Isla Cabana Resort

It has been the best vacation ever ! Their staff is just amazing, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable, convenient and easy. The location is just perfect. We have all the main points and restaurants closer so, we just needed to walk and no need to use the scooter or tuk tuk. Philippines people is awesome, we were in Coron before but, after visiting Siargao we are sure that we have to come back. If you want to come to Siargao please don’t have any doubt to choose Isla Cabana resort.

We stayed for 5 nights and wished it were longer…maybe indefinite! What a wonderful resort! It’s hard to know where to begin! Check in was easy, the staff who were all female, were amazing! The restaurant by the seaside pool was excellent! And of course, the location is perfect! The resort arranged a van transfer upon arrival to the island, and when we arrived to the front door, it is very unassuming. It’s located central to shops, bars, and restaurants everywhere. So, a very busy street. There’s a small cabana walkway that leads to the reception but after check in, you enter a beautiful beach garden walkway to your room, where you witness the grand scale of this resort! It felt like we walked through a portal from the hustle and bustle of the street, to beachside amazement! The room we stayed in - Guyam Island, situated by the main pool. This was a getaway in and of itself! It’s large (1 bedroom loft), it’s beautiful, has a large wardrobe so you can nest there, a private pool, and outdoor shower. Overall, I 1000% recommend staying here and we are absolutely returning on our next trip. My wife and I have decided this is our getaway spot for the foreseeable future.

I will not come back here again. The staff talk to each other as if there are no guests trying to relax. You’ll hear them laughing and talking so loudly—it’s honestly disrespectful. Plus, at night, the music from the bars is extremely loud, so there’s no chance of getting any rest. For the price? Definitely not worth it. Just book a cheaper place instead—there’s nothing fancy about the rooms; they just look like a slightly larger hostel. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Hello, Isla cabana is one of the resort that I couldn't imagine, this a get away vacation place where you can relax and spend quality time with your family and love ones. Room rates are affordable with the best service that you cant imagine. Take it from me guys.. you will love it. ♥️

Lovely garden, staff & food. The room design is a mess. No phones, staff don't look at whatsapp though they say they do. The switches are complicated and the safe is with a key & not a number operating - which means everyone can access it!

We stayed here during our trip to Siargao. Beautiful location, kind staff. One MAJOR thing I have to complain about is we rented a moped/bike from them to explore the island. The moped STOPPED WORKING and we were stranded. We had to walk the bike to town. Thank goodness there was only one road in Siargao otherwise we would have been so lost. We were walking until dark which was extremely scary since we didn't know the island and were not locals. Luckily there were kind people that picked us up in their truck and drove us back to the resort. Scary experience!!

Our first trip to siargao and this looked an obvious place to stay|We planned on booking a number of tours over our 5 day stay but as soon as we arrived we loved the place so much we decided to hang out and relax around the resort. The restaurant at the beach front with infinity pool was awesome and so relaxing. We would have daily buffet breakfast and lunch there. We tried many dishes off the menu and every single one of them very high standard. The staff at poolside were incredible. Dinner we ate in the restaurant few times and very good as well|Room is expensive, showing some signs of ageing but everything works , tv , coffee machine , good hot water .||The improvements i would suggest are:|1. During the 5 days stay we never saw any managers or interaction with them 2. Toilets in public spaces do not have toilet seats.|3. When being shown to your room there should be better explanation of room , ac, tv, along with resort amenities. They just use housekeeping to drop off your bags n run.|4. Should you wish to have your room cleaned you must notify them the day BEfORE...... you pay big money n this is a budget hotel policy that they have.||Overall reccommend this place, if you on a budget its not for you , prices are good for what you get but add in service charge and its not for the budget traveller. Staff don’t know how to do guest recognition. No proper greeting. We have to approach them and ask for menu. Not even smiling and employee gestures were not welcoming
