The 14 Best Burgers in Las Vegas, According to Eater Editors | Eater Vegas

"The California-born burger joint with a cult following has landed at the Durango Casino’s food hall, slinging double-patty cheeseburgers, fries, and shakes with casual precision. The standout Original Roadside double burger stacks two pressed patties on a toasted bun with cheese, tangy sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a pickle. It’s a masterclass in texture and flavor — from the crisp, buttery bun to the finely chopped lettuce and deeply savory patties. And the sauce? It’s so good you might not even mind when it inevitably runs down your wrist. Know before you go: It’s just steps away from Nielsen’s frozen custard, ideal for chasing one’s burger with a candy-stuffed concrete" - Janna Karel

Tasty burger with a cool diner vibe. Prices are a bit steep, and the tater tots weren’t great, but overall, it’s a solid spot. Not my first pick, but I wouldn’t mind eating here again! Original Review: December 2024 FOUR STARS (Excellent) Superior. Memorable, high-quality food; unique environment; notable service. As well as 10 stars for the grill workers; I've had MANY burgers in my life but this was the best burger I've had and the fries!! Oooh don't get me started Vegas Locals and Tourists you really must check this location out for yourself! It's worth the stop and the prices are just right for the quality..Fresh grilled made burgers where can you go wrong

First time trying Irv's Burgers. This location is at the EAT YOUR HEART OUT Food Hall at the Durango Casino and Resort. I tried their Turkey Burger with everything, cheese and their Onion Rings with a side of Ranch Dressing and BBQ Sauce. The turkey burger was well-seasoned and cooked perfectly. Many times when ordering a turkey burger out it ends up dry but not this one. It was juicy and flavorful! The onion rings were crunchy but not oily and tasted delicious. Whatever seasoning they are using is great. Their pricing is fair and the portion size of each was perfect for a meal that will leave you feeling well-fed. The staff moves very quickly and is very friendly. The wait time was as expected for a freshly cooked turkey burger. It is usually very busy during peak meal times. You order from a cashier. The menu is overhead. They call your name or order number. There are lots of things that sound delicious on their menu that I have yet to try but I will be coming back for more! They also have a breakfast menu that I hope to try soon as well. There is free self-parking on all sides of the casino and resort including one immediately adjacent to the Food Hall. There is also a free self-parking structure on the Food Hall side that has elevators that take you directly to the Food Hall area within the casino. There is a lot of comfortable seating throughout the Food Hall as well as an outdoor patio with plenty of seating, large overhead fans, and a partially shaded area covered by a trellis. I also must mention how incredibly clean and well-maintained the seating area, the parking lots, and the restrooms within Durango Casino are (as well as the casino itself). Thier internal maintenance staff are very visible and always keeping everything super clean throughout the place! The casino is open 24 hours. Please check on-line for specific hours for Irv's Burgers.

My first time here today 7.27.25 to try the Irv burgers and my 1st experience wasn't the best. The burger was raw, and I thought I had to ask for well done. Fries weren't cooked either. They had to do it all over again. Oh and p.s. I dont drink soda and wanted apple Juice, that is a year round drink not just breakfast. I took lemonade and that was a waste because I am restricted from drinking acidic drinks GI issues. So here's to round 2. Pic is the fixed order

It was our first time having Irv’s and it was delicious. The hamburger was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. They are located inside the Durango Casino-Food Hall . It is definitely very similar to In-and-Out burgers, but better, we will prefer it any day over In-and-Out burgers. The burgers were fantastic. It was high quality beef, with a lot of flavor and perfectly cooked. I always like getting a burger the way the restaurant recommends it, and their style is a CLASSIC COMBO. We also had their Patty Melt with cheese fries and it was delicious, no complaints. They are super busy and the line is always very long, but surprisingly we didn’t wait for too long and our food came out very quickly. The staff were very nice and attentive, we had a great experience. We definitely recommend them and next time we need to order some their delicious shakes.

