My children took me there for Mother's Day Loved it. We had the recliners with pillows and blankets. Had our own personal waiter. He was fantastic. Had dinner and drinks served at our table while we watched the movie. Every time we pressed the button on our table the waiter was there in seconds. Small theater which is what I liked. Will definitely go back again

So I was I use to go to IPIC both Pasadena and Westwood, last visited was in 2019 stop going when COVID 19 Pandemic hit. I reserved a showing at the Westwood IPIC this past Saturday 06/15/24 for a 3:15pm showing of BAD BOYS part 3, Let me tell you what I did not like, there was no WOW! factor anymore. The place was practically empty, there were no hosts to walk you to your screen. No host to explain how to use the IPAD. But here is the thing, No more IPADS. Stained and sticky Menus. Stains on rug, seems it's the same rug. They should pay outside service to come and do a professional cleaning. or just replace the rug altogether. Also, no more pillows, what happen to the pillows. And the blankets were not rolled up properly, they use to show the IPIC logo, and the blanket had bad body order, meaning it was previously used and just rolled up and put back to be reused. (not cool and somewhat disgusting) No free popcorn which used to be included with purchase of your ticket. Only if you upgraded your membership will you get it. Thier prices used to be $18.00 per regular ticket now $25.50 there is one wow here. lol The orange leather seats, OMG, all torn, worn out. The tables that swivel for seating weather to get in or out of your seat squeaked. The button, where one would press to call your waiter did not stay lit up and we (me and my nephew whom I watched movie with) pressed anyways, figured only light was out. But being that the waiter took forever to come by to take our orders, seems that the button is broken. Honestly the waiter probably came by because we fell under their section that they service. So, we placed orders and we got served, we actually wanted to order desserts and candy and probably popcorn as it is my norm to get popcorn. But with the button being broken, how were we going to order. The problem was the waiter never came back to see if everything was ok or if we need anything else. This of course is bad. Waiter showed up with the bill when movie was over. Movie was good, food was good. The overall experience definitely needs lot of work. IPIC need to address all these issues and keep up with the maintenance of the theatre. Higher prices and lower standards. Really, I don't recommend this place at all. No more wow factor, not nice nor luxurious and they need to be cleaner and fix them buttons otherwise their waiters can't provide good service. I don't blame the staff, I blame, the company and management as they should be on top of this.

This was such a lovely theater! Definitely worth the price for such a comfy experience. My partner and I did not partake in the dine-in option when we went, but the Theater 1 hostess was very welcoming and polite. Security was also very helpful, as I misplaced my ticket for the parking lot validation. Definitely will come back here in the future!

It was a nice theater. My chicken strips were a bit cold. Fries were good. The standard seats weren't that great but I loved the movie

First time visiting an IPIC theatre as I’ve always been a loyal Alamo customer. The experience was a bit more enjoyable and here’s why: - With multiple bar areas outside the theaters, it’s more about the experience going to the movies and not just watching one. - The food menu is a bit more expansive and there’s no doubt they have more alcoholic drink options as well. We ordered the loaded tater tots, mozzarella sticks and pepperoni pizza. While the pizza wasn’t great and I’d never order it again, everything else was awesome. - The premium seats are outstanding, more comfortable than Alamo or AMC. - The servers and staff are very friendly and welcoming The only downside why I gave it 4/5 stars is that the servers constantly going up and down the aisles during the movie is a bit distracting. If you attend a movie here, do yourself a favor by arriving 1/2 hour early to get your seat, review the menu, and order. UPDATE AS OF 5/8/2022 I’ve been here a few times since this original interview and unfortunately service has gotten slower to the point that it takes 1/2 hour for your food to arrive, if it arrives at all. We ordered some snacks at the beginning if the movie which never came. Disappointing experience and not sure I’ll come back - Alamo Draft House never disappoints in that regard.

