I love this farmers market! It’s the best one I have found yet! It has live music and lots of amazing vendor’s plus a sugar cain juice! I love meeting up with friends here plus plenty of parking. I highly recommend this farmers market is a the church. Great finds!

Amazing produce and food. There's a wonderful selection of vegetables around CA and Mexico. Lots of food from different cuisines. It's located in Mariners Church.

The Irvine Farmers Market is one of my favorite places to de-stress after a long week. Last week, they had a beautiful selection of limited-edition cherry blossom flowers for Chinese New Year, adding a festive touch to the experience. As usual, we grabbed a Bolivian meat pie and some dim sum—both were fantastic! This market is a great way to introduce someone to the Irvine community. It’s family-friendly, photo-friendly, and even dog-friendly—though there is a designated food section where pets aren’t allowed. The atmosphere is lively, with great music that adds to the vibe. I highly recommend visiting, whether you’re a local or just passing through. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy good food, fresh produce, and a vibrant community setting!

The Irvine Farmers Market at Mariners Church on Saturdays offers a fantastic variety of fresh, organic produce and delicious homemade goods. Don't forget to stop by Chicago Dan's Seasonings for some unique flavor additions! Highly recommend!

Google
I'm from UT and we don't have the most exciting farmers markets so this one was like ..super amazing to me haha. That being said I got a delicious Bolivian meat pie, the best tangerines I have ever had, and an adorable hand sculpted mini clay strawberry plant. I'll definitely visit again next time I am in the area!

Great choice of produce vendors, food stores. A well organized farmers market for all ages from Saturday 8 am - noon, plenty of free parking within the community.

Google
Easy to find. South on Culver until the church corner, left then quick right into the church property. You'll be at a T - can only turn left to head to the free parking lot and structure. Clear signage. Ample parking for hundreds. Short walk back to the T where the market starts. Long row of vendors in the parking lot, to the back, then turn left and another long row of vendors. Dozens and dozens, so you can easily spend a few hours browsing. Didn't even come to shop, just see, easily spend over an hour. Worth the drive from afar. Today, solo saxophonist entertaining, brightening up the atmosphere. Balloon animals guy for the kids. Dozen plus food vendors to buy eats, another dozen plus for canned and packaged foods like fresh guacamole, bbq salt, honeys. Some unique, like wine and berry jams or mint honey. Mostly fresh produce. A couple fresh egg vendors. One fish monger. Weird, but long line at the onigiri rice ball vendor at the entrance. Always funny to see peeps buying what sells $1-3 in Japan for much more here - it's supposed to be a cheap eat. A few selling fresh herbs and tomato plants - easily two dozen varieties.

You should check Irvine farmers market if you are looking for fresh produce, farmers' eggs and poultry, avocado selection, yogurts, fresh and smoked fish (no Sugar added), honey, berries, flowers, and baked goods. It is a wonderful place to spend Saturday morning with fresh coffee, live music and your favorite scone. Since we started visiting farmers market, we learned about avocado types like Fuerte, Reed in addition to Haas, we tried best coconut milk and kefir soda drinks, and I realized that my son ears vegetables and likes them. Tips: Come with cash since many farmers charge a small fee for card payments Bring your bag (you won’t leave empty handed). Come early: 8.30 is not as crowded as 10 a.m. when parking might be an issue Ask farmers about their produce and you’ll learn a lot.

Yelp
This farmers market is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates fresh, high-quality produce and a vibrant atmosphere. The selection of fruits and vegetables is outstanding, with a colorful array of seasonal items that are clearly locally sourced. I was particularly impressed with the ripe, juicy tomatoes and fragrant herbs. However, the real highlights for me were the cherimoyas and passion fruit. They were perfectly ripe and bursting with flavor - a true taste of tropical paradise! One of the other highlights of my visit was the cane juice. It was freshly pressed and incredibly refreshing, the perfect drink on a warm day. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, happy to offer samples and share information about their products. The service was top-notch, with everyone eager to help and offer recommendations. The ambience of the market is lively and welcoming. There's a real sense of community. Live music adds to the festive atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to spend a morning or afternoon. Whether you're looking for ingredients for a special meal, want to discover exotic fruits like cherimoya and passion fruit, or simply want to enjoy the vibrant energy of a local market, this farmers market is well worth a visit.