Google
Meh, not impressed. Never understand the smash burger concept as meat is dry, no fat drippings. The crispy edge is good, but rather have a thick juicy patty. A bit over seasoned, salty. For $11, I’d rather go to The Habit Burger down the street for $6. Hard pass on this spot.

Google
I finally tried Irv's and it was pretty good. I got a standard burger and it was around $8. The best thing was that you could sub it for a vegan patty for no additional charge. Which was awesome. The burger was crispy and tasty and I had no complaints. But it also was just a burger. There was nothing major that stood out about it or made it memorable. The tots were good as well. Lots of seating options since it's a food hall. Overall, no complaints but it wasn't outstanding so I give it 4 stars.

Yelp
This famous Irv's Burgers fast food chain that first opened in West Hollywood, along Route 66, in 1946 is great and finally opened in Las Vegas! I enjoyed it as I explored the local Durango casino on Las Vegas. Cute name "Eat Your Heart Out" food hall is very clean and bright. Nice to see local casinos have a nice food court to match the main Las Vegas Strip hotels. This food hall has a lot of famous chains restaurants which I am happy about. My my main goal to try trybwhat their burgers tastes like to see what a smashed burger tastes liken, when compared to other hamburger places. I came during their first half hour it was opened. So a there was a short line. Other restaurants were not that busy for a weekday. This is my first experience with smashed burgers and yes it does tastes better. I had the Irv's original burger that is Pressed to order patty, toasted bun, American cheese, Irv's sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. My friend ordered the Tuna Melt Sandwich House tuna salad, grilled onions, cheddar cheese, on toasted rye bread. Both sandwiches were good. My friend said the tuna melt was too rich for her. She more used to eating plain foods, so this was a bit much. I took a bite of it and it's tasty. My burger was great and I love it! I would love to come back next time and get an Orange Creamsicle drink. It's nostalgic for me and grab another burger or. Pastrami sandwich. Yes I head the reviews that say the pastrami sandwich looks nothing like the menu photo as it's small. I am sure the taste would be yummy though.

Yelp
Located inside the Durango hotel its apart of the "Eat Your Heart Cafe". The line was short, or so it seemed. The service was extremely slow... The ambiance is very upbeat and bright. The menu was nice and simple. The burger was juicy, but greasy. The fries were soggy but delish. I did opt for chili cheese, but I had seen my fries sit so thats why I mention the sogginess. Overall its a great stop just for that late night pick me up, but don't think its gonna be speedy quick. Prices were reasonable for being in a hotel

Yelp
I don't know the rave about Irv's, but I like a place that has burgers, hotdogs, and fries - Chili topped ones, especially! I tried their chili dog and taters - good stuff for a late night snack after gallivanting. I saw their workers working their fastest to meet the demand. Their line was pretty hectic. Maybe they need another person at least to keep their seating area inviting and tidy, though. Trash was all over the floor, which didn't match the classy bat right next to them. Anyway, since the food and prices were decent, it'd be a place I'd dine at if I visit Durango again.
google avatar

Yelp
A great burger spot located inside the Durango. There is some counter seating as well as table seating available in the food court area. There are only a few options for burgers, but that's really all you need. The price is a little bit high but the ingredients are good and the burgers are packed with flavor. Every bite of it was delicious and left us wanting to order another. The service was quick and they text you when your order is ready.

Yelp
Finally tried this place! I really liked it. I ordered the Original Roadside burger and regular fries. The toppings were a real standout. The lettuce, tomato and especially the pickle tasted like they were much better quality than you usually get on a burger. The line was relatively short ( a Friday at about 4:30) and service was fast. The guys behind the counter were very friendly. I ordered the food to go and had a special request on my burger. All of it was packaged nicely and they got my special order correct. The fries are thin, my favorite kind, and they had great flavor. I would definitely eat here again. They have a few other things on their menu other than burgers. I would definitely recommend it.

