What a little gem! You would never expect something so wonderful in such a beautiful location! The staff are fantastic and so helpful!! The buffet breakfast and dinner were out of this world in taste, quality and sooooo filling! ||Suggest you go with the private onsen option as it was a wonderful and pleasurable experience. All up, one of the best quick getaway we have ever had!||Well done Itoen Hotel! Our new favourite getaway!!!|

30 minutes walk from downtown but provide free shuttle bus. Dinner and breakfast included in the price. The room was quite large, same as the rest of the facilities. Provide karaoke rooms and ping-pong for free and some old paid games. No wifi in the rooms but free to use iPad in the lobby.

Hotel in general is fine. Food is fine. Breakfast was pretty good. Shared onsen is okay. The private, bookable onsen are great - really nice. All the onsen are quite hot. Even heard Japanese folk commenting so.

万代鉱源泉の宿。 pHは1.7の強酸性なので、酸っぱいお湯。肌が弱い人にはピリピリとした刺激を感じることがあります。 髪の毛を洗うとつるつるになると聴いたので試したら、びっくり。 余計なカルシウム等が落ちてコンディショナーいらず。 お部屋や建物は綺麗にしているも、匂いや古さを感じる為に、温泉を楽しむがメインですかね。 お食事はビュッフェスタイル。 季節的な問題ですが、カメムシが沢山でした。対策は必要ですかね。

お安いので概ね満足しています。 湯畑まで歩いたら30分くらいかかりそうですが無料の送迎バスがあります。 お部屋は割と綺麗です。 接客もシニアの方が多いですがその分丁寧できもちがよいです。 お料理が若干残念。 美味しいものもありますがやはり人気ですぐなくなってしまいます。 子どもたちは沢山食べられて大満足していました。 総合的に、何より安いので満足しました。 また来たいです。

草津温泉で1万以下では 夕朝食付きは なかなか泊まりに行けないのかなって思ってます。 子供連れでは バイキングほんとありがたいです。 チェックイン15時からですが 12:30から受付できます 家族風呂やカラオケは その時から予約できますので 早めについたら予約しておくといいと思います。 卓球場は 自由に出入りできるみたいです。 夕食と朝食の時間も決めれます 受付してしまえば 車で来ているならば 荷物を車に置いて バスが1時間に1本出てますので 湯畑行っちゃって大丈夫だそうです。 ちなみに帰りもチェックアウトしてしまえば バスに乗って湯畑行っていいそうです。 客室は とても綺麗だなって思います フロントの方がとても気さくで 母が色々言うのに話しを聞いてくださり対応してくれました ありがとうございます。 場所がやはり湯畑から距離がありますので ★4にしました。 バスの最終が18:20バスターミナル出発のホテル帰宅になるので 夜の湯畑に行くバス 20時くらいまでは ほしいですね タクシーで帰ってくればいいんですが... 1人1万以下と考えれば 全然いいとおもいます。 ご飯は キッズメニューコーナーみたいなのもあって 大人でも好きなものなので 楽しかったです(笑) 温かくて とくに不満なかったです。 夕食時は お酒も飲み放題ですし 朝夕ジュースは 飲み放題です。文句なしです。
