"Upstairs, Irie (Jamaican patois for “everything is alright”) offers seating along a horseshoe-shaped, marble-topped bar, a traditional dining room with custom banquettes, a private elongated-table dining room, and a mauve lounge with low tables and couches; it’s the smokeable eatery where cannabis purchased on-site can be consumed. The menu, created by consulting chef Wes Whitsell with chefs Armando Aguilar and David Vatran, is the same as Hind’s (pizzas, salads, heritage chicken with Damson plums, jerk fried quail, and sesame-halva bread pudding), and the zero-proof cocktails—like the Yellow Brick Road and the Souls Embrace—are worth trying.
