"If I had one day to show someone around Notting Hill I’d take them for a quick bite at It’s Bagels!" - Andrew Young

An absolute revelation. I don’t eat bagels a lot at home, so I didn’t come here with huge expectations. But it turned out to be hands down one of the best breakfasts I had in all over London. Super fresh & tasty bagels, I had the fried egg & bacon bagel with avo added, so simple but just so so good! I really loved it & the people at the place were really nice and warm hearted too. One of those rare instances where you discover something sensational by surprise for us. So 100% recommended & we’ll be back for sure.

Stopped here for some brunch and was not disappointed. They had such a great choice from turntable of bagel you wanted, to the schmear to the fillings. Paired with a good cup of coffee and you can’t go wrong! Staff were lovely too. Limited seating inside and out.

As a former New Yorker living in London, this place is hands down the best place for a bagel in this city. That being said, it’s not a New York bagel. A truly authentic bagel would have so much schmear that you can barely fit the whole thing in your mouth for a bite. On the other hand, they don’t skimp on fillings when you order things like tuna salad or eggs and cheese. A special shout out to their authentically American crispy bacon.

Great place with a fast and efficient service – even though it was busy, everything moved quickly. The variety of bagels and fillings is impressive and the bagels themselves are fresh and tasty. I had one with egg and bacon, which was flavorful, but a bit too dry for my taste – it could really use some kind of sauce to balance it out. That’s my only real suggestion. Unfortunately, the coffee was a letdown. It tasted really bad, almost like it had been sitting around for too long, definitely not on the same level as the food. Overall, still worth a visit for the bagels alone. Just maybe grab your coffee somewhere else.

Just visited for the first time and ordered a garlic bagel with egg and cheese, pretty standard stuff. Unfortunately, it took just over 30 minutes to get my food which, for a single bagel, is absolutely absurd. I get that it may have been busy, but if a bagel shop (and a New York themed one at that) can’t turn out a bagel faster than a sit down restaurant, then something is seriously wrong. As for the bagel itself, while it wasn’t bad, the taste certainly did not warrant the time wasted waiting for it to arrive. Don’t waste your time too…

A very busy spot! The bagel was good and made with high-quality ingredients. Personally, I found the cream cheese a bit too much for my taste, but overall still enjoyable.

Overrated in my opinion. Sausage, egg, and cheese bagel took 20 minutes to make even though they weren't super busy. Staff were also quite uninterested and not attentive. Bagel wise, it was okay. Wish they toasted the bagel a bit! Nothing crazy to rave about, maybe I should have tried a different bagel like the lox.

I passed by at lunchtime on a Friday. I was not expecting there to be such a vibe in there! It’s just a bagel shop after all. I liked the New York style decor. The place was packed with a short queue to order plus a few more people standing around waiting to pounce on any free tables that opened up (seating capacity was around 20 people indoors and another 10 outside). There are quite a wide selection of bagels on the menu, which is divided into hot and cold sections. I went for the garlic bagel with egg and cheese. I didn’t find the bagel particularly impressive. Just an average bagel, and I was still a bit hungry afterwards (but note this is one of their cheaper ones at £7.50, I would presume/hope the pricier bagels on the menu were more filling!). Overall perhaps worth passing by for a quick bite if in the area, I did enjoy the buzzy atmosphere but it is definitely overhyped and not worth going out of your way for in my view.