Yelp
I'm an occasional visitor to the Irvine Farmer's Market and it's always such a wonderful experience. Great location, plenty of parking, and set up in such a way that even in a crowd it's easy to navigate. I always bring two bags and end up feeling like a pack mule by the end of it. Most people bring a wagon or cart - do yourself a favor and be one of those people! There's PLENTY of fresh produce - both staples and seasonal. There's a great selection of canned, baked, and freshly made food. Also cut florals and potted herbs and veg. One of my favorites is the microgreens booth - you name it, they've got it. I typically get there a few minutes before 8 (the posted start time) and there's already plenty of people shopping. The longest line at all times is the La Bahn Ranch fresh eggs booth, for good reasons. These eggs are legendary! Other long lines include Dry Dock Fish Co and Meet the Source. Have fun! Both at the market and when you get everything back to your kitchen!

Swantje W.

Yelp
Great variety of fruits and vegetables, premade foods and drinks and a some other items. I was able to get organic bread and fruit and even some special mushrooms. The layout is spacious enough that it doesn't easily get crowded. Someone even plays live music that enhances the experience. All the stalls I was interested in took credit cards. If I wanted to be nitpicky I'd say that there was no milk available and that one vendor parked right in front of the pedestrian walkthrough, but I was still able to get through without them batting an eye at the person approaching from the back. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, I'll be back regularly.

Yelp
Great place. Reminds me of the OC swap meet but no junk. Bring a bag or cart to carry everything

Mark H.

Yelp
This market is held at Mariners Church on Saturdays from eight until noon. It uses the Youth and Community Center parking lots as shown on the church map. Great selection of fresh vegetables, fruits, food, and artsy stuff. Tip: enter from Newport Coast Drive to avoid a lot of traffic and many pedestrians. The main entrance from Bonita Canyon Drive is often so crowded that market traffic can tail back and block the junction. Arnett's has a huge fresh and dried fruit selection. The exotic fruit stall is a good place to buy cherimoya, sapote, and other fruits! Mama Musubi, Koko Moo, Cali Pie Guy, and Kettle Korn with their sweet roasted corn booth provide great prepared food. To find seating to eat food: from the Mama Musubi booth, cross the roadway, walk down to a small amphitheater facing the Youth building, and sit on benches.

Yelp
Had the opportunity this past Saturday to go to this farmers market for the very first time. I cannot believe it took me this many years before getting a chance to go here! The one thing I will say about the vegetables here is that they are very unique. And what I mean by unique is you are not expecting them to be the colors that they are here. All different color, carrots, and tomatoes and peppers are quite amazing. It definitely makes you think that there are a lot of chemicals used in the vegetables in the stores. As far as the taste, though, the only true difference I could tell was between the carrots and the strawberry berries. The strawberries there are some of the best I've ever had. The price is quite expensive for what you're getting, but you're paying for a quality and not quantity I guess. Each of the individual sellers are quite nice. I mean, I guess they have to be if they're going to be charging what they are right lol. I will definitely be going back here to try some of the other fruits and vegetables over the next few weeks. If you already shop at stores like Sprouts, Gelson's or Whole Foods, then you should be used to paying higher prices for your fruits and vegetables. There are a couple of food trucks that serve different types of food there so if you are hungry, you can have different types of street style food as well.

Cassie H.

Yelp
TONS of booths and parking. Remember to bring cash for the smaller booths, but a lot take Venmo and credit card now. They also have a ton of booths serving cooked food if you're hungry while shopping. Bring a big bag, be patient, and get fresh produce and eggs!

