Irwin Lincoln

Lincoln service has always been great but this time was exceptional. Alejandro serviced my car at my home. Not only did we switch locations at the last minute, but I missed his text that he had arrived and he waited 15 minutes beyond the schedule time. And in addition to a scheduled software update, he completed an unscheduled oil change too! Alejandro is the type of employee every company needs.

The staff was great, extremely knowledgeable about all of the packages available for each model. I test drove a few different models and was set on a specific model and trim that wasn't available on the lot. I ended up ordering the car, and my salesman Jeff was able to find the exact model, trim, and color that I wanted within 2 days. The finance guys don't beat around the bush, we had paperwork signed within 30 minutes. Overall fantastic experience.

As I said earlier in another post that I am extremely happy with Irwin Lincoln and I will continue to shop with them because I’ve always been treated fairly. The Manager there goes above and beyond your expectations. I have been dealing with Travis for a number of years and He is great to work with. This year I had the pleasure of working with a new salesman whose name is Adam Goldin. The leashing process went very smooth, and I was out of the dealership in no time.

Just recently bought a 2025 Nautilus from Irwin , and I couldn’t be happier. My sales person Dan Prado was outstanding, he worked hard on finding me a model that had the accessories I wanted and did not try to upsell or pressure me, which I really appreciated . Great experience, I highly recommend

Not your typical dealership experience - great communication without any of the ridiculous negotiation back and forth. Jeff and Krissy got me into the vehicle I wanted at the price I was looking for while respecting all of our time and my communication preferences. Even honored the same deal with a different vehicle when I didn’t like the color of the first one. Would highly recommend.