My first time on this theater and what a great experience! We rented one of the rooms for a private event. Cozy yet super modern atmosphere - including two bars and good service. That's right, you can be watching a movie and order food and some drinks and they will bring it to your table. And yes indeed, between each pair of coaches you have a table where you can leave your items and orders. I definitely DEFINITELY will go back soon. Perfect place for a date

Love love love this place and the people. Great service. Many seats have rips in them. Need some tlc. They have put some kind of cover on some of them. Place this nice, needs some love and polish. Still great though.

Been to most of the IPICS in California, have had great experiences at all of them, have seen a lot of the other grievances others have mentioned, my personal experience has been different the number of times we've gone recently has been pleasant Last time we went we had the whole theater to ourselves, which was nice, the theater was clean, the bathroom was clean, the food came out on time, the service was timely & the theater itself had great sound, screen quality was great & chairs were all comfortable & great experience As far as food, if you are expecting 5 star quality food for a movie theater, you are coming to the wrong place. Remember this is a movie theater not a 5 star restaurant. When we ordered our food it came out warm & on time. As far as quality, we know what we like & we liked the taste & quality we received, the food is not fast food quality or bar level quality & its not 5 star dining quality either, it does the trick for us at least for watching a movie. We're not looking for a lobster dinner here Was the food pricier than it should be, I would say it was, but thats just what I think comparing it to similar food spots elsewhere, its charged at a premium considering its brought to you from a separate kitchen prepared individually. It worked for us personally The service people when called not just this time when theater was empty, but last time when theater was packed was timely with a few hiccups here & there, understandably since it was fully booked. It didnt affect our experience The bathrooms on top floors on multiple occasions were clean & tidy when used, didnt have long lines to wait The reclining lay flat chairs were comfortable the blankets were clean & cozy, the food tables/trays didn't bother us, there were a few times when we ordered food that it didn't fit & could have maybe used a bigger food tray but not a big deal Parking in the underground garage was easy to get in & out, theres no other parking lot or street parking if thats what you are looking for Overall we've had great experiences here & if we want more cozier, personal experience, with better food options than just popcorn & hotdogs at AMC or elsewhere we will continue to come here

Attended a screening of "The Last Showgirl" at this amazing venue and loved the whole experience. Nestled quaintly on Wilshire Boulevard very close to Westwood Boulevard this iPic Theater is easy to drive to and accessible via public transportation. Greeted by two attentive hosts, walked by an attractive restaurant/lounge on the ground floor and was sent upstairs to the theatre. The seats in the theater reclined and a nicely folded blanket was on every seat. There's a server attending to you with full food and drink menu! Had a cocktail with my popcorn. After the movie screen was surprised with a question and answer session from some of the cast and crew (director, actors and costumer) of "The Last Showgirl"! Pamela Anderson was so open and honest. I need to be a member of iPic Theaters!

When this opened years ago it was absolutely magical. The last several visits have been disappointing at best, offensive at worst. The staff is largely disinterested in actually taking care of the guests, and while the food has gotten better, the seats remain old and worn, the audio and projectors leave quite a bit to be desired and the cost is hardly worth the experience. Back to Alamo.

This is our favorite theater to go here in LA. The service is always amazing. The food is delicious and the fact that you can have a gourmet meal served to you while watching the most recent movie is amazing. The location is beautiful. The seats that are available are comfortable and they provide a warm thank you for you to relax and sit back and enjoy your show. It is definitely a place that we like to visit often. It's definitely a place more for a date night or night out with friends. I would not recommend taking small children since the menu available is not so kid friendly.

