I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. The theming is very cool. The food was good and fresh. We went for the lunch special and happy hour. The chicken tortilla soup was good as always and salad the salad was delicious fresh and crispy. The passion ice tea is the best. We got the drink flight which the ship wreck was the tastiest. The big island ice tea was good once Jessica F remade it fresh. Jessica gave outstanding service and the manager Efran was very helpful and professional. The basket of fries is a must. The ranch and blue cheese are both good. Ten out of ten recommend this location.

Looked good but too much cumin in my salad and in the salsa; rice was super sour. Thank goodness I ordered fries, which were great. Loud. And servers were extra loud as they congregated outside kitchen area.

Visited the Pasadena location this weekend. Locations where we lived in Sacramento had been closed so we were looking forward to our meal. We were sat way in the back at a table a little too small for two adults. We had a great time. Unfortunately, cleaning was started while we were eating which consisted of spraying Olde English on chairs, tables, cushions right next to and behind of where we were seated. All we could smell was the micro particles of an aerosol can of Old English. The service was great. Food was like it usually is, good and tasty. I did let our server, Karen (she was great!) know and also the person that was cleaning but all I got from the person cleaning was a "sorry, I'm just doing my job", which is unacceptable. Called in and talked to the manager. Let's hope they rethink spraying aerosols while guests are still dining. A Wikiwaki salad, one burger, fries and 1 beverage for 2 cost us $60, not including tip.

We had an amazing time. Our server, David, deserves all the high praise. He exemplifies good service. My husband and I each got a Kilauea burger, his had chili, and it was absolute perfection. We also got an order of chips and salsa, truffle fries, and onion rings. Additionally, a Tiki Thai and a Big Island Iced Tea. Superb. We will be back!

Been here so many times for 20+ years. Their burgers are still the best in town. This is the first time I tried their tortilla soup though. It was fantastic! The taste of the soup was perfectly balanced. There are enough chicken strips and veggies inside. I will order the soup again next time! However, as we mention that every time we come here now, we miss their endless fries!!! Remember they used to give us unlimited refills on the French Fries! Bring it back please, Islands!

Update for 11/23 Burgers seem a bit smaller, but still good. The lunch specials are pretty good value all things considered. No more endless fries which is a bummer. But the fries are still excellent. I need to come back again soon. The lunch burger special is too dry for my taste so ask for mayonnaise on the side so you can add it to your burger. ***************** My favorite burger place. I love burgers. They cook the patties medium so they are a little pink on the inside which is perfect. I don't like all the different burger varieties, but I have my favorites. Been coming to Islands for years, great burgers, the best fries and reasonable prices.

July 5th 2024 Came here for lunch, arrived at 12pm. We were immediately sat at a booth. Server was a white male, I didn't catch his name. Got us started on our appetizer order and drinks. Came back and took our meal orders. Everything arrived fast and it was all delicious. Ordered the Hawaiian Burger on white bun, the bun was great. Service was great. It seemed busy but we were well taken care of on our visit. First visit to an Islands Burger, might have to come visit again as I enjoyed the food and service.

I need to update my previous review. I have since returned to Islands and I now enjoy coming in especially happy hour at the bar. The servers are all attentive and responsive to orders. I really enjoy the cheese fries as well as the burgers. Also, ordered the beer flight which is awesome. I highly recommend and will be back as much as wife wants to return. Also, it's got a Hawaiian vibe which is also a plus. Parking is a little tight though. Food is up to par and atmosphere is light.

Our previous experience, plus the pandemic, kept us away from this place for 10 years. We were happy to see that there were people waiting to be seated because it meant that the food was still worth waiting for. We went straight to the bar because we chose not to wait to be seated in the main dining area. We found a table for two which was right by the window. I was able to watch the television, and my husband chose to watch the people and food pass by. We had a wonderful female server who was also the bartender, but unfortunately, I forgot her name. Our receipt said Lauren was our server. I believe Oscar was one of the managers, and he was awesome! I ordered the Classsic Fish Tacos with flour tortillas and white sauce without cilantro. I received them with corn tortillas. I thought it was a nice touch that a manager (Oscar) brought my dinner back to me after they replaced the corn tortillas with the flour tortillas. My husband loved his Northshore tacos, but he wasn't too happy with his double-fried french fries. I happened to love double-fried fries, but he remembered how their fries were hot and fried only once when they offered bottomless fries. We forgot to ask if they still offered bottomless fries. It had been 10 years since I had a Cool Breeze, and of course, I ordered one. My husband ordered a Kona Pie, and I couldn't resist stealing numerous bites. Next time, I'll also be ordering a Kona Pie. In fact, there were two ladies that arrived, and they went to Islands just for the Kona Pie. Thank you for hiring Oscar and Lauren. They were both very attentive and were constantly asking us if there was anything that we needed. As usual, my husband asked if they could help him lose 30 pounds and make him 30 years younger. We are looking forward to coming back here to check out their happy hour because this was one of our favorite places for happy hour years ago.

