**Review of Isabela's Restaurant at the Marriott Hotel**
Our recent dining experience at Isabela's restaurant inside the Marriott hotel was quite disappointing. The service was extremely slow; it took the kitchen 40 minutes to bring out our food after we placed our order. Another guest even canceled his order for waffles after waiting 45 minutes. The restaurant wasn't busy enough to warrant the slow service, which made the delay even more frustrating.
As for the food, it was just good, but definitely not worth the wait. We ordered the All American breakfast, which is supposed to come with fruit, but ours inexplicably came with a salad instead. When we inquired about the missing fruit, it was eventually brought out, leaving us puzzled as to why we received a salad in the first place. The over easy eggs were overcooked, which further added to our disappointment.
The ambiance was your typical hotel breakfast place. It does have a buffet that closet 35.00. We didn't try it.
The waiter seemed too bothered to provide good service, adding to our overall dissatisfaction. We were also charged for two orange juices when they were suppose to be included in our All American. When we told the waiter he made the adjustment but brought the bill and said, " I made the adjustment." But turned and walked away before we could say anything, and without an apology. A real no for me. Service means a lot. And you could almost overlook anything if the server is apologetic and has a great personality .
Unless you have two hours to spare for a meal, we wouldn't recommend dining here. The food is good, but only if you have two plus hours to get it. Improvements are needed in both the food quality and service speed.