Yelp
On a Saturday in June, my family woke up early and drive to Irvine farmers market at the Mariners church parking lot. We got there at 8am and parked in their lot. The size is pretty big compared to Pasadena's farmers market. Our main purpose to visit Van de Kamp tent to look at the baked goods. We spoked with the grand daughter and looked at gluten free desserts and the cookies and bought some goodies. Next we noticed they are 3 or 4 bakery tents with fruit and veggies or eggs or food tents. The place got busy by 10am. The ambiance is nice with music playing in the background.

Yelp
Happy to finally go to the Irvine Farmers Market at Mariners Church. This is the biggest farmers market I've been to and I was pretty excited to see everything. Compared to the The District one, this has sooo many more options for produce and already made goods. Lots to explore! Parking is pretty easy - if you don't mind a small walk then you'll never have issues with parking. Walk itself isn't even far..like a few minutes tops. Upon entering, you'll see some cute florists shops and then it's ALL produce. You have a wide variety of fruits, veggies, mushrooms, cheese, etc. I was excited to also see several vendors selling Asian veggies too! Pricing can be more compared to your traditional market (it's about $3 per bundle/pound here). If you're looking for smaller quantities though this is a good way to get it instead of the pre-bagged stuff at grocery stores. All the veggies from every vendor looked very fresh and didn't seem like they were going bad. Fruits were also very fresh and some even allowed samples! It's a lot to look at so I recommend to give yourself an hour if it's your first time. Staff here are very friendly and open to help you out. It's unfortunate this isn't as close to me as I'd want it to be but making the trip here once in awhile is worth it. Always nice supporting local businesses! Highly recommend this farmers market!

Yelp
Irvine Farmers Market at Mariners Church on Saturdays is my favorite farmers market. Santa Monica is famous for their Wednesday farmers market but I'd much rather go to this one! There are a lot of vendors selling fruits, vegetables, eggs, meat, seafood, flowers and so much more. The walkway is pretty wide so you never feel like it's too crowded to maneuver. If you're looking for cheap produce, you won't find it here. You will find a lot of fresh produce, some organic, some not. The vendors are very friendly and eager to assist if you have any questions. Most vendors take credit cards, though some have an extra service fee if you use your card. Parking is super easy as there is a parking garage and a large lot.

Leanne D.

Yelp
I've heard so much about this farmers market I had to check it out for myself. We arrived at about 10:00. Lots of people but we were still able to find parking. The farmers market offered a wide variety of fresh organic produce,a few plant and floral booths, honey and jam booths and lots of food booth options. I picked up some green beans and cherry plums, a money plant and some sweet and savory steamed bao buns to snack on. I will definitely come back but will come earlier as it does get hot in the a summer sun.

Yelp
We were in Irvine from out of town and happened to find out the Irvine Farmer's Market was happening. The market itself is hosted by a big mega church but there was ample parking, though it took a while to get in due to a queue of cars. Nonetheless, there were quite a few vendors that sold produce, followers, plants, condiments, etc. There were also a lot of food vendors. This is definitely a varied farmer's market and hope to revisit when we are back in town again.

Traci N.

Yelp
Amazing farmers market. Large selection of organic and non organic produce. Fantastic food vendors to grab breakfast or brunch. I loved how every vendor allowed you to sample their fruit and veggies. They had several vendors with fresh veggies washed and separated out along with different types of lettuce. A beautiful flower vendor right when you enter who was fresh wrapping and putting bouquets together. An added bonus; right behind the market is Mission Church's thrift store opened from 9-1pm. This was a hopping spot as several folks lined up before opening. They have a great selection of high end items for great prices.

Heather R.

Yelp
This market is huge! Lots of produce and flowers. One of the largest markets around.

Zain O.

Yelp
I was at the farmers market and I was looking for some mushroom produce, I had found the mushroom stand and once I found it there was this little Egyptian boy with the glasses is beautiful and gave me amazing service I think he said his name was mo, he was extremely nice and helped me as I'm very elderly and struggle getting around he even helped me get to my car, what a nice young man.