So, I recently checked out IPic in Westwood and had a pretty mixed experience. The theater is super nice, probably the most visually stunning one I've been to. There are a bunch of bars and comfy seating areas to hang out in before or after the movie. The seats themselves are super plush and come with blankets. The service was great from the in-theater waiter, and the drinks were pretty good. However, the food was just okay, so I'd probably grab a bite before or after. Now, the not-so-great part. We were a group of five, but had to buy six seats online if we wanted to avoid the front row, which was kind of lame. Parking was a bit confusing too - there was a sign pointing us in one direction, but the parking attendant got mad at us for following it. We got there during the previews and my seat and armrest were super sticky. It was dark and there was no one around to ask for help, but luckily someone in my group had wet wipes. After the movie, we were looking forward to getting some drinks at one of the bars, but couldn't find a bartender anywhere. We waited for a while and eventually gave up and went elsewhere. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience, but definitely not the best. The theater itself is awesome, but there were a few things that could be improved.

IPIC is my favorite theater for their comfort and convenience. I always order nibbles but we came the other day with intentions of having dinner during our movie and we were really surprised about how amazing the food was. The food has always been good but if this was an actual restaurant I would come back and order again! I couldn't get any pictures of my food because it was dark, but we had pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, and shrimp Cobb salad wrap w/ fries. Everything was really good but that shrimp cobb salad wrap was so good!! For a movie theater I can't believe how perfectly cooked the shrimp was. Highly recommend! Service was great as always!

I was excited to see a movie here especially since their chairs lay down. It's a good theater but in theater 2 when I went the AC was low. I was sweating the whole movie. We ended up missing the last 30 min or so because it was unbearable to stay there. When we left we mentioned to the worker that we are leaving cause of the air. He said yah I know we told them. It's just not working. The room smelled terrible because of the lack of circulation. Pros. The service was good. The chicken wings were well done. And the fries were fantastic. The truffle fries is okay cause the sauces goes all the way to the bottom of the bowl but other than that I was impressed by their fries.

I have been coming to this ipic since they opened several years ago. I have been very disappointed in the service and facilities as of late. The service has been consistently underwhelming and the theatres and facilities are sub par to say the least. There are are only 2 open gender restrooms downstairs near the entrance that are always filthy. The restrooms upstairs, have I counted 7 stalls 3 of which are not in service. The menu is outdated, I tried to order 3 things that are listed both on the menu I was handed as well as the online menu. They don't have about 1/2 of the items listed on the menu. The blankets suck, they are inconsistent. Some are worn out and itchy. Staff is also not very helpful. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had tickets to the 11 PM showing of baby girl. I called a few hours prior to ensure that the kitchen would be open and I would be able to order dinner at that late showing the woman on the phone assured me I would be able to when I arrived, the entire theater was closed. Every door was locked. I tried calling. No one answered. I even tried calling their other location and nobody answered. The kitchen was completely dark and nobody was in it. I am so disturbed and disgusted. They had a 1045 sold out show. So I am assuming there had to be somebody in the theater, but perhaps the employees just didn't want to stay beyond a certain point or didn't want to clean another theater. I will never recommend or bring anyone to this business again. I can't even get a refund on the website because my confirmation number doesn't work due to the movie's start time passing.

This is my absolute favorite cinema in LA! So cozy for a Friday night easy date. You get to order foods and drinks under a blanket while watching a movie. They are clean and serve good quality foods compare to other movie theaters restourants.

Do not let the negative reviews discourage you - some of them are from people not reading and making poor assumptions. Deets at the bottom Of this review Parking: when you enter the street, you have to immediately turn left. Drive down. Staff will tell you where to park. Take your ticket with you for validation Take the elevator and you'll be in a lobby. Walk straight and you'll be at the movies. Show your movie tickets. If you paid for premium / in movie dining, go straight to your screening room and wait. Select what you want from the menu (I typed it in my phone notes to minimize talking during the movie). During the early bit of the movie, staff will ask for your order. FOOD: Hopstotch and strawberry fields cocktail - delicious Fajita quesadilla with steak - TOO BOMBBB omg I was not expecting it to be THATS GOOD! Possibly the best quesadilla I've ever had . It was cut into 6 small triangles of gooey cheesy savory goodness Truffle parm popcorn - a large here is like a medium at a regular movie. Best. Popcorn. Ever. I couldn't stop!!!!! There's REAL parmesan on it, not that powdered stuff. The truffle flavor was alllllll throughout, not just the top layer. Fantastic - A MUST HAVE The inside seemed fancy, but I do agree restrooms should be cleaned more often. The inside of the screening room does have significant signs of wear (specifically the recliners and the metal portion of the dining tray). They definitely make up for it with their outstanding food and service. I appreciated the blanket and recliner. I also appreciated that during the movie, the staff are like ninja. Very quiet, not in the way at all. IMPORTANT!!! DONT SKIP!!!! - per their terms, you will be charged a $75 holding fee, even if you end up spending less. The difference will be released in a few business day - Card only!!! Don't tip in cash .If you don't tip after paying, gratuity is automatically added. This is also in their terms - Get your parking validated by the front desk staff when you leave. This will make your parking go from like $25 to $4. Pay for parking in the lobby you walked through (there's a guard there that's happy to help). Overall a fantastic experience, so glad I came. Everyone is so nice here.

