It's Boba Time - 3rd St

Save your money. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The drinks here lack flavor. I ordered 4 macarons, all of which weren't fresh. The pistachio crepe cake wasn't fresh and the texture was gross. Worst crepe cake I've had. Prices are steep. $2.50/macaron. Worst of all, the lady at the register was rude and combative. She got my order wrong. When she had to fix her mistake, she rolled her eyes and looked annoyed. I definitely will not be back.

Cool, small, typical boba shop with variety of options and flavors: from coffees, boba, slushies, and deserts. Staff is always nice and there’s a quaint outdoor sitting area. Restrooms available as well.

MOLD ON CAKES. I ordered a drink and a slice of tiramisu crepe cake. The drink was good. The cake however had MOLD. Meaning they just let the cake sit there in the shelf and didn’t bother checking. It made me really nauseous afterwards. Will not be coming back here.

Efficient - Friendly - fast - clean- small seating area - parking in front - plenty of options. Base Bobas at around $6.5 but with 2-3 add ons is $10. My advise milk substitutes should have not charge ( anyway the base Boba tea has milk already ) specially after adding some extras.

Definitely my go to spot for late night Acai Bowl. All the other places close like at 9pm. I am sooo glad that Boba Time opens late. You definitely get a better value here for an Acai bowl. They are huge for only $12! Parking is minimal but plenty late at night.

The dude that was taking the orders seemed exasperated and just exhausted in general, but I've worked in the food industry before and I know how taxing late-night shifts can be, so giving him some grace for that. He still took our orders and got them out as soon as possible so definitely grateful for that. The drinks themselves were pretty great. They have so much variety, and they even have a top 20 fan favorites, which is helpful when you're undecided and don't know what to try. I am mega basiq, so I decided to go for the ol' reliable Cookies 'n' Cream and even went ahead and added, as a topping, an extra scoop of vanilla ice cream, 'cause this is America after all, haha.

Excellent vibes! The store is immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable! Had the lavender milk tea with boba, the tea is high quality with an excellent flavor and the boba were perfectly squish. Can't wait to come back again and again. 🥰 keep up the good work . 🙃🙃

I bought four macaroons from your store, the chocolate is disgrace, coconut, disgrace, lemon water was stale, you know, it was a cookie, it was a disgusting macaron, the only one Rasberry was not bad. And you sell $2 for each of these and you think you sell macarons, it was the worst macaron I’ve ever eaten in the world. TOTAL DISGRACE. ( I’m ruined by abdominal pain in the evening, I will never eat or recommend anything from here again. The one who eats anything from here has no respect for himself. )

They have really best and delicious boba I ever try, the employees were very kind. I recommend this place.

Staff was very kind, my earl grey latte was excellent however, the macaroons do not taste good. The earl grey taste like chocolate and the coconut barely has any coconut flavor. Not worth the $2.50 each.

Five stars from my 9-year old! We've been visiting Boba Time for 2 years now. She's a big fan of the Oreo bobas and as her mom I appreciate the simplicity of your menu options and ordering system. Boba Time is a staple for when we are looking for a special treat. The staff is always friendly and the establishment inside is always clean. One thing to note: It's in a busy strip mall so patience may be required when parking.

It's Boba Time is a bubble tea shop in Los Angeles. +Peach Green Tea with Boba for $4.25 - The jasmine green tea is very floral-tasting, so be prepared for that. - 4/5 Most boba shops are good. If you're in the area, go check it out!

Ordered through DoorDash for pickup, and our drink was fantastic! Ready to pick up when we got there, and the staff (2 in the front, 1 making drinks) were super welcoming What we got: black sugar milk tea w/ 50% sweetness and regular boba, regular milk tea w/ 50% sweetness - both drinks were fantastic! Could have used a little less boba, but there's an option to adjust, so we will do light boba next time~ but the taste was amazing - regular size is $5.70 + $0.75 for large size Small store, so not much place to sit (actually not sure if I noticed any, but just grabbed in/out), but you can park in their lot if there's space (~6-10 parking spots). Great location because there's not much boba around 3rd street, except OneZo but that's in the mall and super $$ (7-8 for a drink)

Parking: There's a small lot for the building right in front, otherwise, there's metered parking along 3rd. If you come during the daytime, you can find 2 hour parking on the nearby neighborhood streets along Sweetzer. Experience: Fast service and wide menu. They have milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies,m, milkshakes, frappes, pretty much any kind of drink you'd want in any flavor. They also had other desserts and acai bowls. I feel like their prices were also more reasonable than other boba places. I've only gotten their milk teas with boba so far, but everything sounds delicious! The restaurant is pretty much a storefront, so I wouldn't suggest coming here to sit and drink, but it's definitely a great to-go spot.

