic flavor and cooked perfectly. So much for my weight loss kick. I'm thrilled to find a place a mere 10 minute drive from where I stay that I would feel becoming a regular at.

Laura W.

Yelp
Tipsy steer your doing it right! Veteran's day cheeseburger was so delish! Thank you!
google avatar

Julie B.

Yelp
See my full food review at The Tipsy Steer page. Two businesses under one roof.. one for beer, one for food. Can't review the beer because we came for the food.
google avatar

Alex D.

Yelp
First time at a Brewery and I'd have to say the food was so good! I had the Sausage and Cheese Board and it was 100% worth it. Also ordered the Brisket Tacos and they were amazing. The Gouda cheese sauce was the best condiment for them. As for the beer I'm not a big fan of beer in general but I tried the Blonde and it was pretty good for a first time. Overall, the service and atmosphere was very nice and welcoming! I will definitely be coming again to try one of the milkshakes they have. They look absolutely delicious.

Yelp
My husband and I were at Invictus Brewing recently for a client appreciation event our REALTOR was hosting, and we were pleasantly surprised. We've been to a few breweries around the Twin Cities, but the ones nearest us always seem to have a limited food menu or no food, but would rather bring in food trucks. Don't get me wrong, we've ate at a number of GREAT food trucks, but it was especially great that Invictus had a restaurant built into the building called the Tipsy Steer. Their food was fabulous and complimented the GREAT beer flavors we got to sample that night. I will definitely be looking at another trip here, and am even considering it for upcoming private gatherings for my own business. GREAT space. GREAT food. GREAT beer (and sodas and dessert drinks), and great service.
google avatar

Sundar K.

Yelp
These guys got a lot of things right which most business around Blaine did not. The beer is awesome , my favorites so far are Wheat and Blonde - they both give you a beautiful buzz. The food - every time I went there and had cheeseburger which was the best in Blaine. I really hope these guys maintain the quality on beer and food for a long time .... Good luck !!
google avatar

Lynn L.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite places to go in Blaine. Beer menu has some beers that stay the same but many changes as often as weekly. Always something new and yummy to try. Tipsy Steer has food that NEVER disappoints. Today we had the Hazy Sunrise burger and Cherry Walnut Flatbread. Both winners and worthy to try again.

Katie C.

Yelp
Service and drinks were fantastic. However, the Tipsy steer food company was a huge disappointment. Food came out with a huge hair in my burger.. staff replaced it immediately. Upon getting the new burger, I realized the impossible burger we ordered had been real beef. The burger my vegan partner got was real beef and mine was the impossible burger... if you are vegetarian/vegan it's important you make sure you get what you ask for
google avatar

Joe G.

Yelp
Great beer, food and service. Pizzas great (brick oven style), tacos exploding with flavor! I shall be returning soon, I'm sure.
google avatar

Angela M.

Yelp
This is where you will find your typical brews on tap that will satisfy your tastebuds but not offer you anything special. I had the brown ale, porter, and stout all which were mediocre. The building is large and spacious with many large tables for groups. Kids are welcome as usual but there were limited entertainment options for younger children, most games were for preteen age children. The food was better but pricy. The macaroni and cheese + tenderloin and gorgonzola was delicious but weighed in at $15. The sunnies were dry, and fries bland. The most impressive thing about the entire trip were the shakes... MAN they are HUGE! 1 Shake can be shared amongst 4 people... No joke.
google avatar

Jules L.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our date night to Invictus! It's a very big space with plenty of seating. We went prime dinner time on a Saturday, and we were able to find an open spot right away. My fiancé was very excited he was able to watch sports on the many large televisions around the space. I only gave four stars because I prefer lighter, fruity beers and they didn't have any options for me (it is the middle of December so a bit out of season), but I did like the beer I got - Saison Limon. It was a light and easy to drink.

Dan H.

Yelp
This place inspires me to drink good beer. The game on a Sunday, drinking tasty Avenger IPA, eating a delicious double bacon cheddar burger from the Tipsy Steer.... yeah, that's Invictus.

Yelp
I read about this place in a Minnesota magazine. Tried it out April 26 for dinner. I was instantly so enraged with pissed off! We walked in. Stood there. Didn't have a clue what to do. Tables were full. No where to sit. You have to get in a line to look at the menu and place your order. If you don't know what you want or are going to take some time to actually look through the menu, you have to stand off to the side. Yes, stand. Stand to look through your menu. Once you order, they give you a picture of an animal. Someone will walk circles around that whole place looking for your picture to deliver your food. Gross. My food is wide open getting cold and full of germs as that person is walking around looking for you. Our food circled the place twice! Since there was no place for us to sit, we were forced to sit outside. It was freezing cold out and windy. I was so cold I was shaking and very uncomfortable. Our food was cold from the walking around looking for us and now from the cold and wind. We bit into our burgers. Pure raw! Someone doesn't know how to cook! Pure pink/red in the entire burger. Yuck. I was so pissed from the moment of walking in their doors, my anger just got progressively worse through the entire experience here!!! I just wanted to throw shit around. I was so mad. I was so hungry too. We were so cold and uncomfortable with raw burgers, I finally got up and demanded a refund. We only got refunded for the burgers, not our pops which didn't even get touched because we were so cold. I was so angry to even notice until I was already gone. We paid $30.00 for 2 burgers and 2 pops. I was refunded $20.00. Their pops cost $5.00 each? Wow, that's outrageous! This place needs a better system. You have to have seating for your patrons. The burgers can't be raw, unless I ask for raw. I'm still quite upset. I feel like I want my $10.00 refunded for the pops too. I don't recommend this place at all! No seating, unless you get lucky. Stand to review the menu. Get in a line to order. Your food is walked through all the people and air several times before finding you. Someone doesn't know how to cook. Our burgers were raw. Can't stand this place! I feel like they owe me for the pure misery I had there!

Yelp
Super cool place. The tipsy steer and the brewery is an awesome idea. The food created in that little kitchen is awesome. It's not just pub grub. There is thought and creativity to it. Presentation is also a winner. The kids that work there are knowledgeable and kind. They show pride in their jobs. It shows in all the details.
