"“I Can’t Believe I 8 the Whole Thing!” That’s what guests say at this weekday happy hour on Jefferson. It’s that simple: The whole happy hour menu goes for $8. It’s all about streamlined quality at this chic spot, with muted but lush interior decor and refined homestyle cooking. During happy hour, look out for options like Buffalo cauliflower, mezcal wings, and wonton tacos. Desserts are discounted, too, such as brown sugar pineapple with Ivy rum ice cream topped with cake crumbles, or vanilla bean cheesecake. Like the food, the cocktails at Ivy are fresh takes on classic favorites. The sour is made with a floral Nolet gin; the Rusty Screw balances the heat of jalapeño and the bite of tequila with smokey-sweet Drambuie.
