Istanbul Doner Kebab

The restaurant's European energy, complemented by its walnut-colored decor, is reflected in a light and flavorful gyro plate where vegetables, grains, and meat are equally distributed, accompanied by a high-quality Turkish salad, large-grained rice, and a natural aroma of the gyro that brings the scent of carefully selected lamb right to your nose.

I stopped by for a solo dinner this evening and had some really exceptional food, while being served by a friendly and welcoming staff. I ordered the Caçik (served with pita) as my cold appetizer and the Mixed Gyro sandwich as my main, which came with a great assortment of sauces (garlic tahini, a delicious hot sauce, and yogurt). For dessert, I enjoyed baklava with Turkish tea. A perfect way to end any meal in my book. The ambiance and vibe inside were top tier, with Turkish music, marble ceilings, hanging décor, and TVs playing Istanbul flyovers that created a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was very fairly priced, and service was attentive and kind. Hatice in particular was very accommodating and warm. I look forward to coming back and treating my family to a meal here soon! I had a great experience at Istanbul Doner Kebab. The food was really good and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I also really enjoyed the dips with the pita bread. Definitely will be coming back!

One of my new favorite spots at the moment! I love getting their Chicken Döner Plate, and for dessert their Pistachio Gelato is the best thing I have ever tried. Please don’t hesitate on coming here you will not regret it!

I had soup and lamb doner plate. Doner was salty and in general food is not more than ok tbh. Service is slow and careless. I have waited so long between soup and main dish.

Great authentic taste and great service, but the price for one singular cup of tea or coffee could be lower. Also waiting for them to buy an ice machine 😊

This has to be one of my favorite Turkish restaurants. There is great variation of Turkish cuisine that suits every dietary option. One of my favorites I recommend is to try the Mixed Doner plate, Pink Beet sauce, and Chicken Doner Sandwich. I also recommend trying the Baklava they’re delicious! The flavors this restaurant offers are amazing. It gives a piece of Turkey in which we can enjoy! Highly recommend this place and will be coming more in the future!

Wonderful new restaurant in Hoboken. Amazing food and kind staff. The ambiance was very nice as well and every person we interacted with was super friendly. Highly recommend. All of the food was delicious. Can't wait to come back and try more things.

I had the Iskender which was really good. A huge portion and two meals worth and was the best I have had outside of Istanbul. I look forward to trying the other authentic Turkish items on the menu, but first I will be having the Iskender again today

I LOVE diner kebabs, when I was in Turkey I practically lived off of them so I had to try this new place. I had the chicken doner pita sandwich and it was FANTASTIC! It was the best chicken doner pita I have ever had. It was PACKED with juicy delicious meat. It could not have been better. SOOOOOO good!!!!!