Today, I had ordered two nachos for takeout in two separate bags. Usually, they're very good and always have delicious food, but today, I was very highly dissatisfied with our orders esp when I was treating our guy for some nachos. Look at the order for takeout vs the pic that someone had put up for their sit down nachos order. Are you kidding me?!?! $42.67 charge eith no sour cream, no guacamole and no pico de gallo. This is ridiculous!! Now, this was supposed to be the nachos that I ordered that someone else reviewed on. I had to copy to show the difference in the pic. This one shows the sour cream, guacamole and the pico de Gallo salsa. Our order did NOT have any of those!! Highly disappointed and I couldn't eat it. I had to go elsewhere to get a different lunch!! Waste of money!! Get it right and I would leave a better review like before.

My mom and I came in for lunch on Wednesday 6/19. The place was busy but we only waited about 10 minutes or so. We sat and read our menus and made a pretty quick decision. We both ordered Toucans with french fries. Our fries came out before our sandwiches which was weird but we enjoyed them because they were crispy and hot. Yum. We had passion iced tea and Diet Coke. Soon our sandwiches came and no disappointment there. Delicious! The cute restaurant decor is nothing new but brought me back in time and the screens showing surf competitions and the cool music was enjoyable. The servers were on point and checking on us continually. Great experience & will be back soon.

The food is consistently good. From burgers to salads to sandwiches; everything is good. Service is always great as well. Also it always easy to talk to your meal partners, even in the bar area.

20 minute wait and there are seven tables open? Huh? Is this to make it look like it's so popular that there's a wait? They've literally told four small groups to wait while all these tables are open. Nice, a group walked in and then turned around and walked right back out. The group behind us says that we're all on Punk'd and it's sad because it's true. Now it's a 30 minute wait and six groups - still seven tables open. Food was over-priced before fake inflation, stay tuned for Part II of this review. Not too bad, only $18 on average for burgers or salads. Their prices were aleady high, so I'm guessing they're due for another jump to try and keep up with the trend. I just realized that I ordered the same thing that I ordered last time and I'm scared. I got a salad and bit into a small rock/pebble that was in it. The manager inspected it and didn't think it was a rock but part of a stone tool. Anyway, the new same salad was good except for I had to ask for more dressing since they only give a little container that doesn't even cost the whole salad. Don't know if I'll go back because there's always a fake wait, but maybe.

I went here to meet a friend for dinner. Islands is one of those restaurants that I like to go to when the mood hits. Service was great as our server came and got our drink orders within a few minutes after we sat down. She also gave us a few minutes to decide on our food. My friend decided on the fries and Toucan and I got the fried fish tacos. We both liked our food. The dining area and the restrooms were clean so we didn't have any issues. I will definitely come back here if I'm in the area again.

I'll preface this by saying I love Islands food and theme. But the service and food at this Pasadena location were not great. I've been to this location multiple times and it's always sub par. I was with my kids in the area and figured we'll give it a try again. For $17 hamburger and fries I would expect the meat to be tastier than having to have it with the sauce for it to be edible. Of course I will go to Islands again but I'd rather go to the Glendale location next time.

After purchasing a new driver at the nearby Golf Galaxy, I suggested to my wife that we have dinner at Islands. She recalled fondly having dined there years earlier with her recently deceased sisters and their children. It was a good choice to have dinner. It wasn't crowded when we entered and it seemed cold inside so she mentioned it to the host who acknowledged her observation and proceeded to take us to the back of the restaurant where it was warmer. That made my wife happy. Karen, our waitress, came promptly and inquired about drinks and I chose the Chili Mangorita and my wife ordered a root beer float. We ordered a small order of the buffalo wings with the sauce on the side, she ordered the Hula burger and I chose the Maui burger. Our drinks were delivered and the young man who brought them was cordial and attentive to my wife's needs. Our food came shortly thereafter and with the sweet potato fries we requested. Everything was delicious and tasty and piping hot!!! My wife was impressed with my Chili Mangorita and how beautiful it looked in the glass. Karen was very attentive and checked on us several times. We lingered longer because we were satisfied with our meals and drinks and were able to talk and laugh about our day and our plans for the coming days. Karen and the staff that we interacted with made it comfortable for us to do that. Oh, and when we left, the place was crowded as I observed many people enjoying their meals as we departed. When we are in the area, we will return to the "Island "!!!