Yelp
One of my favorite burgers in Las Vegas. I usually order the basic burger for 4.95. The size of this burger is way bigger than mcDonald's or any fast food chain. Really great value for money. And it taste so good. Better than in and out even.
google avatar

Claudia E.

Yelp
They were fast, the portion was pretty large. Impressed by the bacon thickness. I loved how filling it was but the chipotle sauce (I think it was chipotle) was unnecessary. The bacon, eggs, cheese and potatoes were enough grease for me liki

Yelp
So glad I chose to stop by the other night. I ordered a custom burger. It was cooked perfectly with fresh seasoning. The patty was a nice size that will keep you full but not feeling like you have a food hangover. There is plenty of seating. The servers were knowledgeable and kind. After ordering the food they cooked it pretty fast so wait time is not long.

Yelp
For quick fast bite of food this place was a surprise to me. I was in a bad mood from loosing in the casino and wanted something decently cheap, tasty and quick so I could leave lol. To my surprise this dog and fries made my night better. Arguably one of the best chili dogs and fresh crisp fries I've ever had and I'm a hot dog connoisseur (pause) quick service and not to expensive. Def worth it

Yelp
2nd visit to Durango today showing it to out of town relative. Decided to have a casual lunch at the food hall. Chose Irv's based upon recommendation from the squidlett. Short line to order, got the double roadway yadda yadda burger combo. (With tater tots and a drink) all told for $19.25.. not bad for a casino meal. Maybe five minutes later, the order was ready. The tater tots were super crispy and crunchy. The burger (two patties) smashed with all the fixings was pretty tasty and sufficiently greasy to warm the cockles of my heart and would probably cause a cardiologist to cringe. But I enjoyed my meal. Only negatives..... no military discount and they didn't have plain ice tea.

Yelp
I have been trying the places in the food hall at Durango Station that are of interest to me. It was time to try Irv's. I ordered the original roadside burger with an side of onion rings. With the onion rings I had a choice of two sauces for dipping. I arrived at the wrong time because there were many orders ahead of me. I thought the people sitting there were enjoying their food but they were waiting. In due time, my name was called, and I took my tray to a high top table. The burger was good. It was moist and I enjoyed the sauce and the toppings. Seeing how they loaded the orders of fries and tots, the cost of the onion rings was ridiculous. Well, at least I tried it. I still do not like food halls. Give me a sit down restaurant with service. This is a one and done!

Yelp
Decided to try this place out over the weekend because well... husband ‍ lol. He randomly said let's go for a ride and we ended up here. The service was decent, the wait was average for a Friday night, and the ambiance was that of a poppin' casino near a food court. The burgers were great! The patties are flavorful however impartial I am to my turkey burgers I'd definitely recommend

Yelp
Out and about near Durango Casino. I was hungry as usual as I hadn't eaten all day. I had heard good things about the Foodhall and decided to give it a try today. I chose a burger because it sounded good there were lots of choices in this Foodhall concept The burger was good, fries hot and service excellent and fast. I would definitely go back and try something else I had the double burger and my friend had the Patty melt. Both delicious

Yelp
I'm digging the new Durango Station. Very nice ambiance and feel to the property. The same goes for the food court. Now I've only tried the just for you burger, but it was good. Not the best, but definitely good. I might update my score after I try more. The staff has always been very nice at the register. Definitely give this spot a try if you're here and in the mood for a burger.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the original sandwich (B.E.C.T.) which is Applewood smoked bacon, egg, no cheese and tater tots with Irv's sauce on a toasted bread. It's made to order and I'm not sure how long it took but it wasn't too long. It was delicious...the bacon wasn't salty.
google avatar

Sarin P.

