Google
Top-notch service with the most dedicated server I’ve seen- from recommendations to cooking our meat to perfection, David was absolutely on his game. A variety of meats and unique sides to keep you always trying something different, with cocktails and sake to match. Not to mentioned that it’s all for a very reasonable price.

Vani Anand

Google
We enjoyed the experience, vibe and service in the restaurant. Sides were very nice too. If they can add some more signature cocktails in the menu that will be great. We will go back.

Justin Couch

Google
The food was superb and our server Bella was beyond amazing. restaurant is highly recommended someone that wants to try something unique with some good food

FREDA WITHERSPOON

Google
Fun place...smaller than it looks from the outside. They have a bar and you cook the food at your table; actually our server did it for us which was super nice! You definitely get your monies worth and they have great selections. Decent priced wines. Would be a fun group outing. Chris, our server, was awesome!!! Worth a visit if you are in the area.

Google
Came in during a weekday with a group of 4 for dinner. Plenty of food options and the service was great. Just want to highlight our server Andy, he was fantastic. He was extremely helpful throughout the night, very friendly and attentive! Felt taken care of and enjoyed everything. Good experience, will come back soon

Google
Came in with a group of 6 on a weekend. Can’t say enough good things about the food. There is a variety of options and they are very accommodating of any dietary needs. Drinks are amazing as well! The true star of the show though was our server, Rachel. She truly cultivated a Michelin star experience for us. I’m not sure if I have ever experienced such top of the line service. Definitely will be returning!!!

Google
I want to give a big shoutout to Day for making our dining experience fantastic! She was incredibly helpful, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Day went above and beyond to help us cook the meat perfectly and kept our drinks refilled without us having to ask. Her warm smile and friendly attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. Thank you, Day, for your excellent service! We’ll definitely be back.

Google
We love this place!! Ryan was absolutely great and made sure we were well taken care of, and the food never disappoints. If youve never been, you have to try it and you’ll be hooked!!

Yelp
Food was amazing. Angie was very nice. Get the iron age steak! It is definitely a place to come back to.

Yelp
I had an incredible dining experience at Iron Age! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The brisket and pork belly were cooked to perfection--juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want in a KBBQ experience. The sides were just as impressive, but the glass noodles, pickled radish, and Tteok-bokki absolutely stole the show. The service was quick and attentive, ensuring we always had what we needed, and the atmosphere made for a fun and enjoyable meal. Whether you're a KBBQ regular or trying it for the first time, Iron Age is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Great service great food good price lots of selections food was great and our server was amazing

Yelp
Awesome food and great service! The Hawaiian beef bulgogi is the absolute best! Pretty loud in here but it died down around 8:30-9pm.

Alisha M.

Yelp
The customer service and food here was top notch. Ethan was amazing and very attentive. We will definitely be back again!

Pranay K.

Yelp
#KKB Loved our server Andy. Great food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the Hawaiian Beef Bulgogi.

Yelp
Great place for a group outing. Don't miss out on the brisket, they were so good, of all the order I got I didn't have a single picture because I was too busy eating. Good quality meat and seafood, banchan was balanced. The only problem encountered was the fire kept going out due to the way the blower is designed, but the staff was on top of it. It does take the full enjoyment out of it because you have to pause once in a while to wait for it to be relit. Excellent soju cocktails too. The pitcher is pretty deceptively large. All in all a really good place to hangout. Will be back.

Valeria Q.

Yelp
Great service and amazing tasty food! Aaron was very welcoming, constantly checked on us and our food.

Bailey H.

Yelp
Good food and service as usual. Prices have raised slightly but still a good deal based on how much meat you get!

Nancy H.

Yelp
This restaurant is probably one of the most delicious Korean BBQ places I have been to! Atmosphere: We came for date night on a Friday night, which was pretty busy. We waited about 25 min for a table for 2. In the restaurant, it is pretty loud with all the full tables, music, etc Food and service: this is where the restaurant excelled. We tried various steaks, beef bulgogi, and Hawaiian beef bulgogi. The bulgogi was marinated and so flavorful, tender, and wonderful. It's also so fun to cook our own food. The side dishes of pickled radishes were also so flavorful and delicious. Wow! The food was truly excellent. With the unlimited food option, we ate until our bellies could not hold anymore! The service was also top notch. Our server checked on us so many times and was so attentive. Whenever we needed more of anything, it would be out so fast! I was so impressed with him. Highly highly recommend this place for the best food and service!

Karen I.

Yelp
This is hands down the best Iron Age I've been to in Georgia. We alternate between the beef bulgogi and Iron Age steak. The meat is always so tender. The sides such as the rice cakes, kimchi, and japchae are so incredibly fresh. The service is spot on.. especially if you are fortunate enough to get Rachel! She was extremely attentive. The ambiance is bubbling. It's right in the Halcyon square so you can go for a walk right after! This specific location isn't smoky or crowded. If you're contemplating on going... go! You won't regret it.