Breanna R.

Yelp
For me it was a far drive to come to the farmers market and was headed somewhere else after but was a nice experience and chill morning vibe to get some green tea and some lavender... there was a lot of people and had lots of vendors but took like two hours to walk the whole thing if u take ur time .. there is also a little thrift store under the church .. its a hit it miss at that one .. but wouldn't drive that far again just to come here .. maybe more for locals .

Alexander F.

Yelp
My girlfriend discovered this Farmers Market and we finally got to go (since we're not morning people normally haha). It was bigger than I expected but had a huge selection of fresh produce, food, and cute shops. The market's sectioned off into different areas. First small area is flowers, then the next area is all produce (and there's so many of it, hard to choose who to buy from because prices are relatively similar and all look fresh). After you get the area of cooked foods/food trucks and some small shops selling home made goods. Parking is not a problem - parking lot is huge, and if you don't mind going a bit further down to not have to fight for parking then you're good. If you come earlier in the day you'll definitely be able to get closer parking! I'd say after about 10:30 is when most people come and parking gets a little further away. A lot of vendors here do take card or Venmo so if you're tight on cash it shouldn't be a problem. We've come here twice now and quite enjoy the energy here as everyone is very friendly. The cooked food and pastry stalls are also nice! We've tried several vendors and they are all good. Since it is a farmers market - pricing isn't necessarily "cheaper" than your typical grocery store. But all produce seems to range from $3-$5 each (depending on the product), but some places do have deals! All in all, I can see myself coming back here - especially since they even have some vendors that specialize only in one good (seafood, fates, mushroom, eggs, etc). Definitely worth checking out if you're local.

Yelp
HUGE CROWD ! On Saturday my wife and I arrived here around 11am.....it was very busy. We headed straight to Old Town Baking Co on the off chance they still had some bread left. Usually we order ahead with Dawaun the guy who runs the stand. It seemed like a good idea to top up what we had in the freezer. GOOD LUCK ! We asked Dawaun when we arrived if he had bread available....no prob because it had been a quiet morning. Very unusual because he quite often sells out of his most popular varieties by 11am. We grabbed 2 x Hearty Six Grain and 1 x Fruit & Nut Bread. AND THEN ! It was over to to see our good mate Francesco at Fresco Pasta...my wife pre-ordered some stuff like 4 x Arancino and 1 x Caciocavallo ( 18 month aged Mozzarella ). Francesco was very happy to see us...a lovely guy. We love everything he sells...it's all fully imported top quality Italian stuff. We also grabbed 1 x Scamorza, 1 Egg Pappardelle, 1 x Cacao e Pepe, 1 x Meatballs and 1 x Focaccia. THAT WAS IT FOR US ! We hightailed it back to our car in the huge parking lot. LIVE MUSIC ! I shot a video of a dude playing an electric sitar. IT'S ALL GOOD ! NOTE - Of course with 20 million views of my Yelp reviews and pics world wide in 2023 I can tell you what is great !

Kylie J.

Yelp
went on saturday around noon and it wasn't crowded at all. the workers are so incredibly friendly and the bakery stand is amazing. I will say they mainly have fresh vegetables compared to other foods or merchandise. great job guys!

Tina F.

Yelp
Great selection of produce, crafts and food trucks. Great vendors and we'll managed. They even have live music! Come early.

Kelly T.

Yelp
As we were walking around the farmers market, my friend said there were very strong Irvine vibes. Overall I loved this farmers market, and it's the biggest one I've been to so far, with one area for prepped food and another for produce. I came to specifically buy some heirloom tomatoes and got some for $5/lb but I wish I brought cash, as there were stands selling them for less (like $4/lb) but they were cash only. Also should've remembered to bring my reusable grocery bag haha, had to ask for some plastic ones. At the end of my little farmers market trip my friend and I also got some musubi and onigiri, which I actually don't think were that good for the price. They were good enough. Everyone I interacted with was kind, and I'd love to come back again soon to spend more time at each vendor.

