The best restaurant we could ever visit in Florencia. Since the first time we came in, the service has been charming and personalized for my Mexican family. Although the place was full of people with reservations, they got us a place quickly. Not to mention the amazing flavor of the juicy and tender Bistecca, along with the great variety of sides that was more than sufficient for four hungry people that enjoy having a great dinner before sleep. A great shoutout for the whole staff and the owner, who are fully delivered to their customers. I'Tuscani Ristoranti is This is a place you definitely must visit on your visit to Florence.

The Florentine steak was excellent—perfectly seared on the outside, nicely seasoned, and juicy and pink inside with a rich flavour. Just a heads-up that it’s served rare, which is the traditional way. The sides were great too: crisp potatoes, sweet roasted vegetables, and a fresh salad that balanced everything out. We also tried the Tuscan sausage, which was a little salty but still delicious and added some nice variety to the meal. Service, however, was a letdown. Our young waiter seemed impatient and his tone changed when I asked a few questions about the menu. He also set the raw steak on the table without saying a word or checking if we were happy with the cut before cooking. His attitude felt off, and we didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything in case he got moody. It really dampened the mood, especially since we were there to celebrate my sister’s birthday.

A True Celebration of Tuscan Flavor – Unmissable Steak Experience We had an unforgettable dinner at I’Tuscani – L’arte della Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Every dish was a tribute to bold, rustic Tuscan cuisine, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming from the moment we sat down. We went straight in for the mains—and they did not disappoint. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was grilled to a perfect medium rare, seasoned with coarse black salt and served on a bed of rosemary. Incredibly tender, juicy, and full of character. We also had a filet served over crisp salad greens, and a side of sautéed porcini mushrooms that added a rich, earthy depth to the meal. Roast potatoes were golden and perfectly crisp. Our wine of choice was a beautiful bottle of Cabreo Il Borgo 2022 from Toscana—elegant and balanced, it paired wonderfully with the steaks. To finish, we enjoyed a selection of local goat’s cheese—the perfect way to enjoy the last of the wine. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, we were offered a trio of local digestivi, including Fernet Cerberus, Ratafia di Amarene, and Uvamurum—each with its own distinct personality. Dining here felt like a celebration of everything we love about Tuscany. This is more than just a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience. A must for any meat and wine lover in Florence.

Lovely vibe, friendly staff and yummy food. We had the Florentine steak, which looked huuuge - we don't get steaks like that in the UK 😯😆 It was well cooked and delicious. We also had several of the sides, which were lovely too (except the mushrooms - wasn't keen on those - very meaty texture. Interesting, but not for me 🤷🏽‍♀️😊). So yes, very enjoyable, typically priced for the area. Would recommend this place for good food in a nice environment 😊

Best steak in town!! We were recommended this place by our Airbnb host and we LOVED it! The steak is cooked perfectly and the sides are delicious as well. I'm pregnant so I couldn't eat rare steak, and the chef generously offered to cook my pieces well done! The service is fantastic. It is a bit expensive, but the steaks are HUGE and well worth the money!

The steak was seasoned well with a lot of herbs and olive well. It was served rare as per their recommendation. One side of the steak is extremely tender, while the other side is chewy because of the tendon. Would definitely recommend it as a must try dish. The server was very attentive, constantly checking in. He gave a complimentary dessert and shot. Overall experience and atmosphere was good. Do note that the Florentine Steak served here is 1.3kg and up. Thankfully, I managed to get a slightly smaller one at 1.2kg, but I would recommend at least 2 ppl to finish this piece of steak.

Jeremy's hospitality was exceptional. We tried a couple of beef restaurants, including some famous ones in the region or Rome, but they could not bring the phenomenal feeling that we experienced here. The meat is savory and flavorful. Season with a touch of rosemary oil. Brilliant. If you can visit Florence please give it a try. definitely worth the visit.
