I ordered the #3 from Baked Baby and it was absolutely delicious!!! I recall eating my food and telling a beautiful lady that I was sitting beside that I need to go back and give Dianna (The Chef) a hug and before I could do that Dianna appeared, I gave her a hug and introduced to the beauty I was just bragging to about how scrumptious the meal was! I recommend the number #3 which is a shrimp baked potato with the gorgeous chef Dianna’s specialty love sauce and more. This was more than a meal, it was an experience worth sharing with others!!!! Thank you to Baked Baby for your quality dish and to the cashier for the great magnetic energy and exceptional customer service skills that drew me in to Baked Baby in the first place! Thanks!

Diana and her restaurant are fantastic! I'm not normally a potato person, but I decided to try out It's Baked Baby and Wow! The food and the service were impeccable. I ended up getting the vegetarian version of the #5. It was delightful fresh and it was delightful eating the leftovers a couple of days after. Highly recommend! Great experience. Thank you Diana!

Food is decent but the customer service is terrible. We shouldn’t have ordered from the beginning. It was our first time at The Works and first time trying “It’s Baked Baby.” We approached the counter and asked the cashier for her recommendation. The cashier happened to be the owner and she responded: “They are all my favorite. I own the place.” Alright… Well we ended up choosing a baked potato without any help of the cashier. We payed and were told that the food would take about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, we returned to the counter and they said it wasn’t ready. No problem… We were patient and came back approximately 10 minutes later we returned and were accused of stealing our own food that WE PAYED FOR. The owner had the audacity to say that she was going to check the cameras to make sure we didn’t already take the food. She ended up giving us our food but not the food we originally ordered. We understand that places are understaffed and it’s a Friday but we don’t deserve to be treated as criminals. This situation could have been handled better especially by the owner.

We decided to get food here because it was quicker and it was the perfect accident. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, amazing Vegan menu, not some random side dishes, my boyfriend loved his loaded meaty plate as well!! It is now our number one choice when at The Works. It’s a GREAT and full portion. Be ready to be blown away by a great soulful yummy dish.

Was super excited to try this black owned business! Traveled a little ways to get here.. Some of my family has eaten here in the past, so I wanted to try for myself. The ranch was delicious. Customer service was lacking, and the Buffalo fried okra was super salty. Long wait times, and my husband received an attitude from the lady cooking the food which was not warranted at all. I will probably try again because it could have just been an off night. You never know what people are going through...

So I went to this spot with my good friend from NY....The chef recommended her pick so we both ordered the blackened shrimp potato with the ginger lemonade drink. First of all, the service was amazing. Chef and staff were engaging, friendly, and courteous. I didn't mind the wait because it was cooked to order. It came out piping hot and oozing with saucey goodness... first bite was a flavor explosion that made me and my friend stare at each other for a few minutes.... and by mid potato I was sweating because the portion was so healthy. Then we washed it down with that amazing drink!!..We Needed plenty of napkins and a nap afterwards...LOL... Not a low fat meal but great cheat day comfort food on steroids...LOVED IT!! It's Baked Baby Rocks!!!

This place was amazing! I went here while in Atlanta for a conference. There were so many great options including a build your own that it was honestly hard to decide. I opted for the #1 on a russet potato which was so delicious. I should have taken a picture before digging in but I could not wait. The prices may seem a little high at first glance but the quality and amount that you receive is bananas. I will for sure be recommending this place to anyone I know who is in Atlanta. It is worth noting that not only was the food great but I received fantastic service. If I lived closer - I would be here all of the time.

Typically for horrible customer service I will give zero stars but I’ll be honest with my partners first impression of trying baked baby. He absolutely loved it! Back to our experience. There were two women working this day one was a little younger than the person that actually makes the food with the dreads. The young lady working the register was extremely nice and pleasant the real reason why we even decided to eat here in the first place. However the person that took our order was actually the chef who makes the food with dreads. She was extremely nasty and rude we almost left honestly. I’m not sure where in Atlanta where it’s ok to say someone is flexing. She called my partner a (flexitarian) because he asked for an egg. He clearly stated he’s vegetarian NOT vegan. It also took her forever to make the food because most of the options we requested were vegan. Her sense of humor was very offensive and inappropriate. We definitely wanted to patron black owed business but I can honestly say this will be my last time eating here. He still wants it though lol Again food is great! Attitude not so much and it was worth the wait. I suggest never let the chef take orders or interact with customers.
