I don’t think this place is worth the price, and I’m baffled by its inclusion in the Michelin guide. A couple of dishes, most notably the tempura for me, were good, but the quality is inconsistent. The explanations for the dishes from the servers need improvement. The worst part was that there was a table that was talking very loudly toward the side that was annoying the rest of the customers. I can’t be sure, but I don’t believe they were customers but rather restaurant staff. If so, they truly lacked awareness of how they were affecting the environment. If they were indeed customers, then the restaurant staff should have proactively done something about it.
