itsu - Stansted

We hadn’t been to Itsu before and didn’t really know what to get, but Tomas was brilliant - his recommendation was DELICIOUS. His friendly attitude made the experience great and he checked on us a few times despite this being a “takeaway” place. Great service and a great first impression of Itsu!

Had an amazing experience at Itsu! The food was fresh, flavorful, and healthy—especially the sushi. Big shoutout to Riley, a staff member who was super friendly and helpful. He made great recommendations and ensured I had a top-notch experience. Definitely coming back!

Honestly, Nicole the server made our day! After a dreadful 4 hour journey to get to Stansted’s, we needed delicious food and not only we got it, but Nicole made us happy again with her amazing service and delicious food! Thank you

An absolute delight to be served by Kali today!! Service was exceptional and I was told about all the good treats, healthy and delicious meal followed by the best dessert pot. Thank you soo much Kali for the lovely experience!! I’ll most certainly be back soon

Absolute 5* service. You don’t often get a lasting impression from a 3 minute interaction but our lady server from Tuesday evening 28/10 (Red hair, glasses) was absolutely amazing. Nothing was an issue for her and she was very kind and understanding towards our children. Thank you again

Itsu in itself has really good food and service however I was served by Riley and he is really kind and it was a wonderful experience. He should definitely get a promotion or a pay increase. He is Definitely deserving for one. ;)

I love to have some sushi before departure and I always choose Itsu. Today I was served by Nicole and she was so lovely. She was smiling and caring, prepared my bag and wished me a safe flight. If you don’t know where to go, this is the place.

I haven't been to London Stansted airport in a while, and had not seen or heard of Itsu before. However, I arrived there at 8:20pm and was looking for some dinner before getting my next flight and was pleasantly surprised to see that they had 50% off all food. They advertise that they always have this in their last half hour of opening. However, on the website, it says they are open until 11pm, so go figure?! Anyway, I got a bargain on my healthy, delicious and filling meal of tuna, rice, edamame bean, pea, leek and ginger with a teriyaki sauce. Even at full price, it's comparable or better than other cafes, restaurants, M&S etc, so I will most likely be returning. They specialise in Japanese-style food, but also have some other salads/meals, snacks, frozen yoghurt, puddings, smoothies and drinks - all healthy. Oh, and the packaging is all recyclable...brownie points!

This is a good option in the airport if you are hungry, don't wanna spend too much (it's a good bang for your buck), and need a place to sit and charge your phone because every other outlet in the rest of the airport does not work. Not all their outlets work either but some of them do and you gotta take what you can get at that point.

I don't usually check in and write reviews about Airport food outlets. The service at Itsu Stanstead Airport was amazing that a had to give feed. The lady that serviced us was super friendly and patient while we were deciding our order and got our drinks. Being over loaded with carry on and loose items after going through security offered to help us with our tray. While we were eating other staff assisted patrons to navigate the self service. Was nice to come across great service in fast food industry.

Two of us needed a quick bite before a late evening flight back into Germany. I usually would avoid airport sushi but this looked decent and it was. They also had some warm dumplings that were not bad at all. Service was super friendly and we were able to get a seat.

Hot porridge. So good and affordable. There's also a deal for 99p coffee with any breakfast including sushi. Downside is that they ran out of eggs by 730. Ditto with all the USB plugs for charging.

The ratings are too low. This is a welcome respite after being hungry. Very nice menu and super friendly service. Dumplings were needing to be fresher but the noodle soup was fantastic.

If you like Asian food never come here. We paid for something that was worst than instant soup. I was so disappointed. Is cheap, but the quality is the worst. I leave an star for the kind people working there.

Terrible service, rude obnoxious staff. Extremely unpleasant experience and I will most likely never return to an itsu again. I probably knew it would be a bad experience because sushi before 5 am doesn't sound like a good idea.
