Purchased 3 bags of bread 4 days ago with an expiration date of 6/25 (so I thought)and noticed one of the bag had already spoiled with molding. But to my surprised, I just noticed all 3 bags had 2 different expiration dates 6/21 which was covered over the 6/25 expiration dates. I understand bread can spoil little earlier than expected but having the original dates covered with the new date is Deceiving, Dishonest and Fraudulent.

Google
It's not a big market, but definitely Filipino! Looking at the seafood, you can tell it was fresh. You can also buy a ready-made meal from the buffet style restaurant in store. And don't miss the bakery when you walk in.

Kesha Galiardi

Google
They have the Mango Propitious ice cream, delicious!!! Also I got some seafood boil seasoning in the bag 🤤 omg delicious 🤤went by direction and the results were perfect 👍🏿,but for the ice cream

Google
Great shopping center, mainly for all types of Philippines 🇵🇭 products and produce and other Asian goods. Also, dine in or take out Filipino food fresh from the counter. I like the services provided by my fellow Filipino workers and workers when I visit their store. -American-Igorot Outdoorsman in the Nevada Desert 🏜

If you are planning to move to Las Vegas and you are a Filipino you should check out Silverado Ranch Pacific Island Seafood. They have fresh bakery, restaurant, and grocery.

Google
This is my first visit to this Filipino grocery and cafeteria style dining spot. You order by pointing to what you want and they fill up containers for you to eat on site or takeaway. The food is just ok. The staff are absolutely lovely, friendly and accommodating. I'd come back just to experience their hospitality and maybe try the other dishes. We did come here close to about 5pm. The food lacked some freshness but some of the dishes were ok, like the sinigang, the Dinuguan, and the pancit palabok. I especially enjoyed the melon juice made fresh. Have a look at the pics and judge for yourself.

NELSON MENDOZA

Google
Very clean and lots of variety. Restaurant and bakery inside did not disappoint. Although, entrance to the store is impeded by the cash register lines, same area and tight. Nonetheless, great people are there to assist.

Matthew Grossman

Google
I really enjoy this establishment. Every time I come, the staff is so friendly and supportive. I value the large selection of products they sale.

Yelp
Excellent market to buy your fresh meats and veggies for those yummy filipino dishes. island Pacific is cheaper than the competitor, i purchased ingredients for Halo Halo and the items i purchased were significantly cheaper. There are in store vendors as well to get those fresh baked rolls & yummy Filipino desserts like cascaron. I like the convenience of having this market near me - definitely be here ofter!

Yelp
This market is small compared to Seafood City and 99 Ranch. It is also geared toward more of the Filipino culture than all Asian cultures. They have a limited selection of vegetables. They have a good variety of meats and staple seafood. The prices are descent and the meats are a good deal when on sale. They also have a deli area that serves hot food. And a bakery section for those wanting your typical Filipino desserts.
google avatar

Yelp
It's an alright Filipino store. The place was okay. The produce wasn't bad. Only the people who work there, need to smile and not be so grumpy.
google avatar

Selvan M.

Yelp
Great store and very friendly customer service. The prepared food was really delicious. There was so many options and I wanted to try them all but that would have been impossible :). I will definitely repeat.

Yelp
As a Filipino American, having lived in Manila before, I am always looking for a great Filipino or Asian market. There is a great selection here, but I think other Asian markets have a better produce section. But if you are looking for a particular ingredient, you can likely find it here. I like to come for my sinigang ingredients. They also have a Buffet, so if you are missing some Filipino food, you can find all of the basics here. Sometimes I like to come and get a snack or whatever I do not feel like cooking myself. The seafood section is good as well, there was a good sale for shrimp that was about $4.99 a pound yesterday. Overall, great market with all the Asian essentials that you might need

Cecilia R.

