We just ordered food for delivery and literally NOTHING was right. My husband and I are furious. If you can’t even read a very simple list of ingredients you’re a massive failure. The most obvious was we had items with chili - including just a bowl of chili - and not one drop of chili was in the bag anywhere. We called and talked to Vicki who said they ‘tried to contact us’ to let us know there was no Chili but ‘couldn’t reach us’…. We have our phones right here. No missed calls or texts. Who still sends out an order based around chili with NO chili, that you pay extra for, and think that’s ok??? And besides that, everything else was still wrong! They put lettuce on my ‘chili’ burger (picture below), and no mayo or pickles on my husbands burgers that was supposed to have EXTRA pickles. No onions in the ‘chili’ cheese onion fries we ordered. Everything about this brain dead encounter has totally turned us off. We are out tip money for the delivery so Vicki offered a free meal instead of monetary compensation which is too bad because at the moment we are too upset to consider going back there ever again.