I actually liked the location here. The service was amazing because I had a horrible cough where I couldn't speak much and the nice server man gave me nice cup of tea with honey and lemon and checked if I was doing good. The food was great! I felt like it was your classic American food. Felt like I was watching YouTube videos while eating at home. It was cozy in there.

Number 1 reason to spend extra for an IPIC ticket? Absolutely the leather reclining seats. My body didn't realize how it could melt in luxury. Some movie sounds are too loud but you also feel part of big booms and crashes. Prices have gone down also, currently $21 for any age. The menu selection is great since the food is from the first level restaurant. Service is always great. Four pizzas alone, each 6 slices, easily shareable. Some food like tacos I wouldn't order because they're hard to eat in the dark. Drinks available too and a theater level bar. Because of Covid, gone are free popcorn and blankets. The Meatza pie was good but the crust too crunchy. Stinks too as my first slice was the one burnt one. Really appreciate their contactless bathroom sinks although most toilets didn't flush. The vibe outside the theaters is post modern chic. No movie poster in sight. I don't go to movies as often many more but IPIC for the seats and big screen alone are my top choice. The main bar also looks cool and intimate with a cool book "mural".

Happy to report that they made our bad experience right. Looking forward to an iPic movie for a girls night.

My friend suggested this theater and I'm always down for a new location. It was pretty cool. The team were super kind and the quality of the movie was good. I went to watch Spider-Man and it was a great experience. The staff greet you as you enter. They have a bar area in multiple locations and then they also have the Tuck Room that you can order drinks, food, etc. The seats were nice and plush. We did the dine in special. The food wasn't the greatest. I ordered the kids chicken strips and fries. The fries were amazing but they only give you two LITTLE pieces of chicken. My friend ordered the Buffalo chicken egg rolls and they were NOT good. They tasted like they were frozen prior and that after taste. Being that I am in the restaurant industry, I def know the difference. I didn't ask for a refund but tempted. My server was SO nice. Shout out to Khali!! Because he was the bomb dot com. Nice experience. I would just eat before going because it's overpriced and not the tastiest. And $7.50 for a drink, water me please. Also make sure to get your ticket validated for cheaper parking. $3 on the weekends

My friend booked tickets for us over a week ago for Wednesday august 14th. Four of us, excited and ready to have drinks ahead of time in the bar and then full dinner during the movie to get the full experience. On Tuesday August 13th iPic called and left my friend a voicemail saying " sorry you won't be seeing the movie tomorrow, we sold your seats to other people". iPic, you should have called whoever you sold our tickets to last minute and told THEM you were sorry, and THEY would have to miss their movie. They must have booked two days ago and we booked almost two weeks ago. My only thought is they were a party of 6 or more trying to sit close together. So an extra $49 in ticket sales and $100 in dinner sales was worth devastating our plans. I hope whoever you gave our seats to enjoy the night we were all so looking forward to having. We will now , and forever take our money to AMC.

