Best curry in Ginza area with amazing made-to-order fresh rice in a pot. The beef curry was very thick and rich with sweet after tastes. Slightly too sweet to my liking. There were a lot of wagyu meats in the curry but you can order other toppings too. The rice options were very interesting different kinds of rice textures and flavors. Restaurant is small and cozy with around 10-15 seats. We went at 9:30 and there were a few queues already.

Highly recommended super tasty curry spot in Ginza. Great thick Japanese style beef curry served with freshly cooked white rice pot. You can also add on sides like fried pork cutlet, fried prawn, eggplant, spinach, cheese etc. The restaurant seems to be specialized in rice as well as they offer you 3 type of rice from each different regions in Japan (they all have different taste, texture and chewiness to it).

An absolutely fantastic curry restaurant in Tsukiji. The curry here is wonderful—thick, rich, and deeply flavourful. The rice was one of the best we had in our entire trip to Japan. Cooked in a special pot, it has the most perfect texture and a delicious flavor all on its own. The service was also friendly and impeccable. We arrived at 8 AM and got seated right away, but a line was already forming by the time we left. A must-visit experience!

This was easily the best meal I had in Japan and maybe a top 10 I’ve ever had. The flavors are nuanced and perfect and everything is carefully plated. The curry flavoring was rich and the extra pork katsu was perfectly crisp without being greasy or tough. We did wait in line for about ~20 mins but it was so worth it.

This curry restaurant serves rich, flavoursome curry that is the perfect accompaniment to freshly cooked rice. While the kitchen operation may appear inefficient, it is actually well organised: with only two staff members, they manage orders efficiently through pre-preparation and smart workflow. Service is minimal, but understandable given the limited staff and the constant flow of customers. Prices are on the high side, but the quality, location and meticulous preparation justify the cost. The atmosphere is that of an upmarket social lounge for affluent diners, offering a quiet and refined dining experience.

This Ginza restaurant specializes in Wagyu beef curry with a choice of beef chunk or hashed beef options, but it fell short of expectations. While it's interesting that each customer receives a personal pot of freshly cooked rice with a choice between three types (I went for the YUKITSUBAKI at an extra 150 yen), the curry itself leaned heavily on sweetness, lacking the spice kick even at a medium level. At 1,650 yen, the portion of meat felt a bit skimpy for the price. With a manageable lunch queue but an overall underwhelming experience, it’s probably not a place I'd revisit.

Went on a Sunday. Incredible curry and hayashi rice—absolutely worth the wait! A friend brought me here, and we arrived around 11 AM. The wait was about 45 minutes to an hour, partly due to the rice cooking time (approximately 20-30 minutes). During the wait, a staff member came out to take our order, including our choice of special rice. By the time we were seated, our portions were ready to go! Keep in mind, food preparation still takes 20+ minutes, even with pre-ordering. The curry and beef were exceptionally fragrant and tender, truly melting in your mouth. I highly recommend trying their special rice (even if it costs extra)—you can genuinely taste the difference compared to the standard rice. My favorite was their Hayashi sauce though! If I’m ever in Tokyo again, I’ll definitely revisit this place. Next time, I’d just make sure to arrive earlier to beat the queue!