Yelp
Delicious burger! I went with a single with grilled onions and it was very filling. I wish I had a seeded bun, I don't know if that was an option, but I will try to ask for one next time. Pass on the cheese fries - their regular fries have a nice seasoning, which was more enjoyable. The cheese sauce was too bland and heavy. Their homemade buttermilk ranch was so good! The individual managing the order line and drinks, David(?), deserves a raise! This man was handling an exceptionally long line while providing such courteous service.
google avatar

Lei G.

Yelp
I don't know if it's the oils on the grill but pretty good traditional burger. Double patty on sesame bun for $10.50 and make it a combo and get unlimited fountain drink while in the casino. Very filling! Had it with the tater tot's and a side of hot dog. Hot dog is skinny so you won't get too full but love the toasted bun. Pretty good! Great for late night and on the go to. Location in the casino is off the 215 freeway so easy to get to. Super happy to have the Durango casino near me. Other options too with a turkey burger and pastrami sandwiches. If you are going to spend $10-12 at McDonald's you're better off at Irvs for the quality.
google avatar

Joe P.

Yelp
It was our first time here and not sure... the burger was not bad. I was told the patty was 1/4 lb, it doesn't look like it. The fries were actually really good. The customer service was not bad, even though they forgot the chili on one of the chili dog that we order. The condiments like the mayo, was so hard to open. I mean hard to open. I hate wasting pack condiments, but I think I grabbed 6 mayo pack and I can only open 2, I didn't want to return the rest due to I used my teeth to try to open them unsuccessfully. I'll give it another go...

Yelp
Looks like Thursday night isn't too early to get "smashed." Irv's Burgers is one of the most popular spots at the Eat Your Heart Out food hall inside Durango Casino & Resort. Lines tended to be long in the early days, but lately I've been seeing more of an opportunity to go in without a wait. Tonight, I took advantage and got my food in mere minutes. I got a Double Irv's Original Roadside Burger ($11.25), which was a slight overpayment vs customization since I asked for no pickles. I also got grilled onions instead of raw. Yes, I was basically trying to get close to what I get at In-N-Out to compare - aside from the fries, which looked average. This is not In-N-Out. It's actual smash burgers, with a delightfully crispy exterior that's especially enjoyable on the edges. The sauce is a bit different, perhaps lacking in relish or something. That's not an issue works for me since they do provide relish packets to add that kick which I always enjoy on a burger. The bun is sturdy and lettuce, tomato, and grilled onions all hit the spot. I do think that I get a little more flavor overall from In-N-Out, but this was pretty satisfying. Come to Irv's if you're in the area and want a burger, or if you just want to try a true smash burger in general. It's different than anything else I've experienced in town.

Yelp
I got the "Just for you" burger and added an extra patty. The burger was simple but soo good! It's been awhile since I had a great tasting burger and writing this review definitely makes me crave it.

Yelp
Good Morning Durango casino, stopped by Erv Burger to have breakfast before I head to California. Once I've discovered this casino, there's lots of great spots here to eat. Burger is no exception. I had a great customer service very attentive. The hashbrowns in the burrito were really crispy the turkey chili was flavorful and moist, can't complain about this burrito. It definitely filled the void. The food court here has lots of choices. If you're in the area on the way to the 15 this is a great central spot.

Yelp
My adult daughter and I stopped in to try Irv's Burgers after work. I ordered the BLT on rye and my daughter ordered the Irv's single patty burger with a strawberry shake. The BLT was loaded with thick cut peppered bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomato. The vegetables were fresh and tasty. My daughter's burger was a lettuce wrap with tomato, pickles, onion and mayonnaise. The strawberry shake was real ice cream. Irv's has been in business many years. I understand why. Authentic with quality meats, fresh vegetables and nice employees. We will return in the future. I recommend trying them if you haven't already. They are inside the newly opened Durango Station.

