Solid matcha and delicious smoked salmon bagel. I took off a star because it wasn’t made clear when they ask you chips or fruit for your side, that you’ll be charged $2 for fruit. If it came with a reasonable amount of fruit I wouldn’t have knocked it but a banana, 1 strawberry and 4 blueberries hardly warrants $2. Food aside, good spot to get work done. Quiet during the afternoon and not crowded.

This place is incredible! Coming from Europe, it can be hard to find healthy, high-quality spots in the U.S., but this one truly stands out. I travel to the U.S often, and it’s by far the best I’ve found. The food is delicious, and the matcha is excellent too. I’ll definitely be coming back during my trip! The owners are lovely too, great service overall a 10/10!!

During my stay in Vegas I visited this place twice because of the amazing atmosphere, wonderful service, and great coffee. I got a cortado and an iced latte with lavender syrup. I am pretty sure they make syrups in house. It was all amazing!

Iwana is definitely my favorite downtown coffee spot right now. The coffee is strong and delicious, but that almond croissant is pure joy. The entire shop is bright, welcoming, and great for a solo coffee stop or meeting for work. I absolutely love the vibe inside and can't wait to go back!

Prices are quite high. $29 for 1 acai bowl and 1 caprese salad. Parking is a nightmare (as is anywhere downtown). But the atmosphere is top notch! Very beautiful store and chill vibe. The baristas aren't overly friendly, and the service is a bit slow. But there was no wait at 2pm on a Sunday. And they have a nice back-patio area.

Best healthy breakfast in the U.S. I have tried so far. Hard to find tasty and good quality food in this country when you are used to Europe and South America fresh food standards. I would just change the chips for extra fruits on the omelete side… Over 2 years traveling for work and vacation from east to west coast and this place just surprised me and my wife. You can check the amount of reviews I have to see I’m talking for real.

The vibe here fits right into the art district. Cool decor, good menu selections and friendly staff. We ordered the ube matcha latte with vanilla syrup and also a strawberry passion fruit tea. The drinks were delicious and much needed for a 100+ temp. Also got the pistachio cream croissant. It wasn’t bad…they warmed it up so the chocolate chips melt a little. We ate it all. Purchased a bag of beans which are roasted in Colombia. Will love to return and try their coffee based drinks next time. Overall a very cute spot for drinks and a treat.

Pretty good food. Could use some seasoning though for some flavor. But still it gets 5 stars because they use high quality ingredients. I gave atmosphere, 4 stars, because the layout inside is a little strange with the furniture (kind of looks like a museum rather than a coffee shop). Ive been here 4 or 5 times and I will continue to come.

An absolute gem! For those interested in great pour-overs, espresso and speciality coffee roasting this is fantastic. Wonderful baked goods even for Vegas. Unique atmosphere. Fantastic service. I will go here every time I visit Vegas! My guess is it's a favorite of locals.

this is such an uniquely beautiful coffee spot, located in the arts district it definitely matches perfectly the concept. The interior of the shop is a purple contemporary nature aesthetic, which i believe makes the place stand out in its own unique way even more. I ordered the "Ube matcha" i love how the matcha is unsweetened and freshly whisked per order. The matcha naturally comes unsweetened so if you want it sweeter you may request it. I honestly prefer my matcha unsweetened because i don't drink matcha for the sugar but better said for its natural flavor profiles. Overall, this is such an amazing coffee shop that i will definitely be coming back to when im in the area and this time to try either their classic matcha latte or coffee!

Visiting from out of town. There is metered street parking out front. Coincidentally my hair matches their interior color theme - purple LOL Lots of food and drink options. I went with a latte and avocado omelette. It was a huge portion and I had to pack the rest to go. They offered my service dog a pup cup as soon as I got to the counter. Lots of chairs to sit and work, study, or simply hang out. Will be back every time I'm in town!

Came here for bookclub over the weekend. They have plenty of sitting space and cute decor inside. Parking outside is paid, $2/hour. I ordered an iced strawberry tea which was refreshing. They have lots of good sandwiches and acai bowl that looked good, I'll have to try those next time.

