Wife and I had the all you can eat dinner. You order from an ala carte menu like most all you can eat sushi places. There are a lot of things on the menu but we only ordered sushi, sushi rolls, miso, seaweed salad, chicken soba, shumai, shrimp tempura and ice cream.
The fish on the sushi was small but we just made up for it by ordering more. Another thing I should mention is that the fish was almost room temp where in Japan it was always cold. We had spicy salmon, spicy tuna, salmon, tuna, yellowtail, squid, shrimp, fish roe, and octopus. All were good.
For sushi rolls we had the mermaid, hollywood, ichiban, and crispy crab. The last 2 are deep fried and were very good.
Shrimp tempura - pretty good
Chicken soba - ok, not much flavor until we dipped it in the tempura sauce
miso soup - pretty good
Seaweed salad - very good
Shumai - fried, but it was actually good
Ice cream - green tea and red bean were good
If you are wondering whats the difference between lunch and dinner, the lunch does not have sashi and hibachi I believe.
I would recommend the all you can eat over ordering individual dishes. Little expensive but worth it if you plan to eat a lot of sushi.
Service was excellent! Our server was very nice and always stopped by to see if we needed anything.
Overall, very good sushi restaurant for North Dakota.