Haven't stepped in an Islands in a long time. Let me tell ya it was Awesome!! They still have some of the best and very reasonable food and prices around. Our server was a great young lady who took great care of my wife and I. The place was clean and everyone did their job great,I will definitely be returning

My favorite place to eat at since I was born at a young age, this Islands is actually a weekly pilgrimage when I'm not studying the secretory pathway and BiP chaperones (My midterm is Thursday). My actual go-to are the cheese fries. A daily must. Imagine this, picture this, ponder this... a symphony of flavors. They dance on your taste buds like beauty and the beast. Golden, crisp, deliciously flavorful fries with the perfect blend of cheese to fries ratio. As you take your first bite (after dipping in ranch), everything goes quiet for a second. Time freezes. Nothing else matters. The cheese, with its gooey goodness, clings to the fries like a cuck clings to the woman he desperately wants, but can never have. You feel enveloped in a warm embrace. You are taken on a culinary adventure, but you are the guide. You navigate through the sensations, savoring every moment of delicious pleasure. As you finish the fry, you're greeted with another. The journey starts all over again. The tikki tenders... as close to perfection as my GPA. I cannot stress enough how delicious they are. Describing them using words from the English language doesn't do justice. For that matter, I'm convinced no language in the world has the proper vocabulary to accurately describe just how deliciously delicious they taste. Possibly I must find an alien civilization, ask to teach me their language, and then possibly finally have the right words to describe them. My mouth salivates just by writing this review. I'm currently studying to be a physician one day and am very far away from the nearest islands location. This Islands location is in a strip mall with shared parking. There is a small lot in front of the restuarant and a larger lot behind it. The three restaurants surrounding it all do good business as well and so the front lot is often full. The restaurant itself can get crowded during meal hours and get quite noisey. The food at this location has been of consistently decent quality for years. Like everywhere, the prices have gone up a lot. It cost us about $50, including tip, for two people for two burgers and fries plus drinks. Consequently, unless you are looking for a casual sit down burger or to hang out with friends or family for a special occassion, then we would recommend just going to one of the many other local burger joints in the area for a much cheaper and better quality burger. However, if you are looking for that sit down or hang out spot, then this is a good place, just expect to pay for it. We wanted the casual sit down experience and that's why we dropped by for this visit--the cost was exactly what we expected to pay in the post-COVID/govermnent induced inflation world. We are certainly unhappy for the value per price, but that is today's reality. The servers here seem to change about every year or two and they are completely different from the last time we stopped by. However, most of them have done a good job over the years and the lady who helped us on our last visit was nice and pretty efficient. As at many places, we would recommend asking for the check when they come back to check on you because they can be hard to flag down after that. They had some temporary lunch and drink specials on this visit. So be sure to check those out on the specials menu (see pic) and the signs hanging around the restaurant (see store front pic, zoom in). Overall, the 3.5 star Yelp average for this location is too low. It should be at least 4 stars. There are a few complaints for service and a few for value/pricing. Management should take action to strive for better service and customers should adjust expectations that sit down restuarants have at least doubled in price due to COVID and government policies that have increased inflation. (We pay about $50 for a sit down meal for two almost everywhere, whereas we used to pay about $25 and our grocery bill has doubled.) With that in mind, we would definitely recommend this Islands for a nice sit down meal or special event.

Came to dinner after not having been here for a while. Lovely service by the waitress. The meal was so so. The baja bowl had an odd smoky taste to it. Friend got the yaki tacos which she loves and found them only passable. She left one behind. Very skimpy, not flavorful. We mentioned to the waitress who just sort of shrugged her shoulders. Fabulous tres leches cake.

Good burgers , good fast and efficient service. Came by with my family for dinner last night around 7:30pm , we waited about 10 minutes to be seated which wasn't bad at all. The food came out quickly and the drinks came out fast despite the bar being busy. I ordered the seasonal cranberry mule which was tasty. We all enjoyed our burgers. Our server was nice and attentive.