Yelp
After walking through the entire food hall, my friend and I decided to eat at Irv's Burgers. The burgers we saw other people eating looked good so we thought why not try it. The line was long so we figured it had to be good. The service was great. The cashiers are friendly. We had our minds made up and ordered the double cheeseburger combo and patty melt combo which included fries and a soda. We ordered a side of their house made ranch dressing too which costs extra. The wait was long for the food and unfortunately, we found that it wasn't worth it. The flavors on everything were just off. The fennel flavor was overpowering on the rye bread for the patty melt. The fries were way over salted and were rubbery. The portion size of the fries was huge and could easily be shared. The burger was decent with the smashed patties and the Irv's sauce was flavorful. The ranch had dill in it which I wasn't a fan of. Our bill after tip was almost $50 and for two sandwiches, fries, and sodas, it was just too expensive for a meal that just wasn't good. Irv's is checked off my list and unfortunately was a one and done for me.

Yelp
Irv's is one of the few restaurants within Durango Casino that resembles a fast food joint, and it has very reasonable prices to boot! The seating inside has a diner feel. It's classic American burger and fries fare, but with added chili, pastrami, and up-leveled milkshake varieties. They also serve breakfasts--more on that later. The first time my family and I went here, we picked up a to-go order while wearing masks because a few of us had recently tested positive for COVID. It was popular that afternoon and we waited in a long line just to order. Receiving our order wasn't fast, but with how busy it was, that didn't bother us. It's not McDonald's after all. They gave us my son's chocolate milkshake first. It was rich and delicious. Even the whip cream topping was fluffy yet thick--definitely not from a can of store-bought whip cream. The chocolate shake itself had a deep cocoa flavor, and you definitely needed their extra wide straw to drink it. When we did receive our order, we thought it was all in just one bag. And most of it was! What we ended up missing was a much smaller bag on the side that had the chili cheese for our fries. When we went back for it later, it's my understanding that they didn't say sorry, but rather that "you forgot the bag". I personally feel they could have done a better job at pointing out that there was a second bag for us to take. It was tiny and it was not obvious that it was part of our order; nor did anyone inform us that it was. Also, with how packed in our order was to our 1 bag, why the need for a tiny extra bag for the chili cup? It just felt like poor service. That said, that's not that big of a deal on its own--however, there's more. Inside the bag, its clear Irv's doesn't get a ton of to go orders, because the burgers were kind of smashed. The fries, on the other hand, were crisp and perfect--and they had additional little boat tubs to hold them under their individual bags. My turkey burger had a ton of chopped onions on it. It definitely had a different flavor than I was accustomed to, but I still liked it. My husband's pastrami sandwich wasn't stacked as high with the processed meat as the menu pictures showed, but that's pretty typical anywhere. It had great flavor and balanced the mustard with the meat well. We also had chili cheese fries that we added pastrami too, which is part of their menu options. It was good, but not as great as the fries alone. The cheese was a minuscule pinch of grated cheese rather than a melted slice or a more generous amount. The chili was just okay, and the pastrami was very finely cut and good on its own as well. ---- What really took this review down to a 3 star rather than a solid 4 was simply that we came back one morning to try their breakfasts before heading out on a family road trip. We were really pumped for it too because their breakfast menu looked good! Unfortunately we never got too--and not because their line was too long--their service was simply too slow! After waiting for quite some time, it was clear they were still so behind on their previous orders that they couldn't even take ours at the front counter. We ended up leaving and grabbing some quick bites elsewhere. I'm sympathetic to the fact that most food service locations are short on workers right now, but it's important to not lose business or blame customers for any service shortcomings. Irv's has fallen short of a stellar impression so far, but it's still okay in my book.

