The best restaurant we could ever visit in Florencia. Since the first time we came in, the service has been charming and personalized for my Mexican family. Although the place was full of people with reservations, they got us a place quickly. Not to mention the amazing flavor of the juicy and tender Bistecca, along with the great variety of sides that was more than sufficient for four hungry people that enjoy having a great dinner before sleep. A great shoutout for the whole staff and the owner, who are fully delivered to their customers. I'Tuscani Ristoranti is This is a place you definitely must visit on your visit to Florence.

The steak was delicious but it didn’t live up to the hype as we saw on social media. I was expecting to see more of a full kitchen. I was also under the impression that they would have a whole bunch of different cuts. I guess only Jack’s dinner room get that. But overall very good. I would give it a 4.5 unfortunately I could not give it a 5. The meatballs were delicious and the steak was like butter.

I Tuscani is a delicious restaurant ! The atmosphere is cozy and warm with a limited amount of seating to keep a familiar setting . The host and chef are absolutely the sweetest and we were even able to get a recipe from the chef . Food wise we had the crostini fegatini which was flavourful and scrumptious. The polpette were some of the best I’ve ever tried and the fiorentina steak was really good with rich buttery potatoes as a side . Side note : the meat is quite expensive and we ended up spending quite a bit of money but we still recommend!

Let me start with wonderful hospitality of all staff at this place, they make you feel special and welcome! THANK YOU! Then the meat, it was with no doubt the best ever steak I have had in life, mixed with a good selection of wine. They let you to choose your meat and match the right wine to it, my recommendation is to listen to your host. We finished everything and still dreaming of visiting this place again! As I shared with our host when leaving, one reason to come back to Florence is I Tuscani!

We had an incredible steak Florentine at I’Tuscani. It was so good, we went back two days later to have it again before leaving Florence. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and dimly lit vibe. The staff are very friendly and all recognized us from our first visit. They treated us like family. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Florentine steak was excellent—perfectly seared on the outside, nicely seasoned, and juicy and pink inside with a rich flavour. Just a heads-up that it’s served rare, which is the traditional way. The sides were great too: crisp potatoes, sweet roasted vegetables, and a fresh salad that balanced everything out. We also tried the Tuscan sausage, which was a little salty but still delicious and added some nice variety to the meal. Service, however, was a letdown. Our young waiter seemed impatient and his tone changed when I asked a few questions about the menu. He also set the raw steak on the table without saying a word or checking if we were happy with the cut before cooking. His attitude felt off, and we didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything in case he got moody. It really dampened the mood, especially since we were there to celebrate my sister’s birthday.

A True Celebration of Tuscan Flavor – Unmissable Steak Experience We had an unforgettable dinner at I’Tuscani – L’arte della Bistecca alla Fiorentina. Every dish was a tribute to bold, rustic Tuscan cuisine, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming from the moment we sat down. We went straight in for the mains—and they did not disappoint. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was grilled to a perfect medium rare, seasoned with coarse black salt and served on a bed of rosemary. Incredibly tender, juicy, and full of character. We also had a filet served over crisp salad greens, and a side of sautéed porcini mushrooms that added a rich, earthy depth to the meal. Roast potatoes were golden and perfectly crisp. Our wine of choice was a beautiful bottle of Cabreo Il Borgo 2022 from Toscana—elegant and balanced, it paired wonderfully with the steaks. To finish, we enjoyed a selection of local goat’s cheese—the perfect way to enjoy the last of the wine. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, we were offered a trio of local digestivi, including Fernet Cerberus, Ratafia di Amarene, and Uvamurum—each with its own distinct personality. Dining here felt like a celebration of everything we love about Tuscany. This is more than just a meal—it’s a full-sensory experience. A must for any meat and wine lover in Florence.