Coffee and Matcha were horrendous! I do not recommend ordering either. The cold brew was watered down and the "ube" coffee had no flavor. The workers were nice and allowed us to choose another option since the ube coffee was undrinkable and we got the matcha instead. However, it wasn't any better. You are better off ordering from the food menu. The acai bowl and salmon bagel are safe choices, nothing special worth mentioning. The inside is nicely decorated and clean. Overall this place gets a 2.5/5 but because Yelp doesn't do half stars, I rounded to a 3 star review.

Spacious cafe with fresh Colombian coffee, food and free parking blocks down. Great place for bring your laptop to work or study. Sandwiches are so good!! Comes with a choice of chips or fruits. Love their choice in fruits (berries). The SO loves his Italian Sandwich, and I loved my club (non-dairy) sandwich. My sandwich was made with cheese but beware the orange sauce has dairy. I love the aesthetic of this place and their patio looks really nice and serene. I can't remember what latte I got but I know it was so so good. My partner always get an ube latte and it taste so fresh, not that fake powdered ube most places use Support local businesses!!

Iwana is a refuge from the craziness that is the Vegas strip. The cafe is clean with minimal decor and a nice outdoor seating area. And despite being full for most of my visit it was never too loud. The coffee was phenomenal. The ube latte was perfectly balanced with complimenting sweet and bitter notes. And the pour over was mildly acidic with floral notes that came through. Everything came out quickly and the staff were friendly throughout. So if you find yourself needing a break while visiting check out Iwana.

My first time coming to Iwana after hearing about it for months! I always see the outside and the purple & white design looks so cool & inviting. It is so nice & spacious inside, a good place to have coffee/brunch or work/study if I'm ever in the area. For my first time I tried their Coconut Mocha. I expected it to be on the sweet side but it was surprisingly not that sweet. It had a nice chocolate flavor but the espresso flavor was kind of lost in the choco/coconut flavors. Next time I want to try their espresso or latte! I saw they were selling their beans so I want to try the full flavor of Iwana! Will be back

Following on social but I hadn't stopped in and I'm so happy that I did! What a super cute coffee shop! It's nice, spacious with beautiful decor. The service was excellent, very friendly staff, great energy. I didn't order a pastry, next time but I got a Ube Matcha Latte and it was delicious! I got it to go but next time I want to sit and enjoy in this calm and cute space!

Yelp always comes in clutch .. as the youngsters say! I was looking for my caffeine fix and found this shop on Yelp! Caro and Alex offer the best customer service . Family run business with connections in Colombia . Their family farms coffee in Colombia in small micro batches! They produce, roast and brew their own coffee ! Definitely a labor of love. This coffee shop was once a church and took years to become the beautiful spot it is today. I loved the pops of purple and nice aesthetic. The low music playing in the background and the natural light coming through create an awesome work or hang out space. You must pay for parking after 11am. I came in before and parked right in front of the business. Located in Downtown's Art district . So happy I was able to stop by on my visit from California. Such friendly owners! I definitely felt welcomed! Their insta page is great and they've gained a follower . I'll be back ! My Ube latte was a 5/5! Also reasonable prices ! Highly rec! Muy buen cafecito!

Fantastic spot with great ambiance and plenty of space. It's perfect for catching up with friends or simply enjoying one of their delicious pastries. I came by on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by a DJ providing great music and ~vibes~. The staff was incredibly friendly! The ube latte was absolutely delicious, and the latte art was so delicate. It wasn't overly sweet--just the perfect hint of ube. The pumpkin spice cronut was also incredible. It was subtle, light, and just perfect hah. Can't wait to come back!

The ambiance is sooo fresh, peaceful. Minimal and inviting. They keep the place clean. The music could be lowered indoors and outdoors. I kicked off a workday here and started with the platter which was cool. I loved the presentation of the dish and the fruit tasted fresh. No complaints. The green juice was good, not too sweet or bitter. I look forward to visiting again. I like the area.

Super cute shop of the strip. If you're in the area and need a break from the strip this place is super cute inside and has great coffee and pastries. Their breakfast food looked fire but we didn't try any. Would definitely come back again to try. Their staff were super friendly and sweet and the place was decorated really cute.