This place was a bit overwhelmed when we showed up on a Sunday. I'm not much of a boba a·fi·ci·o·na·do but this place seems good. Be careful of people in front of you ordering smoothies or milkshakes or things like that. The staff can't seem to handle that. But we ordered boba simple and out drinks came out pretty quick.

My sister and I tried this place once. Overall, pretty good. We ordered the Oreo Thai tea boba, which was a new flavor on their menu. Overall, we were quite impressed with how throughly they grinded the Oreo into small bits. Both the strong milk tea flavor of the Thai tea and the Oreo complement one another very well. Highly recommend ordering this boba flavor.

Went in tonight since I had been craving boba , get there at 9:30 order they tell us there is no boba , okay I guess cool . Didn't get my drinks until 10:09 . 4/5 were wrong or tasted like water . It was overpacked and just a-lot going on . Sadly not the experience I was looking for . $42 down the drain smh

Fav boba at a clean new location. We order on regular basis the acai bowl and different drinks (trying new things) . The service is great, when ordering on spot it can sometime be slower so I can recommend to just order a head of time or order a delivery. Love it.

The drinks here were great! The service was also exceptional, they are so friendly and helpful here! Our drinks were made quickly. I love that they use real fruit and all natural ingredients. You can customize anything to your liking. I've tried a variety of drinks and they are all absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

It's Boba Time is a solid boba chain. I've been to several locations, and the quality and service are consistent. The menu includes a large variety of drinks if you want something caffeinated, fruity, or frozen. This newish location opened earlier this year. I like the Strawberry Coconut Smoothie (4.5 stars) because it reminds me of a lava flow without the rum. I also like the Lychee Slush (4 stars) and Kiwi Slush (4 stars). The boba is perfectly chewy and sweet. They also offer oat and almond milk as non-dairy alternatives. The service (4 stars) is good as they prepared my drinks quickly when I was only customer or when they were managing multiple online orders. Even though it's on the busy 3rd Street, I have had pretty good luck finding street parking since the parking lot is usually full.

Came here on a Sunday night with 5 other people after dinner. They royally screwed up because 4 of the 6 drinks were made wrong.. The people who asked for boba didn't get any boba and the people who didn't ask for it got some. I'm aware that Boba Time isn't one of those fancy boutique boba shops, but I at least expect my order to be correct. I got the strawberry frosty with boba and pudding and was not impressed. It also took them over 15 minutes to make our drinks and I felt as though all of the delivery orders were being prioritized over ours since delivery drivers were going in and out even as we were waiting for our drinks.

It's Boba Time is my absolute favorite boba place all across the US, and every time I leave a review for one, I just mention how they need to EXPAND to the East Coast... Anywho - after a busy shopping day in Beverly Hills, I stopped by It's Boba Time conveniently located in Beverly Hills, and I was able to get my usual - A Signature Milk Tea with Boba. It literally came out within seconds of ordering. Staff was super friendly and she made sure I got exactly what I needed. There isn't much indoor seating here and it's more of a pick up and go location, but they'll make sure you're in and out as soon as possible. It's Boba Time is an absolute gem and it's a boba place that you'll want to check out in Los Angeles for sure. The locations in Koreatown seem to be more busy than the one here, so if you're in BH, make sure to check this place out !

Watermelon slush is a MUST! It's the perfect amount of fresh fruit, lightly sweetened, ice blended, and thirst quenching.

Girl working there makes the drinks bad. I just hope she didn't piss in it. Either the milk is bad or I don't know but I think she should be fired. I paid money and now I can't drink my Thai tea

These folks are absolute kind sweethearts. I asked about some boba plushies they had at the time for display. And I thought they were for sale. I guess they bought them for the display so they're not for sale. But I was given a plush anyway. They didn't have to do that! My first boba tea merch ever. It's my good luck charm and matches my green vehicle. This is the closest It's Boba Time to me and closest to my stand-up comedy shows that I do, and I really appreciate these employees.

I really enjoyed my boba from this tea shop. I am a big matcha fan and they had a pistachio matcha milk tea flavor which was something I had never seen before. The tea came out within 5 minutes or so and was very tasty. The matcha and pistachio flavors blended quite nicely. I prefer jellies to boba so I got it with mango jellies which paired nicely with the green tea. They also have other add ons that you can swap for traditional tapioca pearls like coconut lychee jelly and mango popping boba. I also tasted the taro milk tea with tapioca pearls which was also good. Would definitely come back to try more of their drinks!