It's really the only theater chain I will go to these days and I really do love the food and atmosphere at most but this location was poorly taken care of. The bathrooms were so dirty I've seen gas stations with cleaner bathrooms. That's my only genuine complaint, it's big one for me and and my friends so just wanted to share.

After speaking with Maria and management, it was revealed that she believes they are overstaffed, and the employees are currently competing for hours which tells me they do not have the budget to properly take care of their staff, and those that they do have on payroll are not being taken care of which creates a culture Discord which now makes sense why the staff here are incredibly unhappy. Only thing to do now is write to corporate office.

I came here late one night for an evening showing and was able to park at a nearby neighborhood before walking over. It was pretty quick to get in and arrive at my seat. All the seats looked cozy and I had a great view in the middle of the theater. I started off by ordering a small popcorn with truffle parmesan. This was such a nice mix! It felt like I was eating dinner already with the contents in this bucket. Next up, I ordered the crispy mozzarella and the loaded steak fries. Both of these were so filling, but I am glad I got to partake in both dishes. I also got water and ended up having warm brownies with milk for dessert. Handling all of this while watching an amazing film was a real unforgettable experience! I love this place and will keep coming back!

Came on Christmas, Terrible service. All my food was freezing cold. They gave me 3 batches of new fries all they did was warm up the plate pretending the fries were new. It's not a cheap movie theater you would think it would be good quality. Movie was almost done by the time I was able to eat all my freezing food. Took forever just to get staff to come help us out. Do better. New Chefs are needed.

If this is supposed to be a premium movie watching experience, not only should they offer additional services (food, drinks, etc.) but the actual cinema exprience should also be a premium. If you are going to charge 2-3 times what other theaters charge your projection should be extraordinary and your sound system should be excellent. Neither should only be adequate. Also all of your seats should be super comfortable, not difficult to get into because of your food tray. I will pay a premium for a outstanding cinema experience, not just because I can order and eat wings in the theater. I go to movies to watch movies, NOT for dining.

Love the theater but the food is really bad. Like really bad. Even the fries were soggy and cold. It's pretty bad when you can't get fries right. Pizza was flat and flavorless...if you just pair down and do 10 things amazing, you'll stand a chance. It's not that hard.

UPDATE: I called a family member and they were able to get the tickets online successfully. But she did state the site was not user friendly. I'm giving you 4 stars instead of 5 for that reason, and because I don't know if the problem was your website or my computer (I even rebooted and still wouldn't take my order).

The good: extremely comfortable seats, great food/drinks. The boss burger was really great! One star each for seats and food/drinks. The bad: NOISE! I saw Wicked last night and could not believe how noisy the theater was because of chatter between the waiters and the patrons. I felt that the waiters were constantly talking to people taking orders and things like that. One waiter (or maybe patron handing it to the waiter) dropped a plate or glass and caused a lot of noise. I also felt the patrons in general were much more talkative than normal theater, possibly related to the eating/drinking during the movie. The people behind me were talking the entire time to the point that I said to be quiet twice and the people next to them also said to be quiet. In a separate issue, these people arrived late and therefore did their initial ordering in the middle of the first big song of the movie. The people in front of me rang the call bell for the waiter to tell the people in front of them to be quiet. It would be very helpful if you could order electronically from your phone or some sort of touchscreen like I've seen another theaters of this type to at least cut down the amount of chatter between the waiter and patrons. Screen quality: I can't really prove this given I've only seen this movie once in this particular theater, but the picture quality did not appear as sharp as some of the better technology at AMC theaters. I had heard so much about the vivid colors and effects in Wicked and really didn't see that. Sound: As this was a musical, sound was quite important. I felt like some of the volume was uneven and sometimes the equalizer may have been off with the background drowning out some of the vocals, but again this could be part of the actual movie itself and not the photo of the theater. Bathrooms: the first three Theatres are only close to two family restrooms on the first floor, meaning there can be a line given they are single use. There are apparently bigger bathrooms up a couple flights of stairs, but that's very odd that the main level would not have a larger bathroom with stalls. After the movie, there was a line of about 10 people waiting to go to the bathroom on the first floor. if you're running to go to the bathroom in the middle of the movie, a line could cause a huge delay in your return. Parking: $3.30 for 4-hour parking with validation is great. The annoying part is that you cannot pay before you go back to your car, and in the case last night, there was a person handling the credit cards for you and putting it into the machine as you left. There was a line of cars waiting to get out, which could cause someone to miss their four hour window possibly. Additionally, the way the parking lot is set up there's no clear right of way, so two lines of cars had to merge right at the exit. Overall, it's a comfortable experience but definitely not a place I would go if I actually want to immerse myself in the movie. Perhaps an action movie with large sounds effects where you don't really focus on dialogue might be better, or possibly a comedy that has a lot of laughter and noise in the audience in general.

