If you are looking for an evening sweet treat, look no further. The atmosphere here is immaculate!!. The staff were beyond friendly and personable. There was good music playing and plenty of seating. This is easily some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. They even had no -dairy options which are hard to come by at ice cream places. I would 100% recommend to anyone visiting ATL.

Soooo GOOD! First of all, the ambiance is open and airy. Perfect for small groups and children- they have games jenga, etch a sketch, taboo! Now, let’s get to the ice cream - the creamers are truly craftspeople! They did a good job mixing the flavors. Every bite was full of flavor, creamy, and not too sweet! We had Oreo, strawberry extravaganza, and sub*lime* pie. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their treats! I’m already planning to go back and try the peach and butter pecan flavors!

Absolutely amazing! Like a black owned cold stones but rolled into a quaint package. Great vibe. Tasty creamery. I will be returning. I can't wait to see how this space develops. In the historic Underground/5 Points district.

Beautiful idea. Rolled Icecream. Our colorful Downtown Atlanta still can surprise us with nice places and beauty. This local IceCream Store, owned by a local family, and they roll your icecream, the little kids are also helping mom with so much happiness. You will feel loved here!. @i_scream_rolls

The folks working here were so sweet and patient with our big group! It was so fun watching them make the ice cream. I got the coconut milk ice cream and it’s one of the best non dairy options I’ve ever had! And the music was top tier throw backs!

I have never not finished my ice cream but this stuff was not great. It was cute but dirty. I won’t be returning.

I was at underground for the farmers market they do on Saturdays. I went inside the IScream place and the staff were extremely pleasant. They have a really cute setup and the Christmas decor was right on point. Everything was clean and organized and i really enjoyed my ice cream. The eggnog ice cream was really good and you can get unlimited toppings. I will def be back and encourage anybody to give this spot a try.

After being at a little event, I spotted this place and suggested stopping to my daughter. First off, can we say *black owned* I love it. I do hate the area that it is in, but hey, they are making it. Service: I absolutely loved the vibe. I hate I didn't get the lady's name who took my order but shouts out to her for going the little extra step, making my baby ice cream better. Plus, your positive attitude *chefs kiss*. Every song played in there was something we was rocking to. Food: Now I did not taste any of the ice cream. But can we just say look how pretty they did my baby ice cream. She was SO happy. I will say she enjoyed her ice cream, and even though it halfway melted on the way home, she still determined to finish it. Lol, so it has to be good, lol All in All. Give them a shot. I think it's worth it. Oh and the little sing set up they had was cute.

If I'm being completely honest with you, I'm not the biggest fan of rollup ice cream. Mainly due to the fact that most of the base for the roll ups are made from water base. This makes the ice cream taste more on the icy side and it doesn't taste like ice cream. It tastes more along the lines of a creamy popsicle. This place makes their ice cream rolls taste like ice cream. I was absolutely SHOOK! The flavor was there and it was so creamy. Honestly, these are creamier than most store-bought ice cream tubs. it has a velvety nice smooth texture when you try to eat it. Yes they are still in rolls, but as soon as you put it on your tongue, it me melts like a real creamy ice cream. The owner actually explained to us that she also doesn't like rolled up ice cream that taste more on the Icey side, so she made sure that her dairy rolls were actually creamy. They do have nondairy options, but those will be on the ICE side. Nondairy milk tends to be water and plant or nut based. I really appreciated how welcoming the staff was. Shout out to this friendly black owned, and women owned small businesses really welcoming the Atlanta community! I love finding small businesses that have amazing service and quality food! It's actually funny because I came in here not really expecting much. But mainly because the aesthetics of the store. They have a little grass wall with purple neon lights and a swing, which is really cute. They have a big digital board with purple accents that shows all the different combinations you can have your ice cream rolls made and you can also make your own. While you're waiting for your ice cream. You can actually play some board games they provide for the customers. I think this place is really great for big groups and just to really hang out with your friends and a plus one for the bathrooms too! I feel like it's really hard to find a place with a decent and clean bathroom in underground Atlanta.

