Arrived here with the kiddos hoping to get some treats but was greeted by a door sign that read "We'll be back! Out to lunch!". I understand that we all have to eat, but please pack a lunch if you're low on staff. There were at least 6 people there and they were also not impressed. I don't see any other stores doing that and that wasn't a very sweet gesture on their part.

Stopped while shopping in the Galleria. The candy selection is good. One younger employee was helpful. The older women following us around the store, with her arms crossed looking angry. She offered no help and seem rude. Won't go back ! Went to a Swiss Chocolate shop nearby they were friendly and helpful with better candy.

After arriving at the store a few minutes before they were to open, at 10:00am, the young lady unlocked the door and stepped outside, relocking the door. She said she said she had to go get “change.” Now 30+ minutes later and she has yet to return. Why can’t people handle that kind of business (getting change) beforehand so your business opens up on time?
