I have been a loyal daily customer of Irrelevant Beer, making the trip by bus specifically to take advantage of your happy hour. Today, after making my regular commute, I was extremely disappointed to discover that I was not given the happy hour discount.
It's frustrating to put in the effort to come to your establishment every day, only to have a policy that I rely on suddenly not be honored. In fact, the happy hour signage you have is false advertising, as I have not received the discount all week. I am a person with a knack for business and marketing strategy, and I have developed several ideas and tips for you. However, after this experience, I will be keeping my insight to myself. Consistency is key, and this experience was a major letdown.