Really cool dark mysterious lightning throughout the theatre. The host at the entrance and staff is stupendous. We had a great server who was very patient and had a pleasant demeanor. The seats give a great recline and the covers they provide are comfy. It's spacious and the seats are in sets of 4. (You will still be pretty close if it's a family of 5) The wings were maybe a 8 they were a little big (I like thin and crispy, more of a preference thing) but the sauce was good. Everything came out hot which was great. The hummus and veggies were delicious! Just yum. Burger was good, fries were okay. I got the truffle fries but didn't really taste the truffle too much :( The prime rib was good but the bread was really soft so when you dipped it in the au ju it almost was close to a soggy finish if that makes sense. Sodas have free refills and they give a nice large glass. They have lots of food options so you'll have plenty to share. I'd come back! Want to try the tacos heard great things from nearby guests

Food was AWSOME!! Loved everything about this place will definitely come back again! I highly recommend it to everyone!

I have been coming for years, and they've manage to keep it clean and always up to date. Unlike Century City that could use a update. Never had a bad movie or dining experience. I've seen many movies. My favorite movie experience was the Neil Young movie. I personally wouldn't recommend this place for children, unless for kid movie, or venue rental simply because of the layout and the alcohol offerings I think it's most suitable for date nights and night out with friends. I've been to a few private premieres here and many moons ago a birthday party. I highly recommend for a rental venue.

After reaching out to their corporate leadership, I received an immediate response. I give full credit to their team for rectifying the situation quickly and offering us equitable compensation. We are very grateful, and my wife and her friends are looking forward to visiting iPic in the future.

First time watching a movie here and I loved it! Great service and lots of snacks to choose from. Our server was very kind and explained everything to us, which made our experience enjoyable. Very comfortable seats!

Good theater, comfortable seating and temperature. Service was fast and the churro popcorn was surprisingly good. The small was more than enough for two people. It's a liquid syrup which I wasn't expecting. My vodka lemonade was perfect, strong and only $13 which is a steal for LA.

The Ipic theater in Westwood is a wonderful way to enjoy great entertainment and tasty treats.. With food and drink service at your dedicated seat, all you have to do is pull up your blanket and recline your chair and relax! It's a fabulous way to enjoy movies.. Their menu is diverse and delicious.. Enjoy!

Comfortable, nice customer service, little expensive, good location, parking around the corner is only $ 3 after 5PM

Love going here. Wish we had more locations. I was afraid to go back after reading the recent reviews but I wanted to use my free movie ticket and the food, service, drinks were all amazing. Thankfully the AC was working!