Yelp
Their location near Rhodes Ranch in Las Vegas is too small and their food tastes like old food that were revived by too much salt. The chef is not worthy being a chef. The snacks that they're selling are similarly salty and should not be fed to human beings. The servers are pouty and unfriendly. I tried eating or ordering food to go from SeaFood City. Their food is tasty and fresh. The bakery is fantastic. Love their snacks. So that's where I'm going even if I had to drive for good tasting food. This was the first time that I went to get food from Island Pacific and it will be my last. I don't intend to waste my money on food that are not meant for human consumptions. Ambiance is lousy and non-existent.

Yelp
great spot to find any asian foods you may need. They have many different spices and seasoning packets. They also have a big meat selection and frozen selection. You can find bags of rice here, furikake, frozen dumplings, lumpia, egg rolls. They also have food available for takeout that is grilled right in front of you. They also have a little pastry section that had sweets and different breads. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for!
google avatar

Yelp
A great alternative to Seafood City and much closer for me to get to; which is important for fresh produce and meats that requires speedy transportation to your home refrigerator! Plus, front eatery area is inspiring for your shopping list addition.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here unexpectedly because I ordered food to-go next door at Lucki Thai and I'm so glad I stopped in. I've been to this supermarket before but this was a different location for me and this was way nicer and bigger for sure. There was so much to check out. I got a few drinks that I've never had so I definitely want to try them out and you can always catch me in the snack aisle and there's good stuff there. I also got their ube bread which I usually get and you microwave it for a few seconds and it is delicious. I would've gotten their mango ice cream because it is so yummy. Come here when you're craving some good filipino products and more asian products as well.

Yelp
On two separate occasions i purchased seafood and raw meat from this location. When i brought each home (same day) to prepare dinner i realized that the meat and the seafood were both spoiled. Meat was slimy and had an unpleasant smell. Seafood i purchased were mussels and more than half of the batch smelt very unusually fishy so i tossed them all. I cant say that they have poor food handling or storage but i will say that it has happened too much for coincidence and i will not be purchasing meat and seafood from this location. Better safe than sorry? Other than that, my children really like the snacks here. Good spot to pick up groceries that Smiths and Walmart do not have.

LeeRio L.

Yelp
I don't frequent this market because it's very unorganized; however if you can overlook the narrow isles and smaller store to hold their merchandise then you will find this market to meet your standard Filipino food products. The cashiers are friendly enough and the meat/fish department is exceptional including the men that works quickly to deliver great service. Bring your business here and you'll find it satisfactory.

Yelp
Hi, I am on a no carb Mediterranean diet per my cardiologists to avoid becoming diabetic. Anyway this market is one of few that you can get sushi grade tuna, salmon and seaweed salad for a decent price. I usually get about a pound of tuna and salmon each. Combined with lettuce, spinach, kale and arugula I make about 4 meals. I also make asian, seafood, vegetable soup using bok Choi, Chinese broccoli or other fresh leafy asian vegetables, mushrooms I don't know the name of Unfortunately my last trip to this market I was not able to find ANY produce that looked very fresh. Maybe it was just a bad day but everything looked quite wilted and even the ginger roots looked dried out and old (which was on sale and I was hoping to buy) I am going to have to try to find another source of sashimi quality fish for decent quality and price. Anybody who knows of one locally in Henderson please let me know. Thank you!

Yelp
Open during COVID-19 as of March 2021: I've been to all the Island Pacific's in the valley and honestly I like all if I need any specific Filipino grocery items or even well priced meats and produce. This one in particular, I usually end up with some produce and meats along with some baked goods from Bread Republic (including in-house made ube cheese cream pandesal) up front by the entrance. All-in-all this supermarket has all kinds of ingredients for your kare kare, sinigang, adobo dishes... and halo halo ingredients! But most importantly, I come here for the Cebu pre-made lechon to cook at home! Super simple and time consuming but well worth the wait. They also sell some Goldilock sweets from ube flavored products (ensaymada, etc) and cakes! Convient Asian grocery with mostly Filipino brands and products. Accepts cash and card. Turo turo/restaurant inside. Masks, sanitizer, and social distancing inside. Swipe that card!

Yelp
Very convenient and fast paced check out especially for people who are in a rush or making last minute dishes. This place has a lot of Asian varieties from chips to meats and sauces and etc. my mom and I come here at least once every other week to buy oxtails and pork.