Yelp
The Eat-Your-Heart-Out Food Court Location of Irv's Burgers is in the Durango Hotel Casino. They offer breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, fries, milkshakes, and more! It's much better than fast food and might be among the better choices in the food court. They do bake the burger buns in house. The burger was juicy and flavorful but was extra sloppy in presentation. The hot dog came out without the chilli and cheese. It was corrected when my husband brought it back and the chilli was very good but my husband thought it didn't have enough cheese. I thought the flavors of the pastrami sandwich were good. They used good rye bread and toasted it nicely. I also liked having pickles in the sandwich. My only issue here is that the pastrami wasn't cooked enough. The meat and fat were too hard and tough. The meat needed at least another hour to cook. Not bad at all just not perfect. 3.5 Stars Three stars is a positive review on Yelp and translates to A-OK

Yelp
First, the Durango Casino is beautiful, open, and well laid out. There were so many choices in the "Eat Your Heart Out" food court. We decided on Irv's. I got the patty melt and my DH got the turkey burger, sides were fries and tots. Our burgers were amazing! The bread was perfect and the homemade "Irv's sauce" (which is really close to Russian dressing) was delicious! Probably one of the best patty melts I've had in a long time. I still want to try the other places in the food court but it will be hard to not get that patty melt every time!

Yelp
Irv's Burger opened in 1946 and was one of the first roadside burger stands in the city of Los Angeles. Their first location outside of CA is at Eat Your Heart Out. We decided to pay them a visit on a Sunday evening as we'd like to give everything a try here at this food hall. Not going to mention the other spots we tried but so far, this is our favorite. Thankfully there was no line and we ordered a patty melt combo and a Irv's Original Roadside Double Burger combo. I know they offer tator tots during breakfast hours but I was glad this was available during dinner time too. So I subbed fries for tots and fiancé upgraded his fries to chili cheese fries. Really enjoyed my patty melt! I deliberately portion controlled so I was able to save the other half of my sandwich the next day. They don't skim you on the tator tots either either. Sauce on the side cost extra but the $1 Irv Sauce was a solid choice. To me, it tasted like seasoned thousand island. It was good but I cannot give them a perfect rating because it was just so darn pricey! Almost $18 for a combo! Craving burgers & fries? Go to In n Out instead for half the price but that's going off on a tangent.

Yelp
Sorry to say this, but the "Eat Your Heart Out" food hall in Durango Hotel is overrated & is all hype. As an avid foodie, I was disappointed. Not just for the higher prices, but also for the small portions and lack of quality and subpar service. Granted this was at breakfast on a Monday and many places were closed, but by observing the restaurants here, you can go to higher quality local spots just a few mins away. Today we ate at Irv's Burgers and Uncle Paulies. This food hall is large and has lots of room. Irv's Burgers: The guy at the counter was nice, but he messed up our order, and didn't know how to fix it. Also simple things like ketchup & napkins wasn't out on display, nor were we offered any. They also had this long stand for a sign ontop of the front counter, and it was in the way for customers to pick up their orders. The employees didn't even bother to move it. The Original Burrito had bacon/egg/cheese and was small and average. Nothing special. Unfortunately we won't return to try the other restaurants in this food hall.

Yelp
Great burger and fries! Love how the bun is toasted/grilled (not sure what it's called) where the ring is nice and crispy and the bun is soft. The patty is a good size and the finely shredded lettuce makes the burger stand out from other burger places. The chili cheese fries and the fries with their cheese sauce is really good. The fries came out so hot that when I took the fork out of the fries to eat, the fork kinda melted. lol I think the pricing is a bit on the higher end if you get the 'combo', but it is what it is. This ain't no In n Out Burger, it's Irv's and it's worth it!

Yelp
Wasn't this a Treat!! Had heard it was a great burger and go early lines are long sometimes. Got there 10:45am with no line and fast service. This is fresh, not greasy, perfect amount of condiments on it. Fries thin and crispy, piping hot! Inside food hall at Durango Station. Reasonably priced for sure! Highly recommend