Yelp
We had Lee as our server and he was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating and attentive to our needs! The food was amazing as well!

Ryan C.

Yelp
For a $30/person K-AYCE, not bad at all even for avid K-BBQ eaters, if you drop that standard you may have that is. Nothing to complain about; alright quality K-BBQ options most people enjoy accompanied by speedy and attentive crew to fix your needs. Skimpy side dishes and sauces, but they will refill it upon your requests. Quite legit lettuce salad, soy dipping sauce, and kimchee were surprising. They will have some soju & Korean beer options not listed on the menu, so do ask. Their draft beer machine was not working correctly on the day of visit, but that can happen and they corrected right away. Keep it up, Iron girls & boys -

Yelp
It was date night and my guy has been wanting to bring me here for some time because he loves the one in Sandy Springs. The place was PACKED!!! We waited for a table for about an hour considering they told us 45 minutes and when it went past the time, they ended up sitting another party in our seat because "they called ahead". So apparently they have reservations. I will say I call BS because we saw the man I believe to be the owner sat down to talk to them and have a conversation like they knew each other already. Anywhoo... The place is nice and has a great atmosphere; lots of birthday celebrations, even an impromptu marriage proposal happened so this is a great multipurpose spot. Warning: When crowded, the place gets a little noisy so you'll have to speak loudly or sit close to your people/party. They had KPop playing on the screens and speakers which was a nice little addition to the vibe since it was laid back tunes, along with some TVs showing various sports games. Though the bar was full as well, we got our drinks fairly quickly as we waited to be seated and they were delicious and definitely not watered down. The bar has a full and I do mean FULL selection so you won't be disappointed in that department. The food was great! My spicy chicken was everything and then some! I mean the Kimchi was divine, and don't get us started on the Japanese noodles because the flavor was unmatched. The first round we got the Spicy Chicken and my guy ordered the Iron Age Beef, and they were both tasty with rice, vegetables, noodles, and Kimchi. The second round we ordered the Soy Chicken which was pretty good and was even better with the assortment of sauces they provided. And the third round, my guy ordered Shrimp, which FYI, comes whole, meaning legs, eyes, and antennae in the shell and all lol Definitely not for those with a severe seafood/shellfish allergy. Note: my guy wanted to order the Brisket, but not only was he full, but that has to be cooked on a different type of grill meaning they'd have to switch out our grill and it couldn't be cooked with anything else ie chicken. I truly want to give this place 4.5 stars despite the treatment from the owner which I found sketchy and not a coincidence BUT overall the food, the price of amount of food we had, the vibe, everything was great. Even the bathroom was clean, except for the men's, my guy said it was disgusting in there lol We will definitely be going back.

Yelp
Lee is the MAN. Lee provided excellent service, was helpful, and was very personable. The food and drinks are always good too!

Yelp
Brought a friend here yesterday because she had never had Korean barbecue and Iron Age has a pretty good reputation from my side of town so we went here for lunch... Kind of a late lunch at 2:30. It's all booths and all the fire pits have downdraft, so there's no smoke, not sure if it's a full bar, but I got a beer and we scanned the menu and decided on beef, chicken and shrimp kimchi cabbage peppers, rice, and a whole lot of dipping sauces. Our waitress was fantastic and on the ball got the meat on forest and then we watched it some and then took each entrée one at a time. Cooking them talking and eating well things are going on the whole time. Great flavors and what do you expect in the Korean BBQ in the price points were actually quite good even though it was all you can eat. We only got one portion of proteins and we were stuffed! We really enjoyed it and had a good time and the place was relatively crowded and the location was in a nice area so if you're in the mood for Korean barbecue, I highly recommend coming here. The service and quality of food or exactly what I wanted and we really enjoyed it.

Lise

Yelp
Tables and grills were not clean. Grease pits under the table. Server dropped meat on the table and put it in the pot anyway until asked to remove it.

Kat D.

Yelp
You can't beat the price here for all you can eat Korean BBQ! Iron Age is located at the Halcyon across from the CMX movie theatre. They have a great selection of fantastic quality meats. Sauces and sides are included but depending on the day though you will have to ask for the sides as they don't bring them out. Now they have the potential to be 5 stars, but the service could have been a little better, but overall a great place to eat! Come hungry and expect to leave satisfied. And I f you eat too much at dinner you can walk it off around the Halcyon where there is much to see and do.

Chris Y.

Yelp
Food was amazing all the meat came out very fast. Rachel was a great server and very attentive whenever we needed something.

Minah J.