Yelp
I gave 5 stars for Michelle (cashier) 5 stars for Matthew (Manager) 0 star for RAZ, 0 star for Nina. I usually shop here every Tuesday coz it's Senior day (12% discount), I shopped yesterday tues (1/24/23 around 6:18 pm) I had 3 transactions, this cashier name RAZ is very rude to me after my 1st transaction she put the receipt on her side instead giving it to me, same thing on my 2nd & 3rd receipts she put the receipts on her side, then I told her if she can give me my receipts, the other cashier Niña told me "oh get it you can, reached it" I'm so mad I told her if you guys treated your customer like this? I asked her name she said RAZ and she spelled it to me. They don't even say thank you, these cashiers (Raz & Niña) should have good a manners and customer service. I talked to Matthew about it and he said he will call me back.

Yelp
Ok so i truly want to LOVE this place but it's a Yin and Yang thing going on!! Pluses: -amazing bakery with ube pastries, pork buns, etc -great seafood variety and pricing -cheap produce -all the filipino and other Asian pantry items -awesome kitchen with to-go traditional Filipino food Minuses: -old/expired produce -hit-and-miss butcher block quality of cut and freshness -mostly poor, unfriendly service I definitely prefer seafood city, 168 and Ranch 99 but go here for sale items and convenient location!!

Yelp
It is good that this is filipino store with filipino foods but their service was so bad especially in fish department. They need to change their system in helping clients
google avatar

Yelp
I am new to the area and usually do my grocery shopping at Seafood City, however I was on a time crunch and saw that Island Pacific is in closer proximity to my new place. When I arrived I was so pleased to find they had sriracha hot sauce in stock! I know there was a shortage and it was very difficult to get ahold of. Another thing that surprised me was that they had ground chicken! I have been hunting that down all week! All their meat looked very fresh and was well priced. The store was clean and did not have a malansa (fishy) smell. I will be doing my grocery shopping here from now on
google avatar

Yelp
Good place for asian foods not to many places up hereparking situation sucks tho people park in the handicap stalls and access aisle with no placard..they also park right in fron of the doors like they own the place
google avatar

Raeann G.

Yelp
Me and my family aways come here for the groceries and cooked food. The service here is great. The cashiers to the girls who work at the food counter are so helpful and happy. The inside I mean what asian market do you know that's spotless? Especially since they have fresh caught fish on ice in the meat section. Its a great place to shop for your asian groceries.

Yelp
I was strongly disappointed right now. I went to Vegas for a short trip just to buy the suman malagkit and I ordered 5 of them because this is my favorite snack. The lady pick a wrong one she pick the cassava wrapped with banana leaves. I was craving and buy plenty of suman but she gave the wrong one which is cassava. And I literally wants to cry because I cannot go back to Vegas way too far from Where I am now. Super disappointed did not pay attention.

Yelp
Large selection of items including tikoy which my friend was looking for. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Las Vegas area!
google avatar

Justin S.

Yelp
Love this supermarket for their Butcher selections and fresh seafood. They will even cook the seafood for you: with various seasonings to choose from. Definitely recommend for seafood/fresh meats. Parking-ample! Staff- all so courteous and nice despite how busy the place gets.

Yelp
The best Filipino- Asian store. Excellent customer service!! Kudos!! The people are friendly and the aisle is clean and shelves are well stocked : the Philhouse is incredibly great. Freshly cook and a lot of food choices. It satisfies my longing of home Let's go!! I love island Pacific Market

Dana Lisa B.

Yelp
They had what I was looking for but it was freezing in the store and some of the produce left a lot to be desired for sure.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and highly recommended from coworker. Lots of dishes like Panda Express style. We got the 2 item combos. Dinuguan, mixed bbq, calderetta, Pinakbet, bistek with rice. No soup came with it but when asked the lady gave us some in small cups. Everything was ok. I can see us going back and trying the other dishes. The ladies are super nice and even gave us extra plates and utensils.
google avatar

Yelp
We were in this side of town and decided to stop by for calamansi juice (Philippine lemon). We ended up buying other stuff, such as tapioca (boba) balls because the seafood city near our place doesn't sell them. There are plenty of other items that they carry that seafood city in our location doesn't sell and I was glad we found them here. I also noticed that a couple of their items, such as the ice cream, is a little cheaper than seafood city. They also offer a little more variety of items and seemed to be more fully stocked. If only this market was closer...

