Might honestly be the best Jap food in sg. There was not a single bad bite of food. Sounds strange, but we could taste the attention to detail in every single dish. Even the potato salad thing was fantastic. Highly recommend the dinner set and grilled chicken. Service was fantastic, ambience good, food unbeatable. 10/10 wld go again

Our second time here. Good place to have premium value set meals at decent prices. Set meals are only available during lunch time, and there’s a choice of either $30 or $48 lunch set. For an added appetizer, we ordered their foie gras roll, which is delicious.

Impeccable food quality at reasonable price. Fishes are air flown from Japan. Very good selection of sake and wines to pair with food too

Had a great lunch at Ishinomaki Orchard Road. The food was excellent — we had the Iberico Pork Yuzu, Beef Shogayaki, and the Wateishoku set. Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented. Portions were generous, and the quality matched the price. Special thanks to Kar Ming for his outstanding service. He was attentive, friendly, and very professional throughout our meal. His warm attitude made our dining experience even better. Overall, delicious food + great service. Highly recommended and definitely worth returning!

Can't believe this is the first time we are finding out about this place. Place was quiet when we visited around 6:15pm. Plenty of seats available. Service was great and welcoming. Ordered quite a variety of different food (grilled some items and sushi). Everything was so good. The grilled sweet potatoes in butter and salt was awesome. The grilled pork (buta something) was really good too. More expensive that your sushi tei but definitely worth it. Will be coming back for sure.

Shoutout to Julie, for helping to facilitate a great birthday for my partner. Food -- Stellar. You eat with your eyes, and the presentation was gorgeously inviting. The food itself was fresh and really knocked our initial expectations out of the park. Service -- Awesome. Staff serving our table provided consistent check-ins to ensure both food and experience was up to par. The constant attention here was definitely appreciated and helped to streamline everything - especially in meeting our expectations in delivering a pleasant birthday surprise. Atmosphere -- Great. Clean, well-lit and everyone else just enjoying their foods and caught up in their own little moments. Having a space where we could do the same allowed us to get all in on our foods, too! Overall - Amazing. Thanks Chi for the help as well!

I have been to this restaurant more than 10 times. It’s authentic and delicious, and I especially recommend the sashimi and seasonal fish. I forgot to ask his name, but the male staff member with glasses spoke Japanese and provided very friendly service, which was wonderful.The food is always delicious, and this is one of my favorite restaurants.

Might be a good place chill and dine with friends here... they do have a very good service attitudes, and friendly smile. When come to the food quality, I think soso only.

A hidden gem. High quality Japanese food at Orchard Road. I took the family here for a Saturday dinner and we really enjoyed the premium assorted sashimi, the grilled salmon belly (sake harasu), and a variety of yakitori skewers (tsukune, butabara, satsumaage). All delicious. We'll be coming back!

下に日本語解説いれてます。 There are so many Japanese Restaurants in town, difficult to see which ones are originals. Well, I was quite surprised to find this one to be a true one, and quite reasonable considering the quality. Definitely going there again. One thing is they tend to bring things together. 前から気になっていたのですが、試しに入ったら驚きました。枝豆、ハラス、揚げ出し豆腐、マグロ納豆、ツクネ、どれもなかなかのお味でイケてます。刺身もアリです。炉端焼きは恐らくガスかとは思いますが、ハラスの火加減は絶妙でした。量もそれなりにあります。一級店の繊細な日本料理とはいきませんが、値段を考えると十分ではないでしょうか。行った日はスタッフは外国人だけでしたが、相当鍛えたんでしょうね。お酒は飲んでないので値段は未確認ですが、がっつり食べて1人45SGDぐらいでした。周囲の高いばかりのお店に比べれば、とてもコスパがいいかと思います。唯一、沢山頼むと一気に順不同で出てくるので、ポツポツ頼んだ方が良さそうです。次のお気に入りが見つかるまでしばらくここの常連になりそうです。2015/11

Be careful this place will rip you off. The tuna sashimi I had was priced at $70 this was not revealed before I ordered, beware of the iPad menu. The food is not that good and I believe there is better Japanese in the area. Avoid if possible.