Yelp
Located in Durango Casino. Line was a bit long but went by quick. It was probably a 10-15 minute wait until ordering can't remember. Ordered the roadside burger and made it a meal with chili cheese fries, patty melt meal and a strawberry shake. Got a just for you burger for my daughter, no kids meals available. My patty melt was oily but I must say I did like it. Will I order it again? Yes, even though it was greasy the flavor was there with a side of buttermilk ranch to dip it in. Strawberry shake was good as well. As for the burgers, it tasted like other burgers per my family's opinion. Oh, and the Pepsi. I'm usually a Coke person, but the Pepsi was good. Certain fast food/restaurants, Pepsi is usually flat, Irv's Pepsi was perfect! The reasoning for my rating was because of the greasy burgers and they had forgotten my drinks. Had someone else help, I pretty much let him know of what I didn't get, he gave me one soda and I repeated several times. I did say I also ordered a strawberry shake, waited another 10 mins standing right in the front and I had to ask again how much longer. Other than forgetting my drinks, I would like to come back and try their breakfast menu and of course the shakes. I'll prefer when it's less busy.

Yelp
I have eaten at almost all the places inside the Durango Casino food court, and it was time to try Irv's. I ordered a single patty combo without the sauce, and it was amazing for a fast-food restaurant. The price, considering it's inside the casino, was also reasonable. The staff behind the counter was so nice and understanding that I am a picky eater.

Yelp
Wanted to check out the new casino/hotel - the Durango so we went for a quick brunch. Lots of good options for breakfast both in the food court (Eat Your Heart Out) and at the sit down restaurants. We decided to try Irv's for our first breakfast at the new hotel. Order at the counter and they make your food to order and call you when it is ready (pretty quick). The wife and I shared the Sandwich Original (Applewood smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, American cheese, and tater tots with Irv's sauce - all inside the sandwich on toasted white bread) $12. More than enough food for the two of us to share for a breakfast. And very delish. The reason for the loss of a star - no coffee. Who has a breakfast menu and has no coffee option??? It has only been open 2 days so hopefully it will be added soon.

Yelp
Tried them out on opening day. If they only sold fries I would give them 5 stars. The fries were nice and crispy. The burger let me down though. Can't quite put my finger on what the problem was. The flavor just wasn't right. Probably needed more seasoning. Irv's sauce wasn't for me either.

Yelp
The Durango has become my new local casino to visit. Lately I've been doing some taste testing of the eateries here. Irv's Burgers was on this past weekend's list of places to try. It's a simple burger spot with a few extras. A line every time I've walked by it. I just found $40 right across from Irv's and saw it as a sign this was where I was eating on this day at this time. I got a double smash burger prepared just the way it's described. I added fries and a drink for an extra $6. Total meal cost $20. With this price tag, I thought to myself this better be better than the California $18 Big Mac combo. Oh boy was it! With plenty of seating in the dining area inside and outside it was easy to find a spot to enjoy my meal. Two thinly smashed hamburger patties, cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, pickles and spread. The fries were abundant, a bit thicker than shoestring fries, lightly salted. The burger was delicious and VERY flavorful. I couldn't get enough. The fries complimented it nicely. Best burger and fries I've had in a LONG time! SO GOOD! Staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions. You will receive a text when your food is ready if you're not in the area when they call your name. If you're gonna have a burger, this is the spot you need to check out.

Yelp
I didn't order the food, so I have no interaction with the workers. It wasn't a long wait for our order. Had Irv's original burger and onions rings. The burger tasted really good. The meat was smashed and seasoned well. I really enjoyed the onion ring batter. Definitely will return again.

Yelp
I crave burgers on a regular basis. I find it hard to find a good one in Vegas for some reason. It seems like most places are just using frozen patties from Sisco or us foods. Not Irv's! The serve these smash style burgers with fresh ground beef. I had a double, and it was delicious, and I left fully satisfied. They serve them loaded with fresh veggies LTO, pickles, and special sauce. The portion of fries is large and could definitely be shared.