Grace T.

Yelp
Wow I don't know what to say but that I had so much fun at this farmers market! I went late in the morning (11am ish) so the vendors are slowly cleaning up, which means I got some sale pastry from The Frog Bakery (3 pastries for $10), lots of Sample from this Overnight Oats Stand and a Cheese Stand. I had coffee from Moon Mountain Coffee that was really good -- not too sweet but you still taste the coffee -- for $5 only too! The Overnight Oats stand had lots of free samples and they all tasted so good. Too bad they were out on the blueberry ones, they were the best! (She said you'd have to come early for those)

Man-Sim T.

Yelp
Great variety, produce is fresh at the stalls I've visited the past 4 yrs. Price is fair and vendors are kind

Mary N.

Yelp
You can't BEET a good farmers market Great big farmers market full of food, fresh veggies, EGGS, bread, pastries, juices, coffee, house plants, seafood, meat, and more! Good place to fill your tummy and get your steps in. Bolivia empanada was pretty good. Super juicy inside. The outside is a little sweet. No sauces given and $0.50 charge for cc transactions. Wish it didn't close so early! Can't wait to go again to try other food...

Emily V.

Yelp
A very sizable farmer's market with great variety, high quality goods, and plenty of parking. They are open Saturdays from 8am-12pm and every stand accepts credit card (though some have small card fees like $0.50). While most stands provide plastic bags, do bring at least 1 reusable bag as a few of them don't provide any. A M B I A N C E The farmer's market is nicely sectioned off as a part of the huge Mariner's Church parking lot with many families, college students, and couples getting their weekly groceries with reusable bags, grocery carts, and wagons. Vendors are friendly, some calling out their products or asking if you'd like to try a sample. None were overly pushy or made me uncomfortable. There were 2 live music performers creating nice background music that wasn't too loud. S I Z E & V A R I E T Y Very big farmer's market that is well-organized into a mostly-produce section and mostly-food section. Perhaps a couple dozen produce stands, 3-4 plant and florist stands, 3-4 clothing and craft stands, 3-4 fresh meat stands, 1 seafood stand, pre-made food stands, about half a dozen pre-made drink stands (coffee, coconut water, juices, etc), and tons of stands selling unique things like olive oil, baked goods, fresh almonds, microgreens, etc. This is definitely the place to go if you want fresh, organic goods, or more unusual things like gluten-free desserts and pastries, bone broth, blue eggs ($14/dozen), bison or yak meat, or heirloom tomatoes. P R I C E S Definitely a little on the upper-end as all farmer's markets are, but not outrageous by any means. The food here is pretty much all organic, preservative-free, and locally sourced/grown operated by individuals and/or their families, which does increase costs just a bit. For example, (very) large avocados ran $2-3 each, a dozen white or brown eggs ran $10-11, and cold pressed juices were around $6-8 for a less than average sized bottle. Remember, the goods here are CHEAPER than at Whole Foods, Erewhon, Mother's, or even Sprout's, but more unique, certainly organic, and more ethically/locally sourced than those high-end grocers. I wouldn't personally do regular grocery shopping here weekly due to my food budget, but this place is a MUST for unique items. H I G H L I G H T S - Moon Mountain Coffee was the only coffee stand here and had a very sizable $5 bag of iced Vietnamese coffee that was absolutely delicious (and CUTE). You can request to have it open (for-here) or closed if you prefer to bring some home. - QOL Botanicals was selling fresh roses per stem along with a very big, absolutely beautifully colored snap-dragon-looking plant that I purchased for $40. The couple running the business was incredibly warm and friendly, and told me to call the number on their card if I have any problems or questions with my plant. Absolutely 10/10 customer service. - Bolivian meat pies - 3 for $12 for beef, which is a bit pricey, but come hot and so yummy! There is a $0.50 fee for card transactions P A R K I N G The sizable crowds make for a crowded lot, but the size of the lot makes it so that parking is not difficult. There were several spots open when I arrived around 9:30am and even more when I left around 11am. C O N S They are NOT dog friendly (besides service animals) and do not have benches or tables to enjoy food. They are also pretty crowded, but for good reason. Do NOT go to the coffee truck. Their drinks range $6-8+ in tiny cups the size of a tall at Starbucks. It's an extra $1 for non-dairy milk and they fill up the cups 80% of the way, even for a latte. Big waste of money.

