Brasilia club for the south americana enthusiast. 8 female mixologists available, hot food, music and socializing available. 1st time visiting the establishment, and would definitely return when a night out on the town! 👍🏼

This bar is an insult to establishments that know how to welcome customers. I asked for a Long Island, it has nothing to do with a Long Island, they took my drink that I paid $18 for with a $5 tip, half off It's the worst bar I've ever tried in my life.

Nice Atmosphere. Timely service. Waitress didn't know what Anisette and Fra Angelico we're but learned what these are upon asking I the official now owner of La Ipanema

A great place to meet up with friends, drink, listen to music and have fun. There are also great options on the menu. A very nice place.

As a Brazilian that recently move to Philly from nyc, I was excited to find a place where I can go when I feel homesick, but let me tell you that I couldn’t be more disappointed and uncomfortable in a place as I was when I got in there. The place smells bad and looks poorly managed. The food tastes old and bland and the music is way too loud. Although the servers were friendly they couldn’t speak one word in English (my husband doesn’t speak Portuguese), that usually doesn’t bother me, but the experience was so bad that it just made it worse. Supposedly it’s described as a sports bar, but all the 3 TVs shows a very very poor video definition, and they have no tap beer, which is extremely uncommon for sports bar. Overall the vibe is bad, I don’t recommend, especially if you’re a woman. Really home the management get the chance to read some of the negative reviews and invest in a full renovation and rebranding.

I love Ipanema Sports Bar. What can I say? Or where should I start? The owners are outstanding people. They run a tight ship and make sure their customers have a good time. The bartenders can be hit or miss, depending on who is on duty and what day it is. But overall they are some of the most beautiful Brazilian girls you’ve ever seen. The food is fantastic. I have never been disappointed with it. If you enjoy spending a night listening to live music, drinking and dancing with the regulars, then come in and soak up the atmosphere. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. A true Brazilian experience you won’t find anywhere else. I am glad to see they remain open even during this pandemic. I look forward to returning there soon.

Relatively small bar, with loud Portuguese music, drinks. I would prob rate this at 4.5 stars. The men's bathroom is rather small and can find yourself in a line in front of it. The people seem friendly. In narrow spaces you can find yourself being stuck in the foot by women dancing, wearing high heels, continuously. But awesome otherwise, will def visit again!

The food was very good. Stopped in with a friend recently and ordered the steak with rice and beans at the bar. Steak was perfect but rice could have been made a little longer since some of it was hard. The crowd was calm and the music was good. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for reasonably priced Portuguese food.

Chiq atmosphere, great drinks and a good food selection with room to keep you guessing with "prato do dia" dish of the day.

Nuisance bar and grill in the rhawnhurst section of the city. Being a "neighbor " out back of this establishment has been nothing short of a total nightmare. Loud bass filled music till 2 am heard clearly in my home . When you call them they hang up on you at 130 am . Then comes the barrels of bottles that they seem to think is ok to dump in dumpster at 145 am. If they treat homeowners this way do you REALLY think they give a hoot about thier customers. Do not patronize this place !

Good drinks but definitely over priced for the area..food was pretty decent.It would probably be a good spot to watch soccer games
