This store and the policies really confuse me. On one hand, their product selection is good, and they have a wide variety of products available, which is great. But on the other hand, they either have a hard time setting the delivery type properly, or communicating with the courier company and sorting out issues with delivery. I'm in the US, and I've sent multiple gifts to different addresses in India, as well as to my own address here in the US. The deliveries to the US haven't run into any issues (yet), but the deliveries to the Indian addresses have run into issues in mostly every single case. For 2 out of the 4 gifts that were supposed to be delivered to Indian addresses, they've been processed inexplicably as "cash on delivery", which is ridiculous, because I've paid for all 4 orders upfront. I mean, as someone who has a non-Indian credit card, the only way for me to pay is via a PayPal invoice so the amount gets deducted from my account upfront, and the courier company still attempts to have the recipient pay on delivery? How scammy is that!
