J Karaoke

My group and I had a really fun time at J Karaoke for a 2-hour reservation! It’s private room karaoke (which we prefer) and there’s options to choose songs from their book or use YouTube karaoke if they don’t have specific songs you’re looking for. The staff members were friendly and welcoming. We ordered some appetizers and lychee soju cocktail that were really good. Bathroom was clean. It is located in a busy narrow plaza in Chinatown, so parking can be difficult on a Friday/weekend night. Will definitely come back here!

We went to J karaoke for a party with some friends. We had a very large party 30+ people, which I know can be hard to accommodate, but the staff did an amazing job. There is a full service bar with a great liqor selection right when you walk in the door. The karaoke rooms are private, and have youtube access to an endless amount of songs. I wasn't expecting the bar to have food, but they did. My friends ordered just about everything on the menu, and everything I tried was really good. The bar was lots of fun, and we had a great time.

We had a big group of 10 that was promptly accommodated ! This karaoke spot has been around for at least a decade and is always a fun time! The interior is looking a bit older and dated but it does the job. Service and food were super quick and everything tasted pretty good. Our group would recommend the nachos( both bulgogi and chicken) and coconut shrimp!

Price was incredibly cheap. $20/hr for small room amongst 8 people for two hours would be $5/person before tip. The fried rice portion and price was surprisingly reasonably, though it was a little salty. They give free water if you ask! Many places don't. The sound system is okay and I like that you can use YouTube videos, but the microphones were a little soft for some of our softer singers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our system wasn't working, so they extended our time. I like this place a lot!

J’s Karaoke was one of the highlights of my bachlorette weekend! The rooms were clean, food was delicious and so affordable for how much we bought. The staff was so sweet and ran with our Shreklorette theme! They brought all the good vibes and even brought us sliced fruit for dessert and made sure we had bottles of water before we left for the next stop of the night. My only regret is that we don’t live in Vegas, otherwise this would be my go-to karaoke spot!

We had a group of 6 people. It was a Saturday night and it was such a great atmosphere! The service was AMAZING!!!! Whenever we pushed the “”red service” button, our server was there immediately and super friendly, I wish I knew his name, however we had quite a few cocktails! The food was soooo good as well.

This place has really good service. We like the service and the bar tender is a really cool guy. I been there 3 times and I will come with my family again.

Walking in, I knew my group and I were gonna have a blast! The vibes are great and the decor really made me feel like I was in a Japanese karaoke club. I recommend making a reservation if you're going on the weekend, this place can be popping. They have a full service bar and a food menu. I had their burger with fries and it was tasty. The staff was very helpful when one or screens went out and overall friendly. I really enjoyed my experience and I can't wait to go back

stumbled across this place while eating at a restaurant nearby. So glad that I found it! I love karaoke but never tried it outside of my home lol. We walked in and there is a bar in the front some seating areas and a large bookshelf. Very calm and dim lighting as well. When we walked in the room I was shocked at how large it was and the array of options they have! The pricing was verrryy reasonable compared to other spots around town and there was a large table and chair and booth seating inside. You can either choose from YouTube karaoke options or traditional karaoke options, it's super easy to navigate. They also offer some small plates and drinks as well! I will def be back. Such a fun date night or friend night idea!

Best karaoke bar in Vegas!!!! The prices cannot be beat and the food and drinks are always delicious! I have been coming here for years and no one can tell me different about this place!!!!

I loved the service and vibe here! We came on a Friday at 1am and they were able to squeeze us in for a few hours! They were very helpful with yummy snacks and drinks. Also thank you for the free fries!

Wow! My friends and I have been going to J on and off over the years and our latest visit has welcomed us back with improved rooms, sound systems, and ambience to have a fun filled evening with friends. Food always slaps and the drinks will keep you partying out all night!

If you're looking for karaoke with a great little vibe you'll definitely want to check J Karaoke out. It is located in the heart of Chinatown. Parking is a bit crowded so you may want to arrive a few minutes early to find a great spot. I also recommend calling ahead to reserve the room. The facility does have a full bar so you need to be 21 years of age as they do check ID. The karaoke rooms were very spacious and well-maintained. You have the option of choosing karaoke songs out of a book or utilizing YouTube. They do serve food so bring your appetite. As for the staff, they are very friendly & very accommodating, I was very impressed with the establishment overall.

Depending on the day the food, service, ambiance and overall experience depends on the staff's mood A majority of young asian males, these guys are on point during the weekend. The music choice in the main lobby is explicit mostly reggaeton or hip hop. The times I have here are hit or miss

An after dinner past time for some friends. Never fails to amuse each and everyone belting out their 'go-to' karaoke songs. Been here a couple of times. This time I made a reservation despite it being a midweek night. Pricey drinks and food but the place is da bomb. Fun place to let your hair loose or just hang out.

Love the place, j karaoke helped me give birth to my child when I was stuck on the freeway and they helped me take my child in a helicopter to Narnia. They also helped me raise my child to be a pro wrestler who had to fight his biological dad at midnight on his 20th birthday. I'm just trying to make the word count.

The only issue I had was that the door would keep opening. But other than that the food was came in 10 mins of us being in the room which I thought was pretty fast. They have YouTube but you can have the classic karaoke remote. They give you 2 mics and covers for them. It was fun and a good price. Parking is a little hard and tight but that is most places in Chinatown.