A cute new coffee shop in the Arts District?! Sign me up!!! Everyone knows how much I love a coffee shop, since I work from home it's nice to escape my home office. And if you're looking for a spot to meet up with some friends for coffee or just work from a coffee shop, this is definitely a great spot to do it. It's super cute inside and decorated adorable. Pretty Done has some artwork inside. There's plenty of seating, and I love that all the high top tables have seats with backs on them, so my back doesn't start to hurt from sitting there all day working haha. Their wifi is super fast, too, so can't complain there! They also have some lounge seating, too. I ordered a vanilla iced oatmilk latte and it was delicious. They also have food here, which I love when coffee shops have food because you can eat after. They have a variety of ube items, so definitely will try some of that when I come back next. Super cute new coffee shop! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Cute spot with such kind workers! Although make sure you pay for your parking because we got unlucky and got a ticket even though we were there for under 15 mins ): the inside was nice as definitely remote work friendly. Ordered the iced vanilla latte which was on the sweeter side for my liking but still good overall. Drinks came out quick and prices were pretty average for coffee ($5.95). I'd come again if I was in town!

Came here for the first time because I wanted to check out this new coffee shop near us. Really happy to see the arts district continuing to develop even more! The vibe is very cute, this coffee shop is actually much much larger and more spacious than I was expecting. The parking happened to be free because the parking meter was covered and it said no parking, so I didn't have to pay. One downside to coming to this part of town, is usually, you have to pay for parking, which is really annoying as a local. I got an Ube latte, I will say being a Filipino myself, this wasn't really giving Ube. It just tasted like a regular iced coffee, the coffee was great, but I definitely wish it had more flavor! I hope if they keep this on the menu, they will play with it a little bit more so that it actually taste like Ube and doesn't just have purple on the top

I saw this place on social media and had to come in for their ube coffee. A friend and I met up right around opening, with my daughter. I like that there is parking right outside and plenty of space inside. They also have a back patio with comfortable seating. The menu features Colombian coffee, along with a solid tea selection, plus a pastry case of treats, and both sweet and savory breakfast and lunch dishes (panini, salads, crepes, etc). We chose a couple of breakfast sandwiches - the lox bagel was a huge portion, priced as expected. The sandwiches included a side of chips and a cup of a house sauce, which was a nice touch. My friend got the ube matcha while I got the ube latte. The drinks were just okay - neither the coffee nor the ube flavor was particularly strong, but they also weren't too sweet either. I like how many tables this place has, looks to be a good spot to work from during the daytime. They also get bonus points for having a changing table in the bathroom - every business should have them but unfortunately it's not always a guarantee. The vibe here was welcoming and we were mostly left alone to catch up, and were the only customers for much of the visit.

This is a cute spot conveniently located in the Arts District. The decor is hip and the space is clean and vibrant. The staff are warm and welcoming. Very hospitable. Matcha was delicious and the açaí bow was fresh! Highly recommend. PS. The back patio has super chill vibes it's great for relaxing or working remote!

Coffee is okay, vibe is non existent. People are pleasant but it feels like I'm in a commercial for Vista Print. Completely generic experience.

Seriously a hidden gem in Vegas. The drinks are really delicious and the staff was really kind and even explained to us where the beans are sourced and adjusted the drinks to our preferences. Interior is super clean, has a really nice aesthetic, and there are plenty of seats available. The food is also really delicious. We were in Vegas for 3 days and came twice because it was so good. Do yourself a favor and make the small journey out of the strip to visit this cafe!

Such a cute coffee shop! The staff is nice. Food and desserts are 10/10 the coffee is good as well besides the fact that it's not too sweet which can be great if that's a preference but if you need your drink sweeter might want to ask.

Cute coffee shop. More chill and less foot traffic, good for studying. Free WiFi. I got the chai latte with a scoop of match. My friend got the ube latte. They bring the drinks to you, and workers are nice. They charged me $2.50 for the one scoop of matcha, and $1.00 for my friends oat milk. Also a credit card service charge of 3% which was not mentioned. But that seems to be the trend at a lot of places now.