You scream, I scream, we all scream ice-cream! This place is a cute vibe. We went mid day and it was cool. We loved the music that was playing. It was very straight forward I ordering with the menu displayed on the side wall. They provide steps if you want to order ala caarte or order a signature bowl. We got the old town road which has a butter pecan ice cream base. We got to watch our ice-cream being made. It was a pretty quick turnaround from order to making to complete. I would definitely recommend this place if your in the area and looking for a sweet treat and something different than a typical scoop of ice cream

YuMmmm! I heard this was the best ice cream in Atlanta, and it did not disappoint. I had the "Catch Flights Not Feelings" featuring the delectable soft crunch of Biscoff cookies and I have to say...I caught feelings . Truly Delicious! I'll be thinking of it during my flight back home.

Black owned place that offers dairy and non-dairy options. Friendly staff and photo options while you wait. I met up with my cousin and best friend there. I got the no orea cup which was non-dairy and worth it. Parking is limited around the area and you have to pay to park, but if your in the area stop by and support your email blacked owned businesses.

First of all the ambiance of this place is too cute, my wife and I took pictures on there swing inside, that definitely added a little touch. NOW THE ICE CREAM ROLLS... YALL... when I tell you, normally when I go to get ice cream I never finish it, I got the banana pudding rolls and my wife got the snow strawberry extravaganza ( had cheesecake bites topped with strawberries) oh my goodness. Love made in them rolls. I tore mine up. It was so delicious we're actually just here in Atlanta for our first time & trying new things. And this was 10/10! Before our flight were coming back for more before we leave!

If you're around downtown Atlanta and are craving some good ice cream this is the spot. I was with my dad and we were walking around underground Atlanta checking out some local businesses and found this place. Totally worth it. This ice cream is definitely worth the wait that it takes to prepare it. They hand roll everything plus they let you select every single option from start to finish. Besides that it's really tasty. Hope to stop by again soon.

This place is a hidden gem! We wanted ice cream on our visit to Atlanta and found this place. Easy to walk to, but there is parking nearby if you want to drive. I did the banana pudding one and it was delicious! Fresh bananas were used. It's set up super cute in there (photo opportunities) and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommend checking this place out!

When we came in at 2pm on a hot Sunday afternoon, the place was empty save for two customers. With our orders, we brought good luck and by 3pm, the place was PACKED, with a line gathering at the door. You have a choice of non dairy base (coconut water) or dairy (milk). We got one of each. The cup of base gets poured over an ice metal sheet and gets scraped into ice cream rolls. The dairy one is a bit richer and tastier. The non-dairy stays frozen longer and is also tasty, but not as buttery as the dairy one. Both were not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Building your own option is fun. Highly recommend getting the dairy butterscotch with toffee as your one of the two ingredients that will be mixed into your ice cream. The toffee gives such a satisfying crunch and flavor profile. You get unlimited toppings.

Absolute great customer service! The owner is great and the staff are very friendly! The rolled ice cream is literally the best ice cream I have ever had! I'm had the old town road and it was PERFECT!! They have more than just ice cream also! Definitely will come back next time I'm in Atlanta!

Stopped by here when they first opened. Great atmosphere, yummy ice cream and poppin music. They have a swing too! Instantly 'Saturday Morning Cartoons' became my favorite! It's topped with Fruit Loops and Mini Pop Tarts! They need to play Doug or the Flintstones while you enjoy this! Today I decided to build my own. I ended up with Pineapple Cheesecake, topped with cheesecake, pineapple gummy bears and caramel sauce! DELICIOUS! Definitely a must visit in Atlanta!

This is such a cute family run ice cream shop. I took my family here for a visit. Everybody left extremely happy! The staff was so amazing and very personable. It was so much fun to watch them make your order. The prices are very reasonable you can either choose from their signature bowls or you can build your own. Their bowls are $7.55 with the option of making it a waffle taco for an additional price. The whole vibe inside is amazing it's very cute and modern just enough seating where it's not too crowded. Lots of great Instagram/ picture worthy spots to take great pictures. And you can't leave without taking a picture in the swing. It is a must! I loved my ice cream and will definitely hit the spot up again.

This place is amazing! Khaliah the owner is incredible. The place is clean. Bright. And beautiful. We stumbled on this place looking for food and found this gem instead. If you are in the neighborhood and would love a sweet treat this is the place for sure. I'll be sure to check back next time I'm in the city. It was so good we were almost done before I remembered to take pics lol.