Yelp
UPDATED: 04/02/21 I was pleased that the customer service from Island Pacific @ Silverado location is great! This time I didn't have any issues with the curbside pick-up area. I have been shopping with Island Pacific Silverado for a long time now and will keep shopping from them! They'll always make sure they meet your expectations and they go above as beyond with your curbside grocery. Thanks for your great customer service!!!

Yelp
Best Asian market to buy Asian groceries when you're in Vegas. They have a Filipino food court inside. Lots and I mean lots, of choices of food to choose from.

Yelp
Mood - Pork Belly Upon entering the grocery I was initially enticed by the bakery. So I obliged that craving. Then we proceeded over to the butcher area. We opted for a pretty big slab of pork belly it is weighed by the pound. The butcher was very courteous and quartered it into very small cubes for me. He made sure the packaging was extra secure for no leakage. Was truly thankful for this. For the pork you have to buy the whole piece, they don't separate it. We needed more items for the dishes that were going to be prepared. I found a few drinks and snacks in addition to my list. This honestly put me in my happy place. Everything was very easy to find and highly organized. Would recommend- pricing was reasonable and staff was very courteous. Location is Bermuda/ Silverado- ample parking

Yelp
I wish I can put zero but I can't. Word of advice do not! I repeat! Do not buy your meat here it's so dirty! I waited in line to get notice so I can buy some kikyam and I notice that this dude is mapping the floors. He saw me proceed to help me but I knowing this store being dirty I waited for the guy to change his gloves but he did not proceeded to grab the kikyam from the counter with a bloody gloves and the gloves he used while he was mopping. I felt disgusted and told the man to cancel it and never mind. And then I went to the middle to grab some fish ball and what I saw made me leave this store they had multiple open mussels packages that were rewarp after their original packages was open. Why would you sell packages that's has been open tf
google avatar

Judy G.

Yelp
Visited while we were in town and we wanted some filipino food! My recommendations: -Pork sisig (small pieces, but always good. Great for corn tortilla tacos, or just on rice) -Chicken Afritada -BBQ skewers (chicken or pork, both are good) -Chicken Adobo (has a chicken liver kick to it, maybe they put some in the sauce.) -The pancit is really good, and they let you have half & half pancit and rice. Everything else is good, too, like the pancit malabon/palabok. But the list above is what we always get, or a variation of the above. The service is great. The prices are pretty decent, and they give you a lot of food. Supermarket review - Everything is easy to find, there are so many fun goodies to discover! Although most of the products are imported, they still carry a few local and domestic products. Extremely friendly and lovely staff. The facility is pretty clean overall.

Yelp
I'm so done with this place!!!!!!! Why are they still open with all the rotten produce they are selling? Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to be sold in their store. I unfortunately stopped in to get Filipino hot dogs and this is conveniently located nearby. My bf texted me while I was in the store that he also needed onions. I noticed that the yellow and red onions were pretty much rotten and flies were near. The white onions were the only decent ones so that's what I had to settle for. So when I went to pay, the cashiers are so painfully slow and kept stopping to talk to each other. And the cashier that I had was so f****ng rude. She just threw my things in a bag and all my items were being slammed against each other. Why the hell do you work at a grocery store if you're going to be so damn rude?! Get it together Island Pacific! I will avoid this place from now on

Miguel R.

