"Island Creamery, a family-owned and -operated business in Atlantic City, serves up a refreshing variety of cool treats at its Ventnor Avenue location, including sundaes, milkshakes, soft serve, and ice cream floats. Order a few scoops of the cinnamon churro ice cream on a chocolate waffle cone or dive into a cheesecake sundae for the ultimate dessert option." - Kristen Kwiatkowski

It's one of my favorite Ice Cream places in Jersey area!!! The owners will make you feel at home the moment you walk in. I'm sure all of their flavors are delightful. However, my 2 favorite Rum Raisins and Coconut are to die for.

Since June I have ordered 3 ice cream cakes from Island creamery, every single one of them were outstanding looking and tasting! Their prices are so affordable and the best part is the overall quality and taste. The shop is kept very clean and staff is always helpful. Definitely worth taking the family to get some ice cream here!

My family and I stopped by a couple of weeks ago...loved it!! Friendly service and great selections of ice cream. Fun, colorful and beautiful decor inside the shop. They have ample seating outside if you want to enjoy your ice cream outside on a nice, sunny day. I had the vanilla frozen yogurt with a waffle cone - delicious! I definitely recommend you stopping by if you're in the Atlantic City area!

We came in mid-evening for some ice cream cones and a milkshake. The staff was super helpful in picking out flavors and toppings and putting together some great cones (with cups for backup). We also got a hand-scooped chocolate and peanut butter milkshake. It was awesome. I'd kinda like another now, as I write this. Prices were reasonable. All good. Bonus points: they were playing the Avatar animated series on the TV while we were in. Cool shop.

I did research on the best ice cream places in New Jersey and this place came up. I agree 100%. This creamery is excellent! I had a Hot Fudge Brownie sundae and my husband had a small sundae with hot fudge and cookie dough. It was delicious AND the staff was super nice and friendly. It was also very reasonably priced for a quality product. It is worth the detour!! If i did not live in Quebec, i would visit this ice cream place all the time.

Beautiful ice cream shop! It was our first time here and it is nearby on the main street so we will be here more often. Below is the menu, strawberry shortcake sundae and sherbert ice cream, so good and cheap

I’m a residential student at Stockton University on the AC campus so my friends and I have taken the short 4 minute walk to this small business about 5 times after discovering it only a week ago. Don’t even get me started on the tasty ice cream. I get the same thing every time; banana split boat all soft serve vanilla with extra strawberries instead of pineapples. And every time I’ve ordered it- it has just tasted better and better and they are very generous with how much ice cream they put in the boat especially when it’s only 6.25??? Oh I can go on and on LOL! And I guess we went so often the gentleman working even noted, “that’s what you got last few times huh?” And as someone who has worked in the food industry for a small business, I know how many customers pass through everyday - so being remembered was very heart warming! Again, I’ve been in several times and have experienced most of the employees including what I believe was a mother/ daughter duo and an older gentleman who was very very kind with a contagious smile that would show through a mask. The service from all was always perfect and we had absolutely no complaints. Most recently my friends and I walked to Island Creamery then went to the parking garage and watched the sunset for one of our last times before the year ended. On our way we passed an older woman who kindly told us how tasty all of our desserts looked and she was notttt wrong!! Only upsetting part of this experience is that we only just noticed the shoppe during our last week on campus before we all return home for the summer. :( but that doesn’t stop me from telling all my friends to stop by it before they go home too!

Brought one of my kids for ice cream this afternoon to see if we should bring the rest of the family. They let me try the 3 flavors for my triple scoop & my youngest son tey gis 2 flavors for his 2 scoops. When we came back that evening my middle son asked to raise a favor and was told that would be the only flavor he can taste. When I asked why he told me that was their policy of one flavor per person. I asked him if he remembered me from earlier and he said yes event remembered I left my wallet (which a kind customer returned) but denied giving my child a taste of the second scoop of ice cream he wanted. Definitely not customer friendly. Try North Beach Creamery or Juli's Pink both very near by and are more than happy to let you taste as many flavors as you like until you decide which one you would like. They both have excellent service and outstanding options for Homemade Ice Cream and Italian Ices!!
