Ivy Bar & Bistro Opens This Weekend At Fiori Spa | Eater Houston

"I'm noting a chic new Italian eatery inside the newly-renovated Fiori Spa will kick open the doors this weekend: Ivy Bar & Bistro, at 2613 Potomac Drive, opens Saturday, November 2. Part of a multi-million-dollar revamp, it will boast an 1,800-square-foot rooftop bar, French-style furnishings, and a striking crystal bar; the daytime vibe will be laid-back, but it becomes decidedly more clubby after dark with DJ-driven dance music and plenty of cocktails. The menu leans Italian—pasta, pizza, and paninis—with gluten-free and vegan options including a cauliflower-crust pizza topped with soy cheese and “sausage.” Cocktails include the Divine Goddess (Zephyr gin, St. Germain, smoked rosemary, and lemon) and the Lime & Thyme, a “skinny” margarita made with lime and thyme tincture. Food will be served from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., and the doors will stay open until 11 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 2 a.m. Thursday through Saturday for late-night drinking and dancing." - Amy McCarthy

Brought my wife for a night cap, and we fell in love with this place. Cozy, intimate, and very stylish. The bartender was very cool and he even had my wife try a couple of drinks he was mixing up. I highly recommend the Horizon cocktail. We are definitely be coming back!

Suave cocktail bar with great vibes. Gorgeous exterior and rooftop bar. Evenings may feature dance nights, such as tango and Latin nights, so check before you go. The cocktails are better than the food. Intimate date night spot—go for the drinks.

came here on a thursday at 7pm expecting live jazz but there was none! no one in the restaurant except for us & one (super helpful) worker! a cute, unassuming spot — it has a lot of potential! drinks & food were decent too. food menu is slightly limited, and there is a rooftop to sit at as well

We stopped by for drinks around 7:30pm and we were the only ones there which was great. The place was so romantic as the sun was coming down. We all enjoyed our drinks. I got the Blackberry Mule which was very refreshing.

Beautiful place! You think you are in Europe! Every Saturday we host Salsa and Bachata on the rooftop from 9pm till 2am. Come for the lessons, stay for the party. Grab a drink and a bite to eat and you’ll have a great time!

January 2020- pre corona. Cute place, but my date was so late—Karr—didn’t get a chance to try anything before an event. A mother/daughter were in there and their food looked amazing. Bartender was very patient with me.

Definitely a hidden gem. Westheimer doesn’t deserve this place! Beeny and Miguel are so sweet and professional !
