Itea Boba & Dessert

I had high hopes for this boba and dessert spot, but honestly, I left happy. The place is tiny, and with how many people were there, it felt way too warm inside. It was almost comfortable just waiting for my order. Definitely the kind of cozy vibe I was expecting. I got a strawberry slushy, a green tea ice cream, and an iced tea. The green tea ice cream was actually really good—probably the best part of my order. The strawberry slushy was just delicious, way too sweet perfect for my taste, and honestly, it felt more like flavored ice than an actual well-blended drink. The iced tea was pretty standard, nothing special, but at least it was refreshing. Service was perfect and the staff seem having everything under control. even though the line wasn’t that long.. Overall, I would go back. The desserts are good, but the experience just was enjoyable.

This place is very cozy and Mango Sago honestly is the best I’ve ever had! It’s so fresh and tasty! Fast service and friendly staff too. A must-try place!!

This was my second time visiting this place. The tea was delicious so I decided to go a second time around, I ordered a piece of the pistachio cake to-go. Upon opening it when I got home, I realized it had mold all over the bottom half. This was quite concerning because it left me wondering how long the dessert been sitting in the fridge. This was super disappointing as I really liked the drinks! I'd visit again for the drinks, but I would be weary of the dessert.

My partner and I visited Itea Boba & Dessert while in Vegas and could not have been more pleased. Bubble tea was just phenomenal - we got the Dirty Boba Tea and the Passionfruit Pineapple Green Tea. The customer service was also so wonderful. Staff is as welcoming as they are sweet :) Will definitely be returning!

I’ve been a long-time customer of Itea, but today I’m really disappointed. I ordered avocado, the same thing I’ve been ordering for a long time, but the taste today was terrible. It was overly sweet—you couldn’t even taste the avocado or the milk. It just tasted like sugar water, and there was even a bitter aftertaste. It was so bad that I couldn’t help but go back to the store and talk to the staff. The name on the receipt was Tony. That’s when I found out they changed their recipe two weeks ago. This staff member, Tony, also had poor customer service. I didn’t feel any concern from him at all. Even though he said he would return my money, the way he said it came off as rude. I told him I didn’t come back for a refund—I came back to let them know that their avocado drink now tastes horrible and nothing like before. He repeated that they had changed their ingredients. The old staff were kind and respectful, but the staff now are just useless. I won’t be coming back again. To everyone reading this, please be aware that as of today, June 4, 2025, they’ve changed their recipe. I am not satisfied at all with their service—this is a super bad review for them.

I came back for two days in a row and would come back everyday if I live local. Their coffee latte with fresh fruits are outstanding! I tried avocado coffee and mango coffee latte and was really in love with it. All the staff are super nice and friendly. They deserve 100/10 stars if I could. Would definitely come back again.

Ordered an iced fresh taro milk tea. They have oat and coconut milk substitute for extra. I opted for the oat milk. Drink was very creamy and with 50% sugar was just perfect for me. The taste and texture of real taro was very satisfying. Pearls were chewy and cooked all the way through. I didn't like their cup lids though. It does not seal well, and will leak if the cup is shaken. I like to do this before drinking my milk tea so the ice cools the whole drink well. Otherwise, half the drink is warm. I did try stirring my drink with the straw. It just takes longer and kinda awkward to do.

Great little boba place. Atmosphere is very calming. I got the Avocado Sago and it's so good, one of the best drink I've had! The egglet waffle with matcha is also good. The female staff is very friendly and nice she. Will surely come back again some time.