Yelp
One of my favorite Korean BBQ Spot! Outstanding Korean BBQ experience! Fresh, flavorful meats, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. Perfect for groups or a night out. Highly recommend!

Lucy D.

Yelp
My family & I have always made it here for hot sake during the cold months. We finally dined in! Let me just say the food & sauces are absolutely tasty!!! The service was outstanding! We will absolutely be back again soon!

Jamila B.

Yelp
How have I not had Korean bbq before? This place is amazing!! It's a lot of food but I didn't feel bad about eating so much because everything was pretty light a delicious. My favorite meat was the beef bugolgi. It is absolutely amazing. They marinate the meat and you can basically eat it right after cooking, no sauces needed. But the sauces do take the flavor up a few more notches! There were 9 of us in my party and they accommodated us perfectly. The service was amazing, even with our party being so large. I definitely plan on going back. This would make a great date spot or a fun night out with the girls!

Adam B.

Yelp
Great food & service. You cook your own food. Fun & satisfying. Been a # of times with friends & family. Never been disappointed.

Paul P.

Yelp
Place looked pretty light for a Friday afternoon. This place is highly rated and it might very well be a one off in my case. Table looked like it could use some cleaning. Utensils came wet and needed wiping down and an ok nonchalant attitude of the person taking care of us. Just a borderline OK experience. We got spicy pork steak and beef bulgogi and both were good. I'm used to more sides than they gave us. Food - 3.5/5 Service - 3/5 Ambience - 3/5

Yelp
We left feeling so full! I came here for a late lunch date around 3pm on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded at all, which was nice. It was my date's first time trying Korean BBQ so I wanted him to try all the staple items mixed in with some exotic. The servers were absolutely delightful and helped us cook the meats throughout the process. At first, you're served a delicious salad with spicy dressing and 3 types of fermented radishes which had a very interesting taste and texture. From there, you order your proteins 2 at a time and start cooking. We ordered the beef bulgogi, Hawaiian bulgogi, pork belly, beef brisket, spicy squid, shrimps, lemon chicken, iron age steak, and garlic pork steak. Hands down, the beef and Hawaiian bulgogi are my favorite. Some meats had a lot of gristle and fatty bits, wasn't the highest quality, and I avoided eating those portions. Otherwise, the flavors and marinade were really good and delicious. It's a fun dining experience and perfect for a date!

Amaya M.

Yelp
been here a couple times. food was amazing as always. Our server was rachel she was very attentive very sweet. we'll always enjoy coming back here.

Shynae K.

Yelp
My family's favorite weekly place to eat. The food is always great and fresh. The service is amazing and the restaurant itself is a relaxing place to bring your family.

Veronica K.

Yelp
Delicious!! We were a group of 7 so we had 2 grills. Half of the group haven't been to Iron Age so we had to ease our way in. Beef brisket is still #1! I was so happy to see that they had the bulgogi/teriyaki dipping sauce which they removed for a time back at the original Duluth location. I missed KBBQ so much!

Rafaella W.

Yelp
Very enjoyable! Looking for a great Korean BBQ restaurant? Look no further! For the price (29.99) you can order any sides, meats, veggies and cook to your preference on the table grill. The sides were fresh, flavorful and felt authentic. We also loved the Korean wine drinks! It was sooo good!! Staff are also very friendly and helpful. Our waitress Alma was amazing!! Great date night place! Great for kids too! Yes we will be back!

Averi T.

Yelp
The food was amazing there's so much to choose from Samantha my server was so amazing and made sure we were very happy and satisfied. She assisted us and helped us make the food when we asked. The aesthetic of the restaurant is amazing the lights and tables are clean and very well designed

Ravyn T.

Yelp
i love the hawaiian bulgogi here. and i love the servers they're always so nice and helpful :)

Brandon N.

Yelp
great environment and service, great night over with my pals. thanks iron age we had a blast

Aleena Z.

Yelp
Amazing food and great prices per person. Unlimited amount of food with no time limit too. Great service and amazing waiter Lee.

Estela R.

Yelp
This place is amazing! We came here not knowing it's an all you can eat kinda place, what a great surprise! The people are super nice, and they are always attentive to your fire, adjusting it if needed. Today is our second time here, and it's as great as the first one!

Bryce B.

Yelp
This is the easiest 5 star of my life * Our waiter, Thomas was excellent. Super nice, super helpful, super knowledgeable. * There is so much food for such a great price. * It's a great atmosphere and can be great fun with friends * staff service is an easy 100/10 * here are my favorite menu options (Iron Age beef steak, seasoned steak, all pork options especially the spicy pork steak, and the shrimp. I have heard the chicken is exquisite as well). * given how new this place is, I can't wait to see how it grows! * below is the shrimp and spicy pork steak. * also, single fellas this is a great place to bring a date.

Yoonji C.