Booked tickets to Oppenheimer for 9pm 2 weeks ago. Walked into the theaters 8:30pm Randomly told it was 10pm. Very unprofessional to not give a heads up on the time shift. Had issues previously at this location a few weeks prior with the Jennifer Lawrence movie where the theater and dinner trays were filthy and overall cleanliness of the place was lacking. Won't be back again. Bar is great though!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my wife and I had during our visit to your theatre on December 4th. While the beginning of our movie outing went smoothly, several issues arose that significantly impacted our enjoyment. Midway through the movie, there was constant disruption as multiple staff members walked back and forth. When I approached an attendant to express my concerns, i was informed that this was the only entry point for staff handling food and services. However, the situation escalated when a stranger was allowed to sit directly behind us, despite assurances from the attendant that he would be removed due to no seats being purchased in that area. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, we had to relocate our seats, which was far from an ideal movie-watching experience. Additionally, after the film concluded, we encountered further inconvenience as the parking and credit card payment machines were down, leaving us stuck in the parking lot for over 15 minutes. Furthermore I called yesterday 12/10 6:03pm and was told there is no email , the only email will be the email that is sent after the movie asking about my experience. I told the representative that I did not receive any email and she then told me to check my spam and disconnected the call. I then called today at 12/11 6:04pm and spoke to Tally who told me to leave email the email provided one the conversation. I said ok and we disconnected the call. I called Tally back and told her that the email was a "no reply" email she then told me to hold and I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Tally then came back and said I can either wait to get a email. I informed her that I have not received an email yet and it has been a week. She then told me that I can just leave a yelp review, I then told her I did not want to leave a yelp review and if she could provide me with my request of an email she then said " that's all I can do " and quickly put me on hold before I can say a response. Thankfully Riley then came to the phone and provided me an email.

10/10 I will never go to another theater, unless for some reason the iPic isn't showing something I'm desperate to see- which is rare. The staff are SO KIND AND FRIENDLY! I'm just in disbelief. I have been many, many times and each person has been the happiest to serve and that's just amazing! Love love love! The food is great too! I've had: Spicy Tuna Cripsy Rice Angus Burger Lettuce Wraps with Green beans Loaded Fajitas Steak fries (current fav!) And the Truffle Fries- to die for Oh, and their Ranch is BOMB so I always ask for 2 Drinks flowing, food at your seat, reclined, *pro tip* 2 blankets! One for legs, one as an extra pillow. What more could you ask for?!?

Food and Drinks are great, there's a gorgeous lounge to relax in before or after your show with company.

Great spot. They also have a restaurant and bar connected to this spot that's separate from the movie theater. You can either eat there or order your food at your seat.

Awful Experience at iPic Theater iPic Theater completely ruined our plans! my friend booked four tickets a week in advance, only to get a call a day before showtime saying they *accidentally* sold two of our tickets to someone else. Unbelievable! No real apology, and no concern for the inconvenience. This is beyond unprofessional. I won't be back, and I suggest you avoid this place if you don't want your plans ruined last minute.

This is by far my favorite movie theatre . The food is delicious , the service is great . I love the environment . I come every Sunday to enjoy a film with a glass of wine .

It's super nice ... but it IS overpriced. Also, it is $22 plus $2 booking fee on the internet. Decided to save the $2 (x2 because there were two of us). Got to the theater, and THEY charge the $2 too. Ordered pizza and soda. Really good. And the server was nice. I'll go here for special occasions. But otherwise, I'll head to AMC or Westwood blvd. That's more my price point.

Located on a busy street, this date night spot is a great for those looking for a meal + entertainment. The seats are amazing and puts those in other theaters to shame. Comfortable, roomy, and the ability to adjust your seating position all with a button. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone. Comments: Although the atmosphere was amazing, the food fell short. For the price, I expected something better than airport quality food. Check in was easy and smooth. The walk to the theater was nice as you can see how well designed the interior is. The route to the second floor made me feel like I was going to the lobby of a 5 star hotel. The dimly lit interior gives the space a lot of intimacy. Order: Mahi Fish Tacos, Turkey Avocado Wrap, iced tea

This location has declined at rapid speed! No one bothered to call to inform my party that 2 of the 4 seats were broken. One was stuck in full recline and the other had a broken seat cushion. Moreover, they allowed us to discover the raggedy accommodations on our own. There were 3 points at which iPic could've done something (called us, told us upon checkin, or had someone waiting at our row/monitoring for us to walk in, since they knew our party checked in). No one bothered! Things happen, including broken seats, but a pitiful response and poor customer service are unjustifiable. I won't comment on the servers' lack of response since it's not their job to handle a management issue. I'll also save managements response, which was equally deplorable as the broken seats. iPic Westwood has that vibe, as if it won't be around much longer. They've stopped all upkeep, filthy bathrooms, dirty theater seats/trays, among other issues I noticed. Sad!