Amazing boba shop! So happy I got to try it while I'm in the area, seems like a hidden gem. The shop is very cute and has good seating. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when ordering. I asked the difference between the brown sugar milk tea and Tiger sugar milk tea and which they recommended. Based on their input I went with the Tiger sugar! They told me that if I didn't like my drink they'd replace it, and after they brought it out they made sure I liked it!! Such great staff! The drink itself was also great, a rich tea flavor and perfect sweetness. The boba itself was also great, it was warm and fresh! With a great consistency 10/10 recommend

I've been going here since I was in high school and they've always been amazing. Went back for the first time in years and I'm glad to see them still here :) Service was great and the staff was super friendly. The boba shop is quiet and cozy and a great place if you're looking to study, especially since it's down the street from UNLV. I grabbed a Rose Milk Tea and a Taro Slush and they were both amazing. Taro slush was a large size for a really good price and the Rose milk tea was perfect. I'll definitely be going back again and trying out their new menu and supporting a local business!

There's a reason this place has such high reviews. I needed a treat after a series of long difficult days. I usually get iced passionfruit black tea from another place but this place is a little closer to my office. I was a little frazzled when I walked in. Just gave blood for labs but the customer service was impeccable. Nothing outrageous just the exact right amount of nice, friendly and informative. I ordered a passionfruit & pineapple green tea because one of my doctos said I should be drinking green instead of black for all the antioxidants. But I was a little hesitant because I wasn't sure it would be as good as my preferred black tea. First it's delicious. I'm drinking it right now. It's a definitely sweeter but it's so good. But second and most importantly the staff (both of them) seemed to genuinely care that I enjoyed it. I was sure it would be fine but they insisted that I try it before I left. It's ways the smallest thing that can really turn your entire day around. Also, they have cheesecake. I'm saving it for later although I anticipate it being delicious!

I came in here to get a tea about a week ago. The inside was decorated super nicely! The employees were very friendly and were very quick with my order! The green tea was delicious and refreshing, especially in this Vegas heat (even in October)! Will definitely be coming back again!

This place is my new favorite! They have tons of options, but I honestly love their Thai tea and their Boba is perfectly sweet and chewy, I also got some pistachio macarons that I finished too quickly to take a picture of lol! They were good. The lady that works there is so kind and so sweet I didn't have the best day today and I was really craving some Boba and I came pretty close to closing and she still greeted me with a nice smile, you can really tell she cares. 10/10 thank you!

It's our first time trying this place as we are not local, but this place has been a new favorite! Elsa exceeded our expectations with her generous hospitality. She made sure we loved our drinks/food And yes, we loved it! I requested my Taiyaki to have Oreo filling since they don't have it on the menu & I was so happy that Elsa made it happen! Our mom loved her Chocolate Ice cream with the egglet as well, especially the ice cream!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE CRAVING DESSERT 10/5 stars - SERVICE 10/5 stars - FOOD Outside the place might look scary or suspicious but don't worry, when you come into the store, beautifully decorated place will welcome you!

I wished I lived local so I can stop by at this place everyday. I ordered a mango coffee latte and wasn't disappoint!! Not many places cooperate fresh fruits to their coffee latte and they nailed it. All the staff and baristas were super nice and friendly. 100/10 would recommend this place.

We came here for a quick boba and were really surprised! My husband got the winter melon milk tea with boba and I got the strawberry slush with boba and sea salt topping. The winter melon milk tea was really good and the boba was perfectly cooked. It tasted like a milk tea with the after taste of winter melon tea. My strawberry slush tasted like they used fresh strawberries. Mixing the sea salt make it almost taste like a strawberry cheese cake. The Hong Kong effort with vanilla ice cream was really good! The ice cream they use is sooo creamy! Would definitely come back on my next Vegas trip! Ambiance is nice and quiet for chit chatting or getting away from the Vegas heat.

Mom & Pop shop owned and operated by two of the sweetest folks. They don't use cheap ingredients or powders and the sweetness level at 100% is perfect. Unlike any other boba shop I've been to (or worked at). The osmanthus milk tea is so refreshing and their Taro milk tea (made with fresh taro) is the best I've ever had. Wish these folks were local to SoCal... but I will definitely be going here whenever I plan a Vegas trip.

I ordered the matcha latte with non dairy milk and it was absolutely delicious. The drink was large and my favorite part was the unique floral aroma. At 50% sweet and no toppings, it was definitely one of my favorite drinks in Vegas!