Kyung L.

Yelp
Plenty of parking Lots of options on pricing for fruits and veggies Plenty of samples Baked goods Soups Pickles Fish Cheeses Gluten free Variety of food options - rice balls, omelets, juices, boba, dumplings, Persian foods Everything you need to build a charcuterie board or have a picnic

Brent C.

Yelp
Great selection of fresh produce and some dairy. Lots of vendors and also food trucks !!!! Makes for a good 4 hour morning/afternoon!!!! Recommended.

Vivian P.

Yelp
Heard about this farmers market from a few friends and decided to check it out. It's not pet friendly - only service dogs allowed. In addition to selling fruits/veggies/bread they also have ready to eat goodies like dim sum, kettle corn, meat pies and more! So fun being able to snack on something while walking around and shopping. Will be back :) Free admission and the parking lot is big but you might have to circle a bit for a spot. Found one in about 5 min and I got there at 10am

Johnny N.

Yelp
A great way to spend your Saturday morning! I went ahead and dragged my friends here and we all had a great time. Getting there is pretty easy, as it's located in the Mariners Church parking lot. It's near the UCI campus, and there's plenty of free parking with just a short walk to the stands. The layout of the farmer's market confused us a bit, as it looked quite scarce. It wasn't too much of a problem once we walked a bit further in to find great amounts of produce stands that accept cash, cards, and even EBT. You'll definitely find a few stands you'll enjoy. We loved the plum/apricot stand with a lot of free samples.

Irene W.

Yelp
A good place to shop on Saturday morning for Varieties of organic produce, fruits, bakery Flowers n food booth. Vendors are friendly n provide good services Big parking lots adjacent to the farmers market make it easier to shop

George L.

Yelp
The Irvine Farmers Market is pretty good if you are searching for delicious, organic fruits, vegetables and eggs. Open only on Saturday from 8am-Noon, this open market in the parking lot has 3 vendor rows of fresh farm products as well as 2 rows of processed foods of all types ranging from bread to dim sum to juices, etc. Personally, I came to try some of their organic eggs and see if there was an alternative to my favorite vital farm organic eggs that I normally get and on 8am at opening there was already a line for the organic eggs. That booth also had duck eggs and fertilized eggs as well which is quite interesting since those aren't sold at grocery stores often. For $6.50 the price was about the same as Vital Farm eggs and having tried it both hardboiled and fried at home, I have to say that I don't really taste too much of a difference (orange yolk, excellent quality imo). This is fine since I'm literally comparing the best eggs in the grocery store to some local farm's eggs, so there's that. It's still better than your factory farmed ones and you support your local farmers which is a huge plus. Also the free samples are great. Half of the vendors had them when I went. One of them had really juicy pluots (they look like plums on the outside with red juice on the inside) and I remember this fruit from TikTok, and these things were wildly sweet and spilled like a cup of juice when squeezed while being the size of a tennis ball. I also copped an almond croissant for a quick bit and while it was pretty pricey, it was quite good and felt like a dessert breakfast lmao. I would definitely go early as people touch the fruits and vegetables a lot and parking is more spacious.