Excellent bobba options. I wish options to reduce sugar level was more extensive. Thai tea, for example, can only be reduced to 50% sugar.

I place an online order, and they forgot one drink I called the store like 10 times and no one answered, so I went in person to get my drink missing , and they didn't even apologize, so rude , last time I order at this place with my coworkers

I made an order through the boba application, 25 minutes before arriving at the place, even though the place is new, there is chaos and they are not organized, I had to wait 15 more minutes for my order, and of course, it was wrong , the person who was in front, had no idea of ​​the ingredients that the drinks have, he constantly asked the people in the back. Despite being a fan of the brand , and because I have been to other places , I was disappointed in this place , and I saw the frustration of the people who were waiting , and more was my disappointment when I saw that the girl in front took the money , he uncovered the wrong drinks with his hand, and he did not have any type of hygiene by not washing his hands, we are still in the pandemic stage, and not having that type of care, makes me never return to that place ... I recommend the store more Wilshier and highland.

Galaxy iced tea takes a lot of effort on the maker's end, but it is worth it! The flavor combo is super tasty. Be sure to tip them well. :)

We've been waiting for them to open, and soooooo glad they finally have! They had a pre-opening today and gave us free drinks to help the staff prep for grand opening. The interior is beautiful, the staff are learning well, and our drinks tasted great! The bosses are on it to train the staff and I look forward to their success! Check out the new boba time!! We will be there every week!

Delicious milk tea with fresh boba. I don't like sweet drinks so I always ask for 1/4th sweet and my iced milk tea was perfect! The boba was so fresh and chewy, and they didn't overload the drink with ice like I've experienced at some other boba places. I also decided to grab a macaroon with it, coffee flavor, because life's short and why not. It was a bit too heavy for me, like I could almost taste the butter, but no regrets I'd say it was still good. Final pro, and if you live in the city you you may consider arguably the best part, is that there's a parking lot, which makes life so much easier when you're craving a boba :)

Absolutely love this location. This is my second time ordering from here. Once I ordered through DoorDash. After ordering, I realized that my order had dairy in it. So, I called and they REMADE the order for me with no ice cream. Then, tonight, I came last minute. NORA was the sweetest, most helpful girl. She helped me figure out how to properly order my drink (caffeine free and dairy free) and took the time to make it for me herself so there wouldn't be any mistakes. And shealso taught me how to order it in the future so that it can be correctly made the way I like it. I'll be coming back for sure, not only are their drinks are so yummy, but also because the customer service is always so great! Thanks NORA!

I always come here for my Açaí bowls. However today the girl for sure didn't want to make it as she looked at me and say it will take more then 15 minutes. Place was empty and I was like why would it take that long she said everything has to be freshly made. I tempted to say no but I decided to order anyways. I'm seating in-front of them. Other people walked in order drinks and were made right there and then. Then I see her starting my order and let me tell you SHES THE BEST! By far my fav Açaí bowl since I've had my first!!! THANK YOU!!! And it's okay to say it will take long but if it will be as good as this one I'll wait any day. THANK YOU!

Great tasting Boba drinks and teas. Quick service, lots of options and great staff. Will be coming back for more. I also like the late hours of operation so we can stop by after a meal for a quick dessert.

The staff is friendly and fast! There's never a long line at this location. This is my go to boba spot. Although I find the pastries too sweet for my taste, I find the boba menu never a disappointment. There are soooo many choices-- more so than other boba spots.

this is the cleanest and freshest boba around la. love coming here and i'm here almost once a week. the service is mostly good, every now and then there are some bad apples but for the most part all good. totally reccomend. many flavor variations for whatever you are craving.

5 stars because it's a boba spot in this area. I haven't had all the drinks yet. I tried the green thai tea and that was super weird. I prefer regular thai tea. A scoop of boba comes with your drink. Other items are an extra cost. I have caffeine sensitivity so I can only have these drinks before 1pm so it will take me a while to work through their drink menu.

Super clean place for Boba drinks (bubble tea). They have some flavors and varieties that I had never seen! I fell in love with the butterfly pea tea and lemonade mix - wow! Definitely a great choice for bubble tea.

First time trying this place. Ordered a tiger sugar boba drink large for $5.50. It's really sweet and the boba is chewy and soft. Can't go wrong with this drink

The Woman who makes the drinks is the reason well continue coming back. Bf loves the fact she recommends things that he actually likes, he's very particular on how he likes his drinks made and what they are. I thought the macarons were okay, and my hot chocolate made with real chocolate was decent.
