Ishikawa Multipurpose Dome (Okinawan Bullfighting)

Pro tip: bring yen!! They do not take card You are outside but in a covered dome so there is no air conditioning. You are subject to whatever the temperature is outside so check the weather before going and dress accordingly. Came here for the bull fighting. It was on a Sunday. Possibly last match of season Price was 3000 yen for men 2000 for women. Think kids were 1000 By 1225 there was no parking in the main parking lot but the stadium was only 1/4 to 1/3 full by 1230 Bring a fan. Lots of people were Fanning themselves. Some had battery operated. The stadium is fully covered so no worries about reason unless you are sitting outside of the main dome area. The stadium did fill to about 85% when we were watching If you forget to bring drinks or food they have a snack shop stand with a lot of options. The pricing seemed pretty reasonable considering it's an event space. ~600 yen for Bento for example We thought we were going to watch a matador but that's not what this is (tbh never seen a bull anything but it's just what a lot of people said when they saw this got the first time). It's literally 2 bulls fighting

We go here for the bullfights. It’s a very cool venue. However it does get hot inside. So wear cool clothing. They have food vendors and you can buy a tshirt. Prices for the fights vary so bring yen as I don’t think they take card. Parking is just past the main entrance on the left. Get there early or you will have to improvise a spot.

Get immersed in some traditional battle of the bull. The website has a schedule for download to see when the next event is. Not all bouts are exciting. Worth at least one visit if you're visiting long enough. There's a snack bar for some bentos or corn dogs. Bring cash for purchases.

Amazing event/competition, from the opening ceremony to the actual event. I’d recommend everyone to check it out just to have the Japanese Bullfighting experience.

Okinawan style bullfighting! 🐂 currently ¥2500 for a ticket. Food vendors and merchandise to purchase on the inside. Many people brought their own beverages.

Bull fights in Okinawa are a great time! I strongly recommend anyone who loves Okinawa to see a bull fight. Have a beer I j!

It was bigger than I expected. Parking is small but if you arrive early you should be okay. It was a fast line going in. They take yen only. They also have food venders while u watch.

Great atmosphere. An absolute must when there is a festival here!