Yelp
Farmers market + Crystal Cove beach= Great date These were outstanding: -Circle K Ranch -Apple Ha's Ranch Food vendors -Zamba Juice Beverly Hills -Taste of Asia: Chicken bun Bbq pork bun Shumai

Yelp
This is truly a not so hidden gem. By far the best selection of organic produce in the area. We usually also stop at the organic bakery ( the croissants are amazing ) . The food vendors have something for everyone ... there are plenty ! Prices are a bit higher than your local grocery store but absolutely worth every penny !

Luke L.

Yelp
Irvine Farmers Market is the largest farmers market in Orange County with over 100+ vendors. [Hours]: Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The market opens year round - rain or shine. [Parking]: Parking was pretty straightforward as the market shares the parking lot with Mariners Church. [Amenities & vendors]: It is one of 8 Orange County Farm Bureau Certified Farmers Market. The only other farmers market that's just as big in SoCal is Torrance Certified Farmers' Market. The market was really clean and I was absolutely amazing by huge selection here - from Asian and Mexican goods to kombucha. The food vendor section got pretty crowded (e.g. dim sum vendor was pretty popular) and I also spotted a popsicle vendor. No dog allowed. There's no question Irvine Farmers Market is one of the best farmers markets you will find in Southern California and you can easily spend 30 minutes - 60 minutes to explore all vendors.

Jennifer L.

Yelp
We love this Farmers Market at Mariners! We come every Saturday. We drove by this morning without knowing it's closed on 12/23 and 12/30. Hope this helps someone else.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
This is the biggest farmer market that I've been to in the LB/OC area. We went around 11.30 AM right before it was closing. There were still a lot of vendors and plenty of selection. The produce selection was huge, even Asian veggies like napa cabbage, and bok choy. Not every farmer's market will have Asian produce so I was happy to see them. Glad to be able to buy fresh produce and not having a lot of plastic packaging. Different vendors have different pricing, so definitely walk around to compare prices before purchasing. Definitely get the eggs, they are big and the yolk is very rich. I love having them as my hard-boiled eggs in the morning. There was foods, knick knacks, drinks stalls on the other side of the market too. They have peanuts, almonds, meats, tamales, breads & pastries. Parking is relatively easy and there wasn't much of a crowd. No dogs allowed. Bring lots of cash, some vendors take cc, venmo.

Ashley F.

Yelp
This is my favorite farmers market in OC and I've been to many. I live in Anaheim but it's worth the drive. Parking, easy. Bring a wagon. It's huge. Vendors are friendly and organized. It's not cheap but it's all high quality. It's a perfect summer date or stroll with a friend. Lively. Come early to avoid the crowd. This makes the summer bucket list.

Melissa V.

Yelp
Love this farmer's market. the viet coffee in a bag is a must buy to have and walk around with especially if you're an early riser. i've gotten the best berries here and now only want to purchase my produce from here. you also must come for the EGGS. you'll know the egg line when you see it, it's always the longest line. best orange yolk eggs i've ever had.

This is one of the largest and best farmers markers I have ever been to! Even in the dead of January there was a huge selection of beautiful citrus, Asian greens, beets, brussels sprouts, and other seasonal produce. I would recommend making a first pass to decide what you want and compare prices, and a second pass to actually buy things. There are basically two sections, the produce section and the prepared food section. The Arnett Farms stand has a ton of free samples and I definitely gorged myself on the Asian pears and every type of citrus imaginable before purchasing some blood oranges at $3/lb. For prepared food I got some goodies at the hummus / Mediterranean stand, stopped by Old Town Baking Company for an incredible rosemary & roasted garlic sourdough loaf, and got a delicious vegan bao and vegan musubi from Rose Rivera. Make sure you bring plenty of cash, but many stands also take credit cards, venmo, Apple Pay, etc. The venue is a large, clean, and accessible church parking lot near the UCI campus. There are bathrooms available. There was plenty of parking when I got here at 8am on a rainy Saturday, but you might want to get here early to ensure you get the best selection and parking spot.

Yelp
I love this market but they are closed today 12/24/22 so don't waste your time driving here today or next Saturday.