Fun to do once. The premium seats are incredible and with the little airline blankets it was super comfy. Picture quality was excellent and loved how it felt more like a movie star's home screening theater than an actual movie theater. Would be incredible if not for the waitstaff-only food options. Paying premium movie prices for concessions for slightly elevated fare then adding a tip is absurd. Would prefer pacing orders from my phone like at some ballparks. Service is friendly and quick, but also expensive and unnecessary. Popcorn, 2 sodas and tiny pizza will easily be $50 after tip. Overall five for the movie experience and three for foodservice. I had eaten in the restaurant before and would say that's quite good - solid 4 on that since you actually have real restaurant service.

Pre-Covid times, I used to LOVE Ipic. The premium plus seats came with free popcorn, blankets and pillows, the service was impeccable, and the food and drinks were great. But now? I'm sorry to say it's gone wayyyy downhill. I went to see a movie tonight and had multiple issues: 1) We got to the theater about 15 minutes before showtime. Our waiter came to our seats to tell us not to order food or drinks yet because there was a problem with the projector and the movie might not work at all. Considering we were there for the special 25th anniversary showing of Titanic, we weren't thrilled. Luckily the projector ended up working, but we then couldn't even order food and drinks until the previews started. 2) Speaking of the movie ... nowhere in the ticket purchase experience did it say it was 3D. My friends and I didn't want 3D but of course had no choice once the movie began and it was actually 3D. We weren't given glasses when we came in, so one of my friends had to leave the movie to find them. The glasses were awkwardly sized and so dark -- like regular sunglasses -- that they made the screen way darker. Also super uncomfortable over my actual glasses, which is why I don't like 3D in the first place. I ended up just not even wearing them for about half the movie. They definitely should have advertised this as 3D because we wouldn't have gone to this theater at all. 3) We ordered a martini shaker and asked for 3 glasses (for 3 people). They only brought 2, and when we asked for a 3rd, it never came. So I didn't get to have a cocktail. ‍ 4) We asked for blankets. The waiter said he'd bring them right away -- he never did. They had the air conditioning on in the theater, even though it was 52 degrees outside, so it was definitely chilly in there. 5) One of my friends ordered truffle fries. They got truffle popcorn instead. (Also, the popcorn is no longer free.) Otherwise, the food did come out quickly. I got the Buffalo chicken spring rolls and fries, both were decent but a little lukewarm. Parking in the upper adjacent lot was also unexpectedly free, which was nice. Overall, I'd say going to Ipic is pretty subpar these days. Pretty sad, since I loved it so much a few years ago!

love the customer service response. I didn't book tickets. my friend did. she didn't see or mention $75 hold. and of course I have to deal/fight/sit on hold with Bank of America to get refund. no mention of cold food, warm beer, no toilet paper etc...total blow off from Ipic Customer service. This is a cut and paste response obviously. Take cash, your own food and drink and toilet paper if you do go to Ipic

What a find! This is truly a luxury feel when it comes to watching a movie. I really enjoyed the ambiance and intimate theaters. The seats were comfortable and it really is a perfect spot to sit back and relax with a date. I personally don't care for all the iMax, 4D, roller coaster seat experiences that some theaters have. This place really hits all the essentials I think a proper date night movie theater should have. Before even stepping into the theater, the lobby provides a great spot to just enjoy some drinks prior to the movie and talk. The servers were very helpful and the cocktails were on point! I can't speak to food or popcorn here because I was saving up my appetite for dinner. Parking isn't bad here especially for LA. They validate your parking for a nearby garage.