The moment I walked in I felt a good energy and vibe. The ambience is just right, this coffee shop is very clean and organized, very nice open space plan. Tables are far enough a part for you to have your own space to read or do work with no bother with the table next to you. Well organized shelves of coffee from Colombia. Very nice display area of where the bakery goods are. The service is excellent, the attendant brought the coffee and food right out to my table, and the presentation is nice how the caprese was arranged on the plate and how the dessert was on a board with utensils. Overall I recommend this place and will be back. Thanks Iwana!

The newest coffee shop in DTLV's Arts District, Iwana Coffee is a large, bright space with lots of seating. As they are currently in soft opening, I had the place to myself for most of my visit this morning. Featuring beans sourced from Columbian roasters, Iwana offers all the standard coffee drinks as well as ube lattes, matcha teas, açai bowls, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, and salads. I went with an oat milk latte and an ube cronut, both delicious. I look forward to returning to try their açai bowl and one of the ube drinks.

Wow! I cannot stress enough how much I have come to love this place; I've come 2 days in a row. The space feels so clean and welcoming, lots of natural lighting inside which I love. The staff is all so welcoming and helpful. There's plenty of indoor/ outdoor seating, all very comfy and cute! Yesterday, I tried their cold brew with a splash of whole milk and truly the best I've tried in Vegas! I often find that cold brew is watery when i try it at different places but theirs is perfect! Such a smooth flavor. I also tried their almond croissant, both yesterday and today and sooo yummy!! Highly recommend. I also tried an iced americano and shot of espresso to taste their espresso and once again... delicious! Give this place a try and become a fan! My new favorite spot in Vegas:)

We came to try out this new coffee shop in the art district. We got a few things off of the menu, the food came out pretty quick and everything was very fresh and delicious. Everything tasted so healthy and the drinks were not too sweet. The service was great everybody at the Iwana staff was kind and friendly. I came here with my sister, son and daughter, and we all enjoyed the ambience, Everything is beautifully decorated and they have a lovely patio as well. This is a great addition to the area. Everyone should definitely go and try out this new spot.

Cons: - Matcha with oatmilk was weak (especially for $7.80 yikes!!!) - Coconut mocha did not taste like coconut - Pastry selection is super limited - Less of a coffeehouse more of a brunch / remote work spot - 3% transaction fee that they do not advertise or notify you of??? Pros: - Food menu looked decent (did not try anything) - Cool venue both inside and out - Staff was friendly

First time I tried their coffee and some pastries. Since it was later in the morning the pastry selection was slim but their almond croissant was delicious and their coffee was good. I loved the ambiance and the customer service was great. The place is bigger than I expected. Second time we stopped in to try their food and it did not disappoint. The sandwich's and wraps were very good. Perfect place to stop for a coffee or a bite to eat while walking around thrifting downtown. Next time I'll have to try their açaí bowls.

The BEST COFFEE I've had in a LOOOOOONG time Ilene was superb behind the counter. She went above and beyond to offer supreme service and even brought us a latte on the house when I knocked one over!!! I can't recommend this place more highly!!! 5 stars isn't enough

IWANA? IF, IT'S COFFEE - YUP!! Sept 16, 2024 @ 1pm, at Iwana Specialty Coffee shop at 61 W Utah Avenue, downtown Vegas near the Arts District. We are meeting up with the local Las Vegas Home School Group (LVHSG on Facebook). This group for teens, 13yr+ only, meets up once a month for a couple hours of social time, different place every month. This month was at Iwana (cute name), and if it's for coffe, I sure do! The layout of this cute shop invites social media fun with a variety of backgrounds! It's nicely spread out with tables and chairs, a soft couch area, benches with gathering areas all around. It has a variety of coffees, smoothies and other drinks, plus a nice selection of wholesome breakfast and lunch items. We came a bit early. We were starving after a doctor appointment, a little early lunch sounded good! It's cute, very clean, nice medium size coffee spot. We ordered the acai bowl, tuna salad, a smoothie and a plain cold milk. It's a little off the beaten path, but in just the 45 minutes we were here, about two dozen different people - walkers, business lunches, students, tourist and locals - wandered in and out for food and more. And for today, about two dozen more with teens to swarm, in about 10 minutes.