Yelp
I love coming here when I can! Parking can be difficult but there is always a large selection of vendors to go through! We were able to get fresh fruits, delicious food, and even coffee in a bag. Vendors are kind and we enjoyed our time talking to plenty of vendors here!

Yelp
Essentially sets the standard for all local farmers market, as there is a wide selection of vendors and a spacious location for parking and walking through the market. It's extremely consistent as I have never found an issue with this market, and the eggs that everyone seem to rave about do seem pretty good (or at least the yolk is very orange in color?). The vendors are all nice and I've picked up random goods from coffee to macarons to yogurt. It's a fantastic place to bring the family in order to grab some food to eat while picking up some groceries, and it is probably ideal to bring some cash to avoid the random credit card transaction fees.

Yelp
I was in the area and decided to check this farmers market out. Parking was easy. I was so happy to see old town baking company here..their rosemary garlic sourdough bread is to die for!! Was also impressed by Frogs Organic Bakery and their pastries. Many of the stands take Apple Pay which is a plus. I couldn't stay long but next time planning to get into that line for fresh farm eggs.

Yelp
The best farmers market hands down in OC! Wide selection of produce, cooked food, and amazing samples! The wide array of diverse vendors will have you spend at least half a day at the market.

Yelp
I haven't been to an Irvine's Farmers Market in many many years! I was pretty impressed with this one. It was a fairly big sized market filled with good amount of booths & vendors! My parents has never been so I took them one Saturday morning. They enjoyed their very first visit, took their time walking & looking around. We spent about a good hour here. One thing to note: So there is a lot of fresh produces being sold from a variety of vendors from various locations. Most are same stuff, so don't be so quick to buy at the 1st couple vendors. I sure made that mistake! Paid $10 for 2 bitter melons (at this one Chinese vendor) which I could have gotten for $5/6 at another vendor (Vietnamese) in the back who charged cheaper. Soooo - I would walk around first & ask for their pricing. They even have my favorite Kefir Fruit Yogurt here and there are so many flavors to choose from! I will definitely be back next time for more goodies to get!

Yelp
Update for reviews: This is still yet my favorite farmers market hands down~ For fruits Arnett farms are the best quality, apples and fresh figs are amazing~ Although pricier compared to grocery stores, its worth the $$$ for the quality. The egg line can be long and pricy, but highly recommend buying the fertile eggs ($6.50) for a dozen. Come here before 9 AM to avoid the long lines. For food, recommend visiting the pupusa and kolache, on the cheaper side and hearty. My BF really likes the salted peanuts from the peanut stand ($4.00) for large bag. For veggies, tomatoes and any herbs are super fresh. If you want to splurge on mushrooms, the mushroom stand has solid variety of different kinds of mushrooms. For drinks, they offer coffee/milk/tea/kombucha, little on the pricier side so only have tried the coffee. This place never disappoints~ Will def be a weekly visit for me for grocery buys!

Yelp
They have such fresh produce and delicious food. They sell a wide variety of things including: hand crafted jewelry, baked goods, eggs, to freshly made dips, flowers, and much more. The vibes are so cute and is definitely something fun to do on a Saturday morning. There is plenty of parking. I had pupusas and an agua fresca from a vendor and it was SCRUMPTIOUS. I also noticed quite a few gluten free options from baked good vendors. Everyone that is there is very sweet as well.

Yelp
A super awesome place for fresh produce and hands down the best farmers market I've been to. Located at Mariner's church near UCI, there is plenty of parking available here, even though it will get a bit crowded on Saturday mornings. If you want the best almond croissant in the area, look no further than Frogs bakery. I've taken many initial non-believers here for the amazing almond croissant and none of them were disappointed. It's really that good and you must try for yourself! Also if you're here, stop by Menos Organic for some fresh made juice. I opted for The Green Juice and that was the best way to start off the day clean. Not a super big fan of the paper straw but I guess that's better for the environment. Both of the places above takes only cash.
