A True Celebration of Tuscan Flavor – Unmissable Steak Experience
We had an unforgettable dinner at I’Tuscani – L’arte della Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Every dish was a tribute to bold, rustic Tuscan cuisine, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming from the moment we sat down.
We went straight in for the mains—and they did not disappoint. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was grilled to a perfect medium rare, seasoned with coarse black salt and served on a bed of rosemary. Incredibly tender, juicy, and full of character. We also had a filet served over crisp salad greens, and a side of sautéed porcini mushrooms that added a rich, earthy depth to the meal. Roast potatoes were golden and perfectly crisp.
Our wine of choice was a beautiful bottle of Cabreo Il Borgo 2022 from Toscana—elegant and balanced, it paired wonderfully with the steaks.
To finish, we enjoyed a selection of local goat’s cheese—the perfect way to enjoy the last of the wine. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, we were offered a trio of local digestivi, including Fernet Cerberus, Ratafia di Amarene, and Uvamurum—each with its own distinct personality.
Dining here felt like a celebration of everything we love about Tuscany. This is more than just a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience. A must for any meat and wine lover in Florence.
