I want to thank Krissy ,Dave, and Jeff for making my purchase a very smooth transition. Started with Krissy who went back and forth with me via e mail and she was just a pleasant young lady to work with. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond. She directed me to Dave and after speaking to him by phone ,I made the trip down to the dealership. ( Very clean dealership I must say ).On my day of arrival I got to meet Krissy who was just as pleasant as with the e mails. Met Dave and he introduced me to Jeff who was without a doubt very helpful and had the knowledge for the used vehicle I was interested in. He was a no pressure salesman with that running back and forth to the manager like so many dealerships do which is a total turn off to me. Every question or concern that I had was answered without hesitation. If you want an easy smooth non pressure transaction I would recommend Irwin Lincoln / Mazda.

I want to give an update. Drove home and my radio was working fine however the second day of ownership I had no audio. The infotainment screen is all working fine but none of the features are putting out audio. Called dealership to let them know of the problem and Jeff was kind enough to contact their service department and they called me on Friday ,3 days after my initial contact. Spoke to girl who I am guessing is service writer ,Sam, When I asked her if she was told what the problem was , she stated It was written up as "Car Making Noise" , I wish it was. She also told me earliest appointment they had available was next Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. I stand by my review above as far as my transaction with sales unfortunately, I feel like I am at the mercy of the service department for the time being and hopefully the matter can be resolved. My conversation with Sam was not promising. I will hopefully be giving a good update after this Wednesday. And for all who think it is just a problem with me hitting the mute button as Sam implied, it is not . I wouldn't be wasting their time. I just want the radio to function as it is suppose to. Ford and Lincoln are aware of this problem.
"UPDATE" I am completely satisfied with the outcome of my service appointment. It was a no hassle stress free experience that I was anticipating. I was wrong to think it would be and that is just my nature ,so I apologize for the doubts.. Amanda ,my service writer came to me and actually listened to my concerns unlike other car dealerships from my past . She was a pleasure to work with and me being a waiter , she kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. I can't thank the entire Irwin people enough for such a smooth from start to finish transaction and then to have the service department top the whole experience off. I also want to say that my appointment was for 11:00 a.m. and they actually took me in upon my early arrival. Definitely would recommended this dealership for Sales and Service.