Great boba! The tapioca is warm, sweet and soft. The drinks are made of real fruit ! We have 4 boba drinks, I got the taro drink which was amazing! You can taste the real taro! Super friendly and great service! Very nice venue, clean, renovated. Prices are great too!

This is a cute boba place. I got the green mango tea and my boyfriend got the Oreo slush. The mango green tea was delicious. However, I was disappointed in the boba since it was smaller size than usual and it was sort of hard. The boba was not soft or chewy as it should be.

The boba drink was really good. My son loved it! And the service was amazing too. Someone came to ask us how the drink was and said she can redo it if it's too sweet or not sweet enough. They were super nice!

They have a new self service kiosk which I love since I get a visual of the drinks. The ladies are always nice and ask me if I live the drinks or how it tastes; I've only been here twice but I love the drinks and I tried the Hong Kong egglet for the first time here. Soft and crunchy in all the right places. Definitely coming back!

The iced latte is out of the world. Its flavorful and texture is smooth. The egglet is incredibly yummy too. The menu is so tempting. I wish I can try all their smoothies and latte varieties but too bad I am just a passerby. Very affable service as well.

We stopped by for some tea on our trip to Vegas. It was my daughter's 21st birthday. We loved it so much we returned the next day. The staff were so friendly and amazing they gave my daughter a piece of cake with a lil candle. I can't say enough how much we loved this place. We will stop by anytime we are in Vegas.

The mango pomelo sago drink at itea is amazing! The natural fruits make it so fresh and flavorful. It's sweet, tangy, and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is really good, and the staff is super friendly. Great value for money too. Definitely a must-try!

Five stars! I'd give SIX if I could!!! Facts as always in my reviews! Ready? Here they are! Lots of parking! Super clean!! They have a bubble waffle they call an egglet and it's WAAAY better than a bubble waffle!! Seriously I did original and I ate it all!!!! The tea!! I got the oolong peach! It was perfect!!! They don't over sweetened their tea like most places! It actually tasted like tea!! Real freshly brewed tea!!! The boba was good! Chewy and just right! Not to big or too small! It was just right! Doesn't get stuck in your straw! Seating is available! They are fast and efficient! They have a cool chalkboard wall to take photos! It's fun! It's quirky! It's quaint! I'll be back again!! Here's a pic of my son at the wall! Honestly the prices are fantastic too! Most boba shops charge a lot but this place is a normal price! I was very impressed all the way around!

This cute boba shop offers a variety of boba drinks and desserts. The interior is well decorated and there are plenty of tables available. We ordered two drinks and two desserts. -Winter melon tea 5/5: very rich in wintermelon and on the sweeter side, but I enjoyed it a lot -Coconut slush 4/5: also on the sweeter side and tasted like it should, coconutty -Taiyaki 3/5: we got the red bean and custard and they came out to be a lot smaller than I thought. The taiyaki had a lot breading and not a lot of filling. - Hong Kong egg waffle combo 4/5: we got the original which came with vanilla ice cream in an egg waffle with strawberry pocky and fruity pebbles. Tasted pretty good and the waffle was crispy. Overall a decent spot for boba and desserts.

I have ordered from here several times and each time I have loved the slush drinks I get. The only problem I ever had was a Grub Hub driver dropping my bag and breaking the cups and all the drinks I ordered ended spilled in the bottom of the bag. That was not Itea Boba's fault tho. I have 2 favorite drinks I always order. The red bean slush and the Matcha green tea slush with red bean. I order both drinks with little sweetness since the red bean is really sweet. The Matcha green tea slush is so, so good!! It is the best Matcha green tea slush I have had in Las Vegas! This slush is not made from a mix because you can taste an almost floral quality to the slush that only comes from authentic Matcha. I like getting it with little sweetness so I can really taste Matcha! The red bean slush reminds me of the kind of slushie drink I would get in Japan. It is so good and I can't recommend both of these drinks enough! I also ordered a doggie mousse because it was so cute!! I had a problem eating it because of it's cuteness but I closed my eyes and persevered. It was delicious.