The food is good packed with tons of flavor. I get the Hawaiian burger if not the longboader. Good spot to watch a game and of course have beers!

I've come here before but just gone back recently. Sadly discovered that unlimited fries was gone! But honestly the fries you get is plenty, anything extra is just extra. We came here after my niece's basketball game nearby. Called ahead and they said they could accommodate us - 14 people if we came now. So we all headed there. We got seated within 5 minutes and our waitress was super nice. Ordered drinks and food - came out fairly quickly. I got the cool breeze shake and the hula burger, which was swiss cheese and mushrooms. Family mostly got burgers, sis got tacos , niece got chicken wings. Overall a nice dinner experience!

Always enjoy coming here. But it is way too cold in here.... Servers are awesome, food is good. I'd like my cocktails a little stronger, hahaha The Bulleit to the beach is a great drink My daughter ordered the sundae, it's sad.... Didn't realize it was made for a 4 year old I do wish they had more vegetarian options. It's great that they have the impossible burger but how about some veggie tacos? Something to think about

An island themed burger place. The burgers are hearty and it comes with fries. It used to be unlimited fries but that's no longer the case. The food is on the salty side to me so I end up drinking a lot of water.

Popular shopping place, parking can be limited at times. My friend and I are senior citizens, we love this place. Large selection of items to pick from. We eat here frequently. Fresh good tasting food every time. The service is really good. We have observed a lot of teamwork and everyone has been really friendly. it is clean and the typical Islands Restaurant brand decorations. We love this place.

Like most chain restaurants nowadays, this place is really gone downhill. We ended up here because it was a fundraiser for our preschool Our server was very friendly and got us in and out relatively fast considering we had two kids with us. Overall, the only thing I ever used to like really were the onion rings and they were pretty expensive. Over $10 for this plate. They were still tasty, but not worth the money. The waitress recommended a salad to me when I couldn't decide between that and a protein bowl. The salad was blah at best. The kids got a mac & cheese, and a grilled cheese again very pricey for what you're getting. If our school does a fundraiser here again, I'll probably just calculate how much I would've spent and donate that money and not eat at this joint. Not worth the calories.

Haven't been here in forever! We arrived at a great time for happy hour (it was extended due to a NFL game going on). Usually their happy hour is on Mon-Fri at 3-6:30 pm. Food: I ordered from the regular menu and got the toucan sandwich (grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce, pineapple, Mayo, cheese) and it comes with island fries (regular fries). This is my fav entree here and I always order it. However, I've noticed the burger portion got smaller than before. My friend ordered the beachside sliders (3 mini burgers) from the happy hour menu. Regular price comes with 4 mini burgers. Drinks: We both ordered from the happy hour menu. I got the mai tai (pretty strong and totally worth the price of $5.75!!). My friend got the tiki tai (it's a $1 more at $6.75, not as strong but still good). Service: Staff were attentive and was refilling my friend's water. Quick order and food came out at the right time. Note: I came here after work so I was famished and was ready to get my grub on. Totally coming back here and recommending to anyone living near Pasadena or surrounding areas. Plenty of parking; they're located in the same plaza as Maria's Italian Kitchen, Kabuki and other places.

I ordered the double stack from the lunch menu and asked for grilled onions, which I've gotten before and at other locations. I was told this by our server, "no substitutions." I'm not substituting, I'm just asking for the onions to be grilled. He continued to say, " the comes as it comes, no substitutions or modifications." I couldn't even say how I wanted the hamburger cooked. As I pondered whether to stay or leave, he said, "corporate says we can't make any changes." A few minutes later, the shift manager came to our table to explain the change. She said, "the cooks and servers are getting the plates mixed up, so that's why them implemented this policy. Huh, what? Two different stories, from 2 different people. Come up with one story and keep to it. Until things change, we won't be coming back.

Looked for a quick family meal recently and so disappointed with every dish at Islands. We ordered tacos with filled with lettuce, two small pieces of meat and half a slice of avocados. Quesadillas with one slice of cheese, watery tortilla soup with stale chips. The service was good but that's where it ended - not sure what happened to this once iconic family restaurant.