I would like to say my daughter and her friends had a good time. We went to another event close by and stopped in after for ice cream. It's was 20 of us so I was thankful for them being able to service us all. It did take some time to get everyone's order but the young men making the orders did not complain or give off any negative energy they worked HARD on each and every order and the group loved it. After ice cream they played board games and cards and took pictures. I assume but wasn't sure if the owner was the one running the register but she was nice and greeted everyone with a smile. Thank you so much and we will be back the rolled ice cream was soooo good.

Super cute ice cream spot downtown. Definitely stop and check them out! Prices were reasonable, customer service was fantastic and ice cream surpassed my expectations. They had create your own options as well as recommendations AND tons of toppings to chose from. Went with mom and sis and we were all UNANIMOUSLY satisfied with our orders (Strawberry Extravaganza, Banana Puddin and Old Time Roll). COVID measures are in place with temperature checking at the door and social distancing while in line and seated.

Went to a kids birthday party here and it was such a fun time! The ice cream was fantastic, the space is set up with booths as well as chairs for plenty of seating and the staff was really warm and seemed to be enjoying the kid joy atmosphere as well. Great start to revitalizing The Underground.

Ngl was excited for this ice cream but was disappointed by both the wait time and CLEANLINESS at this place. 1. We had to wait over 20 minutes. That's TWENTY 2 0 minutes sitting there while the staff chats away with other guests whom I assume they know personally. 2. The storefront was clean so we expected the food safety standards to be high as well. WRONG. While the staff wore gloves, I saw one of them pick up left over ice cream from the board straight with their hands, LICKED their hands, didn't change gloves, and went back to stuffing customers' ice cream into the boxes with their bare hands. This happened not once but TWICE. How disgusting. Value your safety during these pandemic times. Find a more sanitary and faster place to get your ice cream. Would not suggest visiting.

I am really happy they have dairy free options! It makes those who want a sweet treat but without the milk have a option as well . I visited this establishment on 6/26/21 and absolutely loved the ambiance. The ice cream is really good as well.

Their ice cream is decent and they are generous with the toppings. They gotta get maybe more help though. Some customers informed me that they had been waiting upwards of 50 minutes. I waited probably 25 minutes.

Really cute ice cream shop. It's ran by a mom, and her young son's. I was walking past and noticed her son's actually working, and helping their mom with the ice cream preparations, and taking orders so I had to drop in and support them. Everyone was so polite. I had a chance to chat with the owner, and she informed us about how she got started in her kitchen at home, taught her son's, then followed her dream of opening up her business. In speaking with her, she mentioned she would be coming to the Bay Area (Oakland) to support another small business owner, and that it will be her 1st time out here. There was a line of people waiting to have their specialty ice cream made, but the line moved really fast so it wasn't a long wait at all. She mentioned possibly opening up the same type of shop here in Oakland if her visit went well, and she explore areas while here. I really hope she does.

I will definitely be returning! The ice cream was delicious and actually a larger serving than I've received at other rolled ice cream spots. The decor is super cute and they even have a cute photo area with a swing so be picture ready! The owner's mother was very friendly and even helped me and my friend take our pictures. It's a family business for sure so you get treated like family. I went during the pandemic so we had to wear mask and our temperature was taken. We opted to enjoy our ice cream at their cute little tables because there was enough space to social distance. I hope this pandemic doesn't cause them to shut down because there aren't many rolled ice cream spots in the metro area. The spoons also change from pink to purple when you are eating the ice cream. That was cute!

Imagine not having the decency to extend a common courtesy to another human being because youre too concerned with your water waste and toilet paper consumption to be a decent business owner or human being. We had to spend over five bucks just so i could take a shit. I will never come to this establishment again and will forever talk "shit" about them and any other businesss who has the gall to refuse a restroom to a fellow human being over their lack of money. Fuck this place.

OMG! Delicious tastings and beautiful artful ice cream!It was almost to pretty to eat! Black Owned Business Ice Cream Parlor is extraordinary I fell in love with their flower wall and swing.. My daughter spoke with the owner and decided to be hosting an event here for domestic violence and breast cancer awareness next month. Khalilah is a beautiful woman with a beautiful spirit and great customer service! She believes in the cause

This was a nice and cute experience (also includes an instagram worthy swing spot not photographed). They let you pick your toppings for both signatures and build your own. I could tell it was a family-run business and that each member of the team was having fun while rolling the 'screams . 4 stars instead of 5 because I have very demanding ice cream lover tastebuds.