Yelp
Friendly staff, expected burger. 4/5 Went here for lunch - it's inside Durango casino. We got a coupon in the mail - thanks Durango!! I ordered the classic Irv Burger and it is very similar to an in n out burger sauce and all. I got mine lettuce wrapped - they sadly don't have gluten free. Taking my order was good. The cashier was friendly and did good knowing answers about what was GF and what wasn't. I give 4/5 because for the price would just say hit In N Out. This place won't be bad, but it won't blow your mind.

Yelp
Since I have been to the original Irv's in Los Angeles on Santa Monica Blvd, had to try here. It did not disappoint!

Yelp
I enjoy a good burger. Love to pair it with a beer. So many people said I had to check this place out. I finally got the chance too, and this burger did not disappoint. It was so good. I went with the best Burger on the menu. That's actually the name of it. I didn't get to compare to their other burgers. It was so good I'll take their word for it.

Yelp
Ok so I only tried their cheese fries and im blown away. I got envious looks from diners seeing how high they piled this cheese on these crispy shoestring fries. Worth the value. Prompt service. Eating it under the ambiance of Durango Casino was top notch experience

Yelp
Heard great things but it didn't live up to the expectations. You order at a counter, then they bellow your name and you go get your food. But they expect tips and not small ones. Food was just ok.

Yelp
The guy taking the order could not have been less enthusiastic. He was yawning through my transaction and never looked up from the register. Their attempt at a lettuce wrapped burger was a soggy disaster. Not worth the wait time.

Yelp
Irv's Original Roadside Single Burger was very good. The price was $18.50. I substituted Beyond meat and vegan cheese for no extra charge. I also ordered it without Irv's Sauce to avoid the mayonnaise ingredient (which is made from eggs)--hopefully, they will offer a vegan version one day. Service was friendly and helpful. There is a good vibe from the customers waiting in line and seated nearby.

Yelp
So I ordered pastrami fries with American cheese and a lemonade. When I received my order, it was a bag of french fries two separate containers of cheese, one shredded one slice and a very small cup of pastrami. You have no idea how disappointed I was when I saw this. And I asked the lady inside like y'all don't put the pastrami on the fries and she just looked at me like yeah and I looked at the food and I said OK and I left. It was supposed to be a plate of french fries with pastrami on top of the french fries with cheese on top of the pastrami that's on top of the french fries but that is most definitely not what I received. Furthermore the cup of pastrami had a bunch of grease in it so the grease spilled out of the bag and when I sat the bag on my lap, it got all over my work uniform.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped by this place while checking out the new Durango Hotel & Casino. Saw a couple local vloggers recently rave about this place and thought...what the hell, right? Hmm....first impressions were this place was a little tight and disorganized. We got in what we thought was a line but after about 5 mins was re-directed by staff of where the actual line should be....ok, cool. The wait wasn't too bad. After all, it is cook to order. Also, apparently some training was happening as well at the front. All good. The guy running the cash register was cool. After taking the order, he promptly filled our drinks. Although, it seems their soda machine has too much air in the line, lots of foam. So our drinks only got 3/4 of the way full, fine. After 10-15 mins, I got our food. Had to ask for a ketchup cup.....twice. Each time, the worker felt it was an inconvenience for him, couldn't bother to make eye contact. I had the double roadside cheeseburger combo and my wife had the hot dog combo. I will say my food...solid. The crinkle cut fries had a nice light crisp to them, seasoned right. The burger had good flavor with the seasoning and sauce. It actually reminded me of the days I use to frequent the local So Cal charbroil spots with the steak and pastrami sandwiches. The burger had the same flavor and texture, very enjoyable and....messy (in a good way). As for my wife's hot dog, meh. Presentation was sloppy. The bun to meat ratio was suspect, like 70/30, seriously. That hot dog....Hebrew International or not....was hella small and looked over cooked. I didn't ask to try it, I would have felt like I had robbed her. Lol Overall, 3.5 for me. Wish their fountain soda machine and condiments was more accessible. Would like to try their pastrami....maybe. Cheers!