Comfortable environment, delicious desserts, rich and smooth coffee, healthy drinks, perfect for tea time a great place for gatherings, you have to give it a try.

I absolutely love this place! It was my first time here and the staff was very welcoming! I got the Sweet cream toast with Green tea Ice cream and Strawberry Pocky and it was nothing short of delicious. I highly recommend the Rose Latte it wasn't too sweet it was just perfect. The inside of restaurant is very cozy and comfortable. 10/10 experience I will be back for sure.

Cute place with tons of dining area. Got mango strawberry slush and it was good. Boba was soft and chewy. Staff was nice. Service was fast. Got my one free topping from "yelp" check-in. (Thanks yelp!)

I always get the passion fruit pineapple green tea with strawberry poppers it's so refreshing everyone here is always so nice I would 100% recommend to go here not to mention it's SO cute inside

First time trying and I can say that the place looks very cozy , they have a nice sitting area with accent pillows and tables . I really loved the Polaroid wall and how it show cases some of the drinks they offered . I give it 4 stars as I feel the 2 people that got out order didn't really explain well the boba flavors and the consistency of them. They just said all boba was the same except the flavor. We got out boba drinks and our boba pellets weren't the kind we wanted , the chewy kind , instead we got those that burst :( but over all the drinks had good flavor .

I came in today expecting regular customer service, but it was far beyond what i thought! the employees were very kind and attentive and the one taking my order even asked to make sure i liked my drink. definitely recommend this place. on top of that, the drinks are great :)

The interior is cute. I like their wall decor, but since the tables and seats are in front of the wall where the wings are, people can't take photos if there is a customer sitting there. I ordered a sea salt green tea with 1/2 sugar and crystal boba. The drink was decent, nothing too special, and not bad. Personally, it would be better if I can taste the tea more. I like to taste the earthy/ floral notes, hence the 1/2 sugar. Again, the tea is not bad, it's just a personal preference. I would say try it to see if it's your cool of tea. Also, the drinks took a while for them to make.

There is such a large variety of drinks and desserts and I've loved everything I've tried from there! Service is amazing they're all very friendly and genuinely enjoy watching their customers leave satisfied. The decor and vibe inside is chill and provides people with a relaxing spot away from the sun to enjoy their drinks and snacks!

This shop literally has the best Taro Milk Tea and slush. I used to stop here every week before work. The drinks are never too sweet and you can customize the sweetness level to your liking. Service is always great and the shop is cutely decorated inside.

Clean, smells like cake when you walk in.. Fun interior! Comfy pillows and chairs to sit on while you enjoy your drink. The place is full of personality and the drinks are delicious. I just wish they had more flavor options. My personal favorite here is the avocado slush with boba however, it's only available in large size.

Just tried this restaurant last Sunday. I ordered the sweet toast with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream. The toast was amazingly delicious! My new favorite brunch spot! Service was wonderful as well.

Itea Boba is the most wonderful boba place that I have ever been to! I have been here multiple times, and the customer service never seems to amaze me. I usually order the taro milk tea, and I have never had more creamier milk tea. The milk tea leaves me wanting to sleep afterwards because of how good it is. Furthermore, the ambiance is so peaceful, and the perfect quiet place to be productive!

I came here with my cousin looking for a pick me up! I got the hokido milk tea and she got the strawberry pineapple green tea. Coming in we were greeted with a smile. That is always a plus in my book. This place was also poppin with mobile orders and in person orders and seemed like only one guy was working. He was busting out orders left and right - I was amazed. I wont lie he did "forget" about us but we had no problem - the man was busy and upgraded our drinks ( which was not necessary at all) we saw how busy he was and we really didnt mind :) we were in awe with the decor and just looking around anyways. His customer service was amazing and the drinks were even better. my only complaint would be the area its in - but this has nothing to do with the place or my review . 5 stars all around !