This is a MUST GO establishment! Y'all this place was so beautiful and so spirit warming I cannot tell you how much I loved my first experience here! When you walk up to the door there is a sticker that says "I am a proud black owned business" *insert excited Oprah meme* I already knew it was black owned but it still made me feel good to see that sticker so each patron knows THIS WONDERFUL PLACE IS BLACK OWNED! It's the success for me honey! I was supposed to try this place 2 months ago while visiting Atlanta but they were closed by the time my group finished our outing. So I promised myself to come back and make a stop here and BOOM I MADE IT! When you walk in you notice the neon lights and a swing to your right and 2 big pretty pink menu screens to your left and for me it was the Acrylic chairs and booths for sitting! The staff were so nice! THANKS ERICA!! And she did a great job with these machines because trust me it looked like a workout from my point of view! (Please have patience because the temperature of the machine can slow the process down but they go as fast as they can) The music was a vibe and the ice cream was perfect. My friend got the strawberry cheesecake one, I got coffee flavored ice cream with brownies, caramel, and chocolate syrup, my friends daughter for the Fantasy Ice cream (perfect for children it's so pretty). Listen this ice cream was the creamiest ice cream I've ever had! I love every bite and it was the perfect size I definitely didn't need anything bigger. You're selection of add ins and toppings is of a great variety! And you get to pick a creation of the shop OR you can pick a ice cream flavor and choose 2 add ins and unlimited toppings! That's the best part to me JUST GO CRAZY! And it's all $7.55 They also have basil lemonades for sale that are $6.00 that are made by a black owned company as well! Y'all that lemonade was so delicious!! I paid that $6.00 and if you like basil (which I love the taste and smell of basil) you'll like this lemonade! They also do events! So I suggest following their social media to stay in the know! I hands down give this beautifully designed establishment a 10/10! I can't wait to get back to Atlanta and try them again!

I had never had ice cream rolls. I thought it sounded like it was not ice cream. But when i went and show how the ice cream rolls was made, it was very impressive. I bought a cup to try it. And when i took a bite i was immediately in ice cream heaven. I would recommend if you want good ice cream that you visit this I've cream parlor. I would definitely be going back and tell everybody i know about this parlor.

Black owned business! I had this last weekend and it was my first time having ice cream rolls I can say I will DEFINITELY return! The ice cream wasn't too sweet and was perfectly creamy! The owner and her mom were super sweet and helpful! At first I couldn't find it but the owners mom happened to be outside and directed me and my niece to it.

We were greeted at the door. The energy from the owner is great. She is sweet and was welcoming and explained everything. Everything is clean and everyone is friendly. They have a photo area with a swing that you can take photos too. Nice place I'm glad we came.

Cute Black Owned roll up ice cream shop in downtown ATL. It's located at the Underground. There's paid street parking nearby (free on Sunday). This place is fairly new and super clean on the inside. They do temp checks and hand sanitizer at the door. There's plenty of options to put in and on top of your ice cream. They have a dairy and non-dairy base option, which is great for vegans. There's a good amount of room for seating and a cute area to take pics with your friends. I got a bowl with the dairy base, added strawberry & peaches, topped with whipped cream, nerds, strawberry drizzle, strawberries and a cherry. It was super delicious and just what I need for this hot summer! If you can't decide, they have some creations to choose from. Great place to take your family :)

I dont appreciate being skipped. Why make someone else ice cream before you've made the guest before. I will not be back. Unpleasant experience after paying for parking. Literally watched 4 people get theirs before mine just for them to dump cinnamon all over i mean all over. SMH what happens when you try to support. I shouldn't have had to ask for my money back it should've been complimentary at that point. Yes it takes time but i should have came out out woth my guest order not me watch people coming in after me eat

I was walking by to Best of Atlanta to grab some shot glasses before I hit the road and I seen this place. I've never heard of rolled ice cream until yesterday. I had the go shawty it's ya birthday flavor. Boy was I satisfied and amazed. Excellent customer service. I will definitely come back anytime I'm in Atlanta. I love the fact this is a family oriented business that's black owned :-)