Yelp
Order your food somewhere else. Ordered 6 dishes for a big party we went to pick up the food they forgot my order. Update on my comment yesterday. I will not retruck my first comment because this is something that must not happens. Places that receive orders must have a backup system and not depend on sticky paper on a carousel. Fortunately this place is a turo-turo place and had some cooked food. The supervisor tried her best to accommodate our order and provided us with some free item

Yelp
A specialty Asian market that is on the larger size. If you need specialty ingredients, this is the place to go without paying expensive prices at regular markets. The produce: go here if you need social items like lemon grass or Thai mint. They sell it in bulk at great prices. Also, they often carry good quality Jackfruit which is a favorite of my husband and I. They offer jackfruit cut into quarters as well, which I like so we can see the quality inside. I would stay away from buying regular produce here, like tomatoes, apples, bananas. These types of produce seem consistently overripe and poor. The butcher: because most of the produce is poor I have concerns with the meat department. While they are nicely displayed, I'm not sure if the quality control is there. Some of the meat look like it's been sitting there for a while. The fish: I love the way you can purchase fish here. It's like in Asia where the customer picks out and packages their own fish. The hot buffet: a good variety of transitional Asian foods. Almost like street food. Fun if you like these kind of foods. Lots of fried foods. Overall this is a great place to pick up specialty Asian ingredients and foods. It's a full grocery store, so there is a lot of commercially packed items as well. Keep in mind I said commercial items (you will not find anything organic here). I wouldn't shop here for regular items because of concerns of quality control on produce/meats and I like my packed foods more on the organic side.

Yelp
Wow what can I say? I usually shop at the international market once in a while but always wanted to check out island pacific. Upon walking in, it had that seafood smell but you get used to it. This store took over a former fresh & easy. While it had the same layout. Island pacific did an excellent job with the remodel. I cannot believe i found Arce Dairy Ice cream (made in the Philippines). The international maketplace stopped carrying the ice cream. While this store is smaller and a little pricey. It's not as busy compare to the international marketplace. I even picked up some O's Bubble Strawberry Boba to make at home instead of paying $7. Trying to watch my money. I will definitely return. Next time I am gonna sign up for the rewards card as you get $5 in rewards on every 500 points you collect. Which I didn't even know about till I saw a sign on my way out.

Yelp
I've been eating a lot of fish lately and wanted to buy and cook a whole fish. I didn't find what I was looking for at Seafood City, so I came here for the first time. Wow! It's much smaller, but super clean and friendly and helpful staff! They had beautiful red snapper that they cleaned for me. They also had round eye thin cut that is perfect for making beef jerky. This is now a go- to place for me!

Marivic P.

Yelp
I needed noodles for my sons birthday party. Filipino tradition is to eat noodles on your birthday for long life. Picked up a tray of pancit bihon at my designated time (4pm) and two hours later, the store called me to say my order was ready. I told the lady we already picked it up and she was confused because she said they just made it.. anyway, I brushed it off. As soon as I opened the Saran Wrap, there was a sour smell. An hour later, the whole pan was bad and had to throw it out. I wouldn't serve it to my guests. I wonder if that wasn't my order and how long it had been sitting out. I tried calling the store twice today and nobody answered.
google avatar

Laurie V.

Yelp
Sad to say I like this place more than a mom and pop local store but, I do. There's more selection of produce and groceries. Even a deli section for your meats, or should I say "Asian" meats -- oxtail, marinated short ribs. It's closer to home than Greenland or Seafood City. Plus there's a "food court" in there with all your Filipino goodness ready made food needs. Always get the VIP card if you can cuz that stuff adds up in the end! ,

Yelp
They put item on sale but they don't have stock waste of time going there not coming there anymore