100% Colombian Coffee, as Colombian living abroad I came all the way from Vancouver to taste their unique specialty coffee beans. Their coffee selections are quite unique, fresh and with a real natural taste. To my surprise, they offer ube latte which it was one of my favourite coffees!!! I spent a week in Vegas and visited them almost every day!!! I tried their cold brew, matcha latte, and they offer food as well, I will highlight their Açai bowl, and the wraps, they use fresh ingredients, good portions which never disappoint! Overall is a great place, decoration is unique, coffee is AMAZING! And as a designer I can say that they have done such a good job on their branding! Hopefully I can visit them again pretty soon!

This is some of the best coffee I have ever had. Being from Miami, I know a good coffee roast and this family has perfected it. I got the Ube Latte and my husband got the hazelnut breve and we both LOVED them. This roast is like made for milk, it works so well together. Not to mention the food is AMAZING and the service is great. We will definitely be back.I will also be ordering the roast so that my family can try this amazing coffee.

Place is great. Off of Main Street so a little less busy in terms of parking during the day. Found this place on Yelp and it was perfect. Good service, was greeted right when I walked in and was patient while I took forever deciding what I wanted. Ended up getting an iced chai which was delicious - not too much sugar but just enough flavor with the cinnamon. I also got the oatmeal bowl which was so good!! Very fresh chopped up fruit, I wish I would have added peanut butter but I will next time. You can tell it's a new place - great ambiance. Quiet but still can come with a group and enjoy a chat. I had my laptop and there were several others that did as well so it's a great place to do work. Plenty of seating. Very bright and airy in general and furniture everything is new. Didn't use the restroom but I can only imagine it was clean. Quite a few workers there always walking around making sure everything was clean. I'll drop by again sometime.

Loved the ambiance, it's so cute and love the decor. Great place to record, and they're super nice. The coffee is Colombian and it was good. I had an ice coconut mocha, delicious. The prices are reasonable as well. I will go back. They have food too, looks great!

Iwana get my time and money back. I rarely leave bad reviews, especially for small businesses, unless it's absolutely horrid--which this was. I watched them make the mango smoothie: a bit of frozen mangoes, a bit of Tropicana orange juice, and a whole lot of water. The mangoes were low quality (pale yellow as opposed to deep orange-yellow mangoes); in other words, sour as hell. The smoothie tastes like orange-flavored water and it smells like freezer burn. The ube matcha drink is rancid: powdery, clumpy, and once again--watery! It's somehow all purple without the ube flavoring. The matcha used is of horrendous quality. It tastes oxidized and incredibly stale. Don't come here. I absolutely hate wasting food and will usually power through it even if it's not good, but these were tossed after the first sip. Any attempt at powering through these would've been torturous. All the positive reviews must be incentivized. As someone who tries to support local businesses, I can't with this one.

Ambiance, food, coffee, and service were all great. We're from Louisiana. So we're a lil spoiled on food and we love good coffee. The food was delish and the coffee traced to Colombian farms. Can't beat it. 10/10 check it out!

I really enjoyed the açaí bowl, the fruits were very fresh, the best I have tried in Las Vegas. I also had the ube iced latte, it was not sweet but I like it that way, also love the Colombian coffee!

Very cute and clean atmosphere! The decor was a nice getaway from the burning Vegas sun and the owner and workers were all very sweet. Pretty fast at getting out the drinks as well! I got the Ube matcha latte and while the Ube foam was great, the matcha isn't that sweet. Which is perfect if you're looking for something that isn't tooth aching sweet. But I prefer my drinks that way, but to each their own! If they decided to make a full drink with just the Ube, I would get that nice time ^^

Wanted to love this place. Got the ube matcha late and it was quite honestly the worst drink I've ever had in my life. Pretty, for sure. NOT good. Also had an avocado toast, which was pretty basic and overpriced.

Cute coffee shop with delicious and quality drinks. Tried the Ube Latte (thank you to the sweet barista who recommended it!) perfect amount of sweetness and the smooth espresso was so good. Also tried the Nitro cold brew and was also so smooth and quality taste. Kids tried the Ube Gummy Milk and said was the best drink the ever had! The ambiance is super cute and clean. Can't wait to come back!