If you have the opportunity to step foot in j karaoke, I always recommend to sit at the bar, the staff is AMAZING & they always give the best service. The bar is clean and comfortable to sit at, they provide hangers for your jackets/purse. My go to meal is definitely their wings and ramen. 10/10 & you have to have their michelada & gummy bear cocktail

Amazing place! We've been coming to J karaoke for years. J karaoke saw the birth of my first child and they are now the grandparents to my second son twice removed. I'm just trying to reach the word count hahaha

Such a memorable time with amazing friends! The atmosphere of this place is amazing! The YouTube option for selecting songs and private rooms makes it a real party. Randy was so quick and helpful which really added to the entire experience

Our usual spot was booked so we made a reservation for here. I was curious since it has better ratings. In short, this is an okay place, but is smelled like sewer. It was so hard to get over it at first. They tried to mask it with air fresheners but it almost made it worse. After some drinks and having fun you get over it, but first impressions were bad. If you think, oh maybe it won't smell bad when I go, your being too hopeful.

Immaculate vibes with great food & drinks! Even without a karaoke room & sitting in the little dining area was so fun. Highly recommend the Korean galbi. Karaoke option could be better since it's just YouTube with a tv, mic, & speaker but still fun!

Such a cool spot to go to. It's a bit cramped but definitely more space when you get a room. Shoutout to my hg Kaylynn for bringing me and our other friends here. The food is soooo good here too. I recommend this spot if you're looking for a good time with good food.

Say what you will about the rooms and music (great!) and the service (flawless and so nice!!) but all that is dwarfed by the pungent smell that permeates the room. The other reviews that mention it are right.... it was like sewer smell with air freshener mixed in. It made the experience rough.

If you're a hard core Chinese karaoke singer and are used to Asia's fast functioning machines (90s and 2000s style) and ability to queue up songs to a playlist (one song after another, no pauses), then this place is NOT for you. There was a separate song book you had to ask for with Asian language songs (see photo). If I didn't ask for it you wouldn't have known it existed anywhere in the building. But the songs in the song book only work with the older system and that older system didn't work at all! There is a "newer" YouTube karaoke system where you had to select songs by searching one at a time on the touch screen iPad. And they said to find the karaoke version of a song you just add the word "karaoke" at the end. Lmao I almost died. Basically the YouTube system [bleeping] sucks!! Slow as molasses and you end up wasting so much time looking for songs that are karaoke versions. It's great for English music of course! $20 per hour for a small room (we were 2 persons). Ended up staying 3 hours. Ordered a bottle of Riesling that was Cupcake brand. Says a lot. Totally recommend just skipping this place. Also makes zero sense why this place needed to be 21+. Very amateurish place and young staff.

All I can say is I'm definitely coming back we had an absolute blast singing all night long. They even offered tea and honey with my soar throat. Very accommodating.

This is by far my favorite karaoke spot! The staff are great and always make sure you leave with a smile. Chao is one of my favourite bartenders here, he whips up amazing cocktails and is always a vibe behind the bar with his dance moves. Always giving excellent service !

Psy here. I've been coming here for 10 years and they never let me down. If you're looking for THE karaoke joint in vegas, look no further than J Karaoke. They have great food and soju. They allow you to connect your phone to their karaoke machine so the songs are unlimited. Customer service is top notch and drinks are above average. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you have a large party

HORRIBLE. RUDE. DO NOT GO. We made a reservation from 10pm-1am for a dozen people for my birthday party. We arrived at 10:15pm and they refused to honor the reservation. They NEVER told us they would give the reservation away after 10 mins. They had my phone phone and didn't bother to call. They were incredibly rude to me and my whole party. Go to Ninja Karaoke down the street!

Randy was so attentive and made our first karaoke experience one to remember. From the speed of service to the fire drinks and bomb food. 10/10 recommend this for big party get togethers !

The bone in fried chicken wings are the bomb! It was so delicious I sometimes order it at 4 AM! Two thumbs up!

My bf and I stumbled upon this place while wandering around Chinatown. We grabbed a seat at the bar and decided to get a drink. It's a small karaoke bar. They have rooms for rent. They also have a whole wall of books which I absolutely love. If I lived in Vegas I would visit here often. We both did a shot of the Mexican candy. Tasty drink. The bartenders were awesome and friendly. This is a great hole in the wall bar to visit! I love it!

Late review for Sunday night, March 10, 2024. We were in Vegas for my sister's bachelorette weekend. Instead of catching a burlesque show, we decided to go to J-Karaoke Bar. It was the best decision ever because we had a blast! The food and drinks were great and so were the prices. Our host/server, Brandy, was awesome, too! He was quick to help us with anything our group needed. We would definitely recommend J-Karaoke Bar to our families and friends who visit Vegas. THANK YOU for the amazing service! Keep it up!

The food was amazing and quick ! The service was prompt and efficient... the room and rest room was clean ... even tho it was just we were seated pretty quickly . I would celebrate another birthday here. That's for sure

This place is conveniently located close to the Strip and is a great karaoke environment. They have a nice lounge area in the front and the rooms are super cool. Service is awesome!

A couple friends and I came for a girlfriends birthday on a week night about 6pm. We booked a two hour window and figured that would be enough. Wrong! We ended up adding an additional hour for only $20! I love that. Pricing was great. We ended up ordering drinks and apps as well. I will say I absolutely love that the prices aren't crazy and they are reasonable I mean where can you go and get a bottle of wine for $21? We went through a few bottles and food and had the best time. I love that you get a private room and all the fun lights and extras that come with to make your "performance" top notch. We had a blast and will definitely be back. I usually am not a karaoke type but I can proudly say I am now!

21+ and over, private room large enough to hold our party of 20-40. Drinks were made a little weak Music was great. Location is within a really packed market area, so parking is tight.

These guys are Amazing! The food was on point and HUGE portions. Everyone forgot the candle for the cake. They came through with candles and lighter. Not to mention the good music and they had an extra knife to cut the cake when yours broke. Such amazing staff, amazing place, wish it was closer to me.

Honestly can you please set up a website or email??? It just seems super sketchy not to have either of those. Especially when you want to book company events with large groups. Otherwise, great place