Yelp
Looking to broaden my horizons with more amazing food experiences, I decided to check out this Flippino market. After having an amazing lunch next door at the Lucky Thai, experimentation and intrigue grasped my interest at all of the sorts of wonderful foods they sell inside. Only slightly educated about the Philippines eating styles such as the rice infusion with most dishes the amazing spices that are used make their food choices. They practice a more healthier diet than Americans. The fusion of all their spices is so electric with all that zing when the fork goes into your mouth and touches your tongue it's a celebration of the marriage of all those spices. This market is very well organized that has very friendly staff. I was so impressed with the level of effort put out by the staff to help the guest here. They will help you out to the car and even load your groceries, for free. One will not see this at the large stores such as Kroger or Walmart. Not even Whole Foods does this for their customers. While I was meandering around I visited the fruits and veggie section and discovered something new called Jackfruit. I did buy some of the Jackfruit in the rough and some already cut up. After consulting Google for what this fruit is and it's properties I took the leap and tried it. It is so good and tasted fantastic in a fruit salad that I made at home. I found coconut and mangos here as well that were perfect. The new coconut milk that I bought was very delicious with a pleasant taste too. During the check out process this went very smooth with the cashier smiling at me. I do not understand their native tongue but the cashier was having a conversation as I checked out with the cashier next to her. It seemed friendly and he seemed to be in a position of authority at the store. Even though I did not speak their language I understood what I the price was. They accept credit cards and cash here as well. After paying I left and was off to sample new treats.
google avatar

Melanie N.

Yelp
Horrible service, rude cashiers. High pricing for what they offer. I shopped through the produce section and most of the food there was old, dried out or welted already. The BBQ place had me waiting for more then 10 minutes to even get help and then decided to have a conversation with one of their friends that arrived after me. I decided to just leave and not continue waiting. I tried to go to Goldilocks instead in hopes of just ordering a drink. I asked the cashier for what I wanted and she decided to ignore and walk away from me. I asked her again if I could get my drink and she sits at the register and says nothing.. SERIOUSLY WHAT IS UP WITH THE SERVICE IN THIS WHOLE MARKET.
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
If you ever eat at Phil House at the Silverado Ranch location look for the food server named Ada. She's the most friendly and helpful person there. Everyone is nice, but nothing beats her welcoming smile and friendliness. It's always a pleasure eating there because of people like Ada.

Yelp
We came in here on NYE, and it was super busy! I am not a fan of crowds, but I just followed my husband as he made his way through the store. First thing that I noticed is that they had meats cooking right inside the door. People were lined up to purchase this. All over the store there were small tables set up with either samples, or freshly prepared food to purchase. Towards the back there was a very large fresh fish section. Whole fish were on top of the ice here. I didn't want to look too hard, since I was afraid that I would see one of them move! That is how fresh they looked. I had come in for some oyster sauce, but also found fresh mushroom, green onion and other ingredients that I needed. Their produce section was packed with fresh items. The prices were very reasonable as well. We got in line for our purchases, and our cashier and bagger were so efficient that as soon as the person ahead of us was done paying, our order had already been bagged and rung up. They were not messing around! FAST!!! I am uncertain if it is always as busy as it was the day we went, but everyone seemed very organized. The food was fresh and everything was fully stocked. It was a fun experience.

Yelp
If I could give them negative stars I would!!!!!! Very dishonest operation! I asked the butcher to cut me some meat and he I creased the unit prices!!!! Was supposed to be $3.99/lb and just because I asked to cut me some, he increased to $4.59??? If I didn't check, I would have paid wiithiht knowing! And when I got home, the bamboo shoots I got already expired last November!!!!!! Inside was all while and grew some weird fungus! I had to ask for a refund instead since all the items on the shelf had the same expiration date of last yeah! But who is paying for my gas having to deal with this? So pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Thought it was a seafood retail outlet....I was wrong!!!!!

Maria S.

Yelp
I went to this supermarket and their cooked food section for the first time. Upon entering, you can smell the stink. The tiny food court is not well kept. The people in the food section were not very friendly. It seems that they are not happy doing their job. The food tasted subpar and kinda more expensive compared to the other seafood market. They wouldn't even sell the chicken skin by quarter pound the minimum is half pound which they the lady in the cashier didn't even weigh. She just eyeballed the weight of the item which is not fair and she put it in a very thin paper bag that ripped off by the time I came to my hotel .

Yelp
Don't buy Seafood here. I was sold King crab that was supposed to be fresh but it was frozen. When I unthawed it, the crab smelled like it was spoiled and like it has been sitting out for days. I am so pissed. I wasited $51.00 on some smelly spoiled King Crab that ruined my dinner. Taking it to the Health Dept. Tomorrow. Reporting this to the FDA and Southern Nevada Health Dept.
