"Ivresse is a warm trendy establishment that sports two different vibes. The friendly bistro rolls out a lineup of staples of the likes of grilled bone marrow or mushroom and smoked garlic risotto. The excellent restaurant stars a parade of spot-on dishes that are presented in a succulent menu with a focus on sustainability, local producers and fresh premium ingredients. Veggies and gutsy, full-bodied sauces have clearly been cast in the leading roles of this culinary revue. Fans of organic and natural wines will be enchanted by what is on offer in both venues." - Michelin Inspector

8/10 Very good tasting menu. The fish starter was excellent. The mushroom dish also very good. Maybe the least impressive was the trout (ingredients were great, but the combination was just ok). The cote de veau was a tad salty but very nice. The service was helpful and professional. It was nice to sit by the kitchen and watch the magic happen.

While we enjoyed aspects of our meal, this restaurant didn't quite meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we were informed of a limited menu offering only two options: a small (€49 pp) and a large (€96 pp), neither including drinks, cheese, nor coffee. We opted for the half alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink pairing (+ €24 pp) . The portions were fashionably small, and the main courses were only satisfactory. Unfortunately, the juice pairings were quite bitter and we found they didn't complement the food well. The wine was acceptable. The highlight was the exceptional cheesecake. Service was adequate; the staff were kind but somewhat lack of personal touch. The modern, industrial atmosphere was clean, though the temperature inside was a bit cold. Ultimately, the €80 per person cost felt disproportionate to the overall experience, leaving us hesitant to recommend it.

Three of us had the 75€ menu with 5 courses. It was fantastic. Super chic and calm intimate atmosphere. Fabulous service. Amazing food. Will definitely visit again. Highly recommended.

Ivresse offers a set 7 course menu, with optional cheese plate, that changes according the seasonal supplies. While we quite enjoyed the dinner we felt a tad underwhelmed by the menu as some dishes could have used a bit more contrast and punch, being it in flavor or structure/mouthfeel. Quality products, prepared to perfection in the open kitchen that grants the clients a good view on what's happening. Winner of the night was the Scallop and turnip in cidre and browned butter sauce that had everything you need in a dish; savory, sweetness, texture and acidity. Perfection! The desserts were a bit of a letdown and need some more study imo but hey, maybe that's just me. Wine pairing focused on small domain vin nature wineries which can be surprising, in good way and bad way. There's an optional non-alcoholic pairing with homemade juices. Deep and wide wine menu with a good selection of artisanal beers. Very friendly staff and service. Overall we had a very good experience with just some minor remarks.

Great. Very exciting tastes, great service, friendly staff. The dessert with lavender and sake ice was a great end. One of the greatest parts of this restaurant were the sauces, which were all at the top level.

The food was quite good. The first dish could have been more creative though. The service was nice as well but you have to nudge them ... first i was sat right next to a door and it was super cold so instead of offering me another table, they offered me a jacket. Only after I said I didnt wanna sit at a dinner in a jacket, they offered me a different table. But all in all it was nice

Only 3 enjoyable courses out of 7. Small portions and lack of creativity with breaded chicken as a main and a dessert of sliced of pear. Wine scarce and underwhelming as we took the tasting. Staff and atmosphere very nice but overpriced for what it is.
