Sooki & Mimi Starts Take Out at Ann Kim’s New Uptown Restaurant - Eater Twin Cities
"It’s 7am Somewhere brings all-day breakfast to the North Loop with hearty dishes like Paul Bunyan’s BLT, Minnesota biscuits and gravy, and a stuffed-to-the-gills vegan burrito. Like many of the food hall’s vendors, It’s 7am Somewhere began as a food truck from chefs Edward Devine and Kyle Nichol." - Joy Summers
Located inside Graze food hall, I've been to this place a number of times for brunch. Sometimes I'll order it twice in a weekend because it's so good! The food is always delicious and cooked perfectly.
It's a huge plus that they have vegan/vegetarian options. You can modify a number of items to make them vegan as well.
My only disappointment is that I wish they were open later. Right now I believe they're only open until 5pm.

Located in a sea of other eateries this place was worth the money inside the Graze Hall. This is the 10000 steaks sandwich that comes with breakfast potatoes. The flavors were amazing and breakfast potatoes seasoned and cooked to perfection. This sandwich didn’t disappoint at all

Super good! Exactly what I was craving for a Sunday brunch. The vegan breakfast burrito is so dang good. I highly recommend adding vegan bacon to it. I will say though, it wasn’t cheap! $23 for the burrito with vegan bacon, and the side of potatoes that comes with it.

Just stopped by Utepils today and also had a You Betcha breakfast burrito and an order of potatoes. It was my first time trying their food. The food and the service was awesome! I’ll definitely be looking out for you guys in the future!

Maybe I ordered the wrong thing (breakfast bowl) but this place was expensive for something mediocre. Meat was dry and I got four tiny cubes of avocado after paying extra for it and it wasn’t hot by the time I got it.
