"The new Izakaya Ronin's biggest drinking draw comes in the form of a late-night underground whisky bar. Specializing in Japanese spirits and soju, find rare barrel blends and niche cocktails to accompany that midnight bowl of ramen." - Eater Staff

Amazing atmosphere and staff. Athena is lovely and always takes care of us when we come in. All the staff are friendly and cool and definitely part of why I come multiple times a month. Sushi upstairs is great, but I prefer to go downstairs. Everything I've tried has been delicious, but two of my favorites are the pan-fried gyoza (the wrapper is both soft and crispy, best I have ever eaten) and the wagyu kushiyaki. Best part: open late!

I like to go late night to the downstairs bar. Awesome handrolls and ramen to be had down there along with delicious sake and an extensive japanese whiskey selection. Jenny even made me a lil candle topped shot for my birthday :)

A sublime multi-level restaurant serving classic Japanese dining menu. I came here late into the night, around 11pm right after my flight, and was guided to the dimly lit lower area of the venue. Luckily their kitchen was still open. I ordered the Laman Tonkotsu Ramen - apparently award winning, as the servers will acclaim. It lived up to its title, and was very flavorful. Watch for the hint of spice. Opt in for the soft shell crab, and a bottle of sake to compliment the experience. The art and decor is on point, and gives a very modern yet clearly Japanese feel.

Delicious ramen in the basement after 8pm. The tonkotsu broth is very thick and creamy, not a huge fan of the crispy pork but it's not bad!

This place has the best ramen I've had to date in Denver. The servers are always very attentive and willing to make suggestions. I always recommend friends visit the speak easy when in town.

Delicious food and great atmosphere. Lots to enjoy. The Wagyu Tataki was very flavorful. The Laman Tonkotsu Ramen was especially well balanced with spice. I also love chicharron. We'll be back here soon.

Most delicious sushi I've had in a long time. The speakeasy downstairs is one of my favorite parts. Will definitely be back.

Small menu, but the options are tasty and they're open late night.
