Best International Restaurants in Ferndale, Michigan - Eater Detroit
"Inyo Restaurant and Lounge is known for its fresh sushi, sashimi, and Asian-fusion cuisine but it’s also a standout for its creative cocktails and cook factor. On the weekends, dim sum brunch has traditional bites served with mojitos, mimosas, and bloody marys. Happy hour is 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and in 2021, there’s a new menu of cocktails featuring Roku Japanese gin." - Monica Williams
11 Bottomless Mimosa Brunches in Metro Detroit | Eater Detroit
"Ferndale’s Inyo sushi bar mixes things up with a dim sum brunch weekly. In addition to an assortment of dumplings and buns, the restaurant offers mix and match cocktails (mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, and mojitos) for a steep discount — $3 a glass. Not technically bottomless but still a damn good deal. Hours: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays (brunch service runs until 4 p.m.)" - Eater Staff
I've been here a couple times while visiting the Detroit area, and it's become a must-go. I love their sushi (not pictured because I ate it too fast). The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere has been super relaxing. Very much recommend it!

Simply Love everything about Inyo! I had a craving and they were the only restaurant in the metro Detroit area that was able to satisfy this craving. All I wanted was calamari fried calamari and they served. ♥️ Ricky was my server and he was amazing!!! ✌️

Our time at Inyo was phenomenal!!! From the moment we stepped in, we were in the vibe. Our waiter, Ricky, made instant best friends with his service. He made sure we knew some great drinks that met our taste and food that was mouthwatering. It continues into the meal where the food did not disappoint. We were enticed to dessert that made the experience complete. Love Inyo!

Comfortable atmosphere with friendly people, amazing food, and unique drinks. We come to this area often for music shows and this will be one of our go-to places for a great meal beforehand. Thank you for a great first visit!

This was our first time and we will likely return. Our server (Ricky) was cool and knowledgeable. Food and mocktail (peachy keen) was also good except the Singapore noodles (disgusting)! My daughter didnt eat it but I was still charged (I guess I understand but comping it would have been a nice gesture). I just know not to ever order it again!!! Other than that, decent experience!! Also played good music.
Oh, they also offered a little free ice cream dish for leaving a Yelp or Google review while you're there.

Our family went to Inyo restaurant and lounge and enjoyed everything we ordered. Especially the flaming dynamite roll. It was yummy with salmon and crab meat.
I also ordered the dessert sesame puff. This dessert was really good. Smooth like a pudding. We want to also thank Ricky for great service and hospitality.
Thanks Inyo’s

The service, atmosphere and food were all on point! One of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to. My girlfriend loved their sushi, and the Asain Steak Bites were delicious. The sake was delicious, and they have amazing deals on brunch drinks like Mimosas and Mojitos. 10/10, would highly recommend.