We were celebrating my husband's Birthday with family and his Mom had ordered the tacos, but was put off because they had cabbage slaw instead of lettuce. She can't chew cabbage and asked to have them remade with lettuce. Because she didn't mention she couldn't chew it and just said "I can't eat it" I'm sure that may have irked the crew, thinking it maybe just didn't taste good. But I think our server knew we didn't want to leave disappointed, so the manager came by and spoke with us in a gentle and understanding manner. And had the tacos remade. We took them to go. Their manager is an asset to their location. I wish all locations had leadership like him.

My favorite hangout spot. Great service, delicious food, waiters are very attentive, and super nice atmosphere.

Some really bad servers. Some good ones. The bad outweigh the good with your overall experience. They give you attitude for asking for ranch. If your beer is warm don't ask for a cold one, you're gonna get the eye roll from hell. Love the food though :) will tough out the bad service for the good food.

I remember going to Islands in high school and how much I enjoyed their burgers and unlimited fries. It's been a while since I've visited Islands as I usually see a line out the door on the weekends. I came here for lunch during a weekday and there was no wait. The restaurant was very busy with the lunch rush crowd. I ordered the Maui burger with a side of fries. The burger was well cooked but it lacked flavor, I had to add more condiments to finish the burger. The fries were fresh, crispy and just how I like them. Service was excellent and the waiters came by multiple times to check on our party. There are better burger places in the area, I would come back if other places were not options

Review for Pasadena, CA location: food is decent enough. However, every time I've ordered from this location through Uber Eats, they forget something, and that is unacceptable. Despite due diligence and checking order is correct beforehand through the app, they forget items. The order is even correct on their sticker label on the container, but the food is missing. Will not order from Islands again at all.

I went to Island's recently and the service was absolutely horrible. I was extremely dissatisfied.

Love this Islands!! My partner & I come here often for the bottomless tortilla soup and a Kilauea burger, and it's always delicious! The service is usually fast, and the staff are always super kind. Our favorite Islands.

This Islands is great. It is a chain and most are very good. We like this one very much and will be back. Parking is easy and the service is great. Everyone is very nice and they know their menu. You can get all manner of great food. They have burgers, which we love, as well as fish tacos, nachos and really good guacamole. Everything is made there and it is always hot. They have wonderful desserts. I have not had anything there that we do not like. The place is always spotless and you can get a rare burger there if you want, which is not so easy to get these days. They also have a very nice kid's menu. The prices are reasonable. Have fun.

Had a wonderful meal with friends! Absolutely loved the truffle fries!!! My friend absolutely loved the sweet potato fries! She finished them off before the entrees got to the table!!! I ordered the teriyaki chicken sorry but I was very disappointed! Mine are so much better!!! You have to marinate them in the teriyaki sauce before baking or broiling them. Not just drenching cooked wings in sauce! My other friend had the regular fries and enjoyed them. The service was a little wanting but the waiter did return and told us his break came during our meal , explaining the lack of service! In the end it was about the company! And we were able to visit just as well!!!

Katherine the server, should get a raise! Boy is she super kind and attentive. I think she is a phenomenal waitress. The food was cooked to perfection. It is just always a terrific experience. I have always felt happy coming here.

Usually don't like to complain, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Some of the burgers we ordered well done were sent pink inside. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out undercooked and rubbery. Told the server and he said they would whip up another and was very polite. We paid, tipped, and left without checking the receipt which was our mistake. After checking the receipt we saw that they charged us double for the chicken sandwich despite it being raw and rubbery and charged us for an extra order of onion rings despite nothing being wrong with them and us not asking for them. Never coming back and cannot recommend anyone to go here.

I normally enjoy eating at Islands. We ordered from DoorDash this evening and got three orders of inedible fries. The potatoes were bad, lots of black spots, and they made fries with them regardless. Horrible attention to detail.

Not my first choice for burgers n fries. Love the chill Hawaiian theme interior and friendly service. Not loving the food. I recall the burgers here use to be better. Burgers cooked medium-rare as requested, no problem there. Unfortunately, it was very bland and the burger buns were DRY and crumbly. You really needed a folk and knife to tackle this burger. One bite and everything crumbles. Thank goodness for the seasoning salt at the table; burger was that bland, perhaps better then overly salty. No longer on the menu is the "Island Slaw", oh well. Perhaps the best thing here are the fries (fried in Canola Oil). The tortilla soup am told was good by my companion. I still think the passion fruit ice tea here rocks. Like I mentioned service was nice, but apparently they want you to "eat and run". Our food and the check was brought out at the same time - tacky. This place is NOT fast food restaurant. After that our server disapeared. We felt rushed. In the end, I just wanted to leave so I guess it was fine. Probably won't return to Islands on my own, unless friends or family insist... I will just stick to drinks here.

