Adam in sales was extremely friendly and knowledgeable as he took a great deal of time with me before and after the sale going through every detail of the vehicle. All features including phone, Google and the Lincoln App were setup for me as well. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The staff was great, extremely knowledgeable about all of the packages available for each model. I test drove a few different models and was set on a specific model and trim that wasn't available on the lot. I ended up ordering the car, and my salesman Jeff was able to find the exact model, trim, and color that I wanted within 2 days. The finance guys don't beat around the bush, we had paperwork signed within 30 minutes. Overall fantastic experience.

Lincoln service has always been great but this time was exceptional. Alejandro serviced my car at my home. Not only did we switch locations at the last minute, but I missed his text that he had arrived and he waited 15 minutes beyond the schedule time. And in addition to a scheduled software update, he completed an unscheduled oil change too! Alejandro is the type of employee every company needs.