Yelp
New KBBQ place in Alpharetta. They just opened this week and it seemed like they were getting into the groove of things. Our service started off a bit rocky with our table having to wait a long time for servers to come by so we could order, but everything else went by smoothly. The food was good - everything was seasoned nicely. One thing I would change is adding pork belly and brisket to the menu. I think those cuts of meat are a Korean steakhouse staple. Overall, I would give 3 stars but I added an extra star. Reason being, even though they have a few kinks to work out, they are new and I think a great addition to the food scene in the area.

Gabriel J.

Yelp
We were planning on visiting this restaurant until we saw they received a deplorable health inspection of 28. After reviewing the online health inspection, it is very clear that they do not care about food safety and their customers health.

Alan B.

Yelp
This place is terrible. From the rude employees to the over priced, below average food, not to mention the rude management. Also, this restaurant recently received a health department inspection that they failed miserably on scoring a 28 out of a possible 100. That in itself is reason to avoid this place!

Jai B.

Yelp
For the money. It is not worth it. Sorry. I came on Sunday...don't. The price is jacked up to higher. The service is slow. There are better places to go with more options and better quality at this price. Try the Soju cocktails, seasoned streak...they are not bad. I could see this being interesting to those new to Korean BBQ. You will leave full. Now if I compare this spot to Golden Corral, they are peers. Just one lets me drink to Korean music, let's me drink, and is near a movie theater and trail to bike/walk....

Thomas W.

Yelp
Have been to the Halcyon Iron Age several times and it doesn't disappoint. Meat options are plentiful and the servers always help you to make sure you don't flame out on your meat. Love the glass noodles! I'm deducting one star as I've cooked the shrimp a couple times but can never get them to properly peel. I'll skip next time. The pork, beef, and chicken options are great. Take the opportunity to grill a slice or three of the pineapple. So good!Ambiance is very cool with the streaming K-Pop videos all around. Not something you'll find in other restaurants!

Andrea R.

Yelp
There were 6 of us for a birthday dinner. I called and made a reservation for a random Wednesday evening at 5pm and informed them that my son has celiac disease. When we arrived, we had to wait at least 10 minutes for our table. I am not sure why they did not provide us with a two-burner table considering the gluten allergy. When we asked, we were told those tables were for parties of 8 or more (even though none of those tables were being used.) This was our first visit and we had no idea how the "process" at the restaurant worked. Our server provided little help. To be as polite as possible, she was useless. The whole meal was a disaster. You're paying for the "experience," I guess. I'd rather pay for quality food and amazing service. Will never return.

Darice C.

Yelp
We had such a great time at Iron Age, it was my mom' and brother's first time so we wanted to treat them. Our servers were Terry and Rachel, super friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the whole process! We tried brisket, bulgogi, Hawaiian bulgogi, pork belly, and shrimp! 10 out of 10 service check out our photos below!

Moumin H.

Yelp
Just left Iron Age and I was very disappointed. For one, they don't have a wide selection of sides. We ended up decided to give them a try, and we started off by ordering the beef bulgogi which was super chewy and bad all around. We ordered the seasoned steak for our second round and tried one bite and immediately decided we were done eating there. The food was very subpar. The manager came by and offered to discount our check, which we ended up only paying for one dinner. Thank you, but chewy bulgogi was not worth $30. I definitely would advice to stay away from this restaurant, it is obvious they use cheaper quality meat.

Hugo R.

Yelp
The buzz cut manager kept turning the fálsame on and was making our food burn but there is a young server that's served us his name is lee. He was really helpful telling us we can turn up and down the flame. He was really kinda and really hardworking, just seeing him pase everywhere. Lee was really kinda and respectful, and always asked if we needed anything. I really recommend customer service they always kind, fast, and always care about their customers. Food is also great here . Especially for any type of date or special event.

Rachael A.

Yelp
An absolute great meal for the price! it's all you can't eat and I came in hungry... it was so good and the servers were super attentive when you needed refills on anything. planning on taking my parents here when they visitGA

LaRhonda C.

Yelp
I was apart of a party of 8 and the team was very accommodating. The food and sides were filling and loved that you can get as many sides as you want. The only negative was there was nowhere to place the meats once they were done cooking, specifically shrimp. Shrimp or medium steak shouldn't be on a grill for 45 min. Otherwise, it was a great experience and everything was delicious.

Emma C.

Yelp
Great food and great prices per person. Unlimited amount of food with no time limit too. Great service and amazing waiter.

Marko P.

Yelp
We had a pretty good experience there. Served by Abraham. He forgot a couple of items but overall it was ok. Not much vegetable choices and the Korean feeling had been lost. However, better than a bunch of other places. The Korean manager guy was not friendly - had a mean look on his face ( not welcoming).