They don't do bottomless fries anymore which was a big attraction to coming here. They now charge $1.69 for extra. The burgers comes with a side of fries. For $18 (w/tax) the burger is overpriced. My friends like coming here because it also has a wide variety of alcohol choices. The other pros of coming here are the clean and friendly ambiance with many TVs to watch sports. They have a separate bar that's not too big. The service is quick and kind. For payment they have a new website you can access through a QR code and there you can split your check however you want with your group. Once one person pays they send a text to the next. That was really convenient and easy to do. Has a shared parking lot in the front and back.

Anna was a great server. Super engaging and great personality. She was always checking to make sure we had everything we need and that everything was to our satisfaction. Islands is a nostalgic place for us. It's good to come back! Food was great!

The hostess had the worst attitude. Her facial expressions shows that she did not even want to be there. She didn't even say "Hi" but only stated "How many?" Her facial expression reminded me of "Monday" from the Adams Family. I seriously wonder how management can actually have her greeting customers . As for our server Alyssa, she was awesome . Very cheery and welcoming. Alyssa was on top of things and always made sure we were good on our food and drinks. I would give the five stars but unfortunately the hostess knocked one of the stars off.

We have been visiting this location on a near-weekly basis since 1986. The menu is limited - primarily burgers (including vegetarian), chicken sandwiches, soft tacos and salads, complemeted by a full bar. If you like these items, there is probably something on the menu for you. What Islands has almost always done well at, is good food, fast execution and reasonable prices.

Had Sunday lunch with my buddy and had such excellent service by our waitress Isabella. As soon as we sat she greeted us with a warm smile and began to take our drink and food order as we knew what we wanted and were hungry. We tend to drink a lot so before I had to even ask she had a refill on the table, napkins, and was constantly checking in to make sure we were good. Now as soon as the food got there same thing. Being Sunday it's very busy but she made it fill as she was attending to just us because she was so attentive. I always appreciate excellent customer service and let her know that before we left and wanted to write my thoughts on this review. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work!

Good service and good food. Our waitress was on point and very attentive to our group of nine. Big thank you to Anna our server for the amazing service.

I haven't been here for years! The place looks the same, the food taste the same as well. However, I'm quite certain Islands shrunk their menu. The line items such as Tortilla Soup, perhaps salads, has been deleted. They do still make delicious burgers here. The Hula Burger is my favorite. I not a big mushroom eater, but the mushrooms seems to blend in well. The beef patty cooked to medium, sauteed mushrooms, a slice of cheese, lettuce and tomato with your choice of wheat or white hamburger buns, and boom! The burger is delicious! They have the regular Big Wave, no big deal as it's your typical burger with lettuce and tomato. They have a Kilauea which has jalapenos in it with black pepper, and Chipotle aiole sauce, along with cheese, lettuce and tomato. This is my second favorite. They also have a Longboarder that's almost the same as the Big Wave, but add Thousand Island salad dressing into it. It's no big deal in my opinion. Anyhow, the French Fries here are no longer bottomless, just like the onion rings. But of course they're still delicious! Unlike before, everything is now served a la carte. No more combos. I must admit, food is still good, but it's no longer cheap. It's way more expensive than your typical burger joint. But we all need to indulge sometimes.

Islands used to be a family favorite We went last week for my birthday and it was a less than average experience Apart from the prices being up significantly the portion went down by 30-40% We stay around 1 hour There not one time we got offered to have our drinks refilled or the fries il either What a shame that companies like this having a great concept and setting d'avoir greed over anything

I know it was the weekend but this place was hopping!! The staff were on it!! Didn't have to wait for anything. The Malibu Burger was off the hook, super juicy. I do not regret getting it. The fries were perfectly done with the absolute just right amount of crispiness. Bathrooms were super clean. Plenty of parking. Love that surfing is on one channel and football on the other. I wish I could afford to come more often. Downloaded the app and got a coupon. Score!!!

We get Island's almost weekly using the online ordering and curbside pickup service. We have been happy with the service and of course the food is very good. I just want to acknowledge a young man named Ivan that took care of bringing out my order. He went above and beyond with my last minute request for an add on to my order. Thank you Ivan and Island's for employing such great staff.
